Very good budget option in Hanoi. Good location near everything interesting. Personel is super friendly, though not all speak english. The girl working in the day speaks perfect english. You can book tours and transfer here. All in all it's a great budget option; all that matters is there :-)

Breakfast pictures are no longer valid (no breakfast), but plenty of options nearby (recommended: The Banh My around the corner to the right). Small elevator, but it works. The hotel could use some tlc (especially the ventilation is not working in the bathroom, hense the moisture comments from others). Shower: give it a little time to warm up.

Size of the room w/ balcony is GREAT value for money. The double windows prevented any noise from getting in from the noisy streets below. Bed is SUPER comfortable with good pillows. Tyra at reception is a super star! Impeccable English and no problem or question was too big or small. She always greeted and helped us with a smile and upbeat attitude!

It's a small hotel and the room was a tad bit dirty on arrival. Spent 1 night in adjacent room on 3rd floor... If you can, spend a little more and go for the bigger room w/ balcony. It's well-worth it, especially if staying more than a few days.

Location is closed to walking road and Hoan Kiem Lake. My room with balcony is spacious and clean. However the Blanket is too thin because they just set up the cover of blanket. Upon arrival, there was no welcome drink. The elevator is small and enough space for 2 people only but it is a house style of Ha Noi old town. No Problem. Luckily we got the room for earlier check in. Many thanks.

came by last minute cause we missed out overnight bus. check in super fast and fuss free and the room with balcony was really nice and we saw the sun rise in the morning. it was an unexpectedly super good view. everything was comfortable and nice

The room was soundproofed, but from 8am we could still here buzzing street and cleaning lady

The staff is really helpful in particular Tyra & Mike which we interface with. They go all the way to help us in doing bookings for the VIP bus to Ninh Binh. Besides, the room is very clean, water pressure is good even though we are staying on high floor. WiFi is fast and efficient. location is very convenient and within walking distance to restaurants, lake, etc. Definitely will stay in the same hotel in our next visit to Hanoi.

practically nothing to complained about.

Location is great for exploring Old town and it is 2 min away from bus stop 86 from the airport. Our room was huge and it had a balcony overlooking the street but still functional. Fridge, coffee/tea and welcome bottle of water. Big TV. Spacious bathroom. There is a lift and the staff is polite. The girl at the reception speaks good English.

Perhaps the towels could be better and a shade whiter.

Location was great Wonderful to have a lift even tho we were on the first floor. Good size room, large shower.

Some people might find it inconvenient turning on a water heater switch 5 mins before a shower but it didn't bother us.

Great location, amazing hot shower and fast wifi. Staff is very helpful and there’s always someone there to help. They did a good job with soundproofing, so you don’t really hear the bustles even though it’s in the middle of Old Quarter.

The lift and stairs are a bit scary… it’s probably not the best place for kids.

Great helpful staff, comfortable mattress, and a good location. Reception helped me book a great tour and answered my questions about the area.

Elevator was rather small, and the location could be hard to find for both myself and taxis. Neighboring building had early construction work, but the staff helped to call them and request a delay.
