There is nothing to dislike. The location is very Central in the old quarter allowing me to walk to almost every attraction in Hanoi that I wanted to see. The few that weren't in walking distance were a very cheap quick Grab drive away. The location also meant that all my day tours would pick up from my hotel. The staff are exceptional. Very accommodating. And as a bonus there is one staff member called Taylor Swift. Definitely a photo opportunity! 😂 The rooms are larger than I expected and very clean and well kept. The beds are comfortable. The air conditioning is excellent. The hotel also has a rooftop Sky Bar with a very cheap drinks, and a 2-for-1 happy hour deal from 5 to 7 p.m. for cocktails. I am not a cocktail drinker but given the cheap prices and the happy hour deal, I have discovered how much I enjoy them haha. I highly recommend this place.

This venue is almost perfect. My only complaint would be that the Sky Bar service is very slow and often you have to chase the staff to place an order. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and the view is amazing, but the staff are not efficient. I invited friends to join me at the sky bar but they also complained about the slow service.

This was my third stay at Bendecir Hotel. This time i had a "Junior suite with city view" which was spacious, very comfortable, and very clean, as all my previous rooms have been. The staff are always fantastic. They are all friendly, helpful, flexible, and even prepared a take away breakfast for me because i had to check out very early. The convenient location is in walking distance to many attractions and surrounded by great food and coffee outlets, and an ATM & convenience store around the corner. I wholly recommend this hotel and commend the staff. They will always be my first choice in Hanoi's Old Quarter.

My room was only three floors up so i had a street view rather than a city view, but it will still fantastic.

The staff were excellent I was unwell on arrival and the staff went above and beyond to go to a pharmacy for me as I was unable I was I remember the guys name but we worked on the door and wore glasses I am so thankful for how helpful he was due to him going and getting medicine for me I made a faster recovery

My room had a window which was internal to the building unfortunately this meant you heard a lot of noise from people walking up the stairs or sitting in the relax area unfortunately not of fault to the hotel some people were just rude obnoxious and loud but nothing could of been done regarding this

The Hotel met and exceeded our expectations. The staff was more than accommodating, in fact, they went above and beyond in meeting our needs. The breakfast was great as well, fresh and abundant and kept us fueled for our morning/afternoon adventures. They also helped us book our trip to Ha Long Bay. I would stay here again without hesitation.

I have been to this hotel for the second time, last year in March and this year in April. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are spacious and clean. The mattresses are clean, comfortable and the air conditioning works well, the water pressure is also fine, which is sometimes a problem in these many-storey hotels, but we did not experience any problems here. I also like that the hotel offers late check-in, but even if you do not want to use it, they allow free luggage storage in their lobby with a couch where we can wait until the flight, I also really appreciate the opportunity to shower before departure, when they provided us with clean towels.

I think the hotel could do with some work on the dining room where breakfast is served. The selection is sufficient and the food is tasty, but the dining room feels outdated, it would deserve a proper deep clean, and the air conditioning drips water from the ceiling directly onto the food on the table, which feels unhygienic.

Great location and beautiful room that was spacious and had a balcony looking over a tree lined street in Hanoi Old Quarter. The bed was very comfortable and the style of the room was well designed. The staff were very friendly, smiley and helpful. I love staying at a place where the staff appear to be authentically happy to be there. The breakfasts were great and the rooftop bar had an amazing view over Hanoi (not to mention that the drinks were well made by the lovely guy working at the rooftop bar).

Nothing bad to say about Bendecir Hotel. I feel the quality, experience, and value for money was great. Well done :)

January 03, 04, 05  2023 - 3 nights. Room 601 Junior suite with city view . We arrived early, handed in our passports and after a brief explanation we left for lunch . Upon our return at 2:30, the room was available. Room clean a bit small for a suite, the city view is a big tree. The room faces a very busy noisy intersection, but the room is quiet. Breakfast on the 13th fl provides a vast selection of western and Vietnamese food, ranging from pizza to pho and a lot of fresh fruits and a short made-to-order menu. Variety and superior quality and flavourful.  Due to the sitting arrangements - very large tables - you will have to share with others. If you use Bus 86 from and to the airport The Bendecir is 200m from one of the bus stop. Wifi regularly drops off. An excellent quality to price ratio. Polite and friendly staff at all levels. A great place to remember. Thanks Bendecir.

I. Could not stay longer.

From the welcome reception until our speedy checkout, the staff was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Check-In/Out Process: Most other hotels take such a long time to check you out having to go and check to see if you've taken anything out of the mini bar, the folks at Bendecir trusted us and took our word for it and were able to see us on our way to the airport with zero issues this morning for example. Happy Hour: The rooftop bar was a pleasant surprise, especially with their 2 for 1 happy hour special. While the drinks don't compare to a proper cocktail bar, it was nice to sit atop Hanoi with a 360 view with a drink in hand. Location: Conveniently located to so many great restaurants on my list to tackle including Xoi Yen, Sen Trang An to name a couple. If you're in need of a refreshing hair/scalp wash/massage, D&D salon is right across the street from the hotel. Wifi: Pretty reliable and very little interruption. Breakfast Buffet: Such a great selection of local and western cuisine. Again, the kitchen staff and servers are top notch. We arrived at peak breakfast time but they made sure we were taken care of and had a table to enjoy our breakfast before taking off for the airport today. Nothing they could have done outside of telling other guests to leave but their awareness and kindness showed they were doing their best, that's all you can ask for! Room: Tucked away in the back building, our room was spacious and calm. Bathroom was a bit dated but the shower worked fine and the toilets flushed strong =P

They delivered everything we needed and more, can't really complain about anything. I would definitely come back to stay here and we're glad we did. If forced to give some critique, perhaps expand the restaurant space?

I spent one night in a luxury Suite which was much larger than I expected. It included a sofa and a swing seat amongst other facilities. The location of this venue is very convenient, and in walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. The hotel staff are exceptionally good as well. The hotel has a Sky Bar with a lovely View and they offer two cocktails for the price of one every night for about 3 hours. The service of the Sky Bar is slow but the staff are lovely. You are there to relax anyway so it's not an issue. The venue also offers dinner options in the Sky Bar and there is a restaurant to serve and all you can eat breakfast for guests.

This is my second booking at this venue and I love it. If I want to nitpick about anything it would be the Sky Bar service is very slow, but since I'm there to relax for the evening anyway, it doesn't actually matter. If I'm feeling thirsty or hungry I can always call over the waiter or walk to the bar myself.

The location was great - super easy to get around the city. The rooms were lovely and the bed was huge and cosy. If you arrive in Hanoi before check in (we arrived at 7am), you can check into another room until 2pm for a small fee which was so helpful after a long flight. They also prepared our room early for check in at no additional cost. The breakfast was great, lovely views of the old quarter and the Red river, the noodle soup in the morning was some of the best around! Lastly, the staff were so hospitable and helpful. The attention to detail was amazing, super impressive and really made our time in Hanoi. Tony was so lovely, such great warmth and professionalism.
