Our family had a fantastic experience during our week-long stay at Alisa Hotel. The location, situated on a charming street near Hoan Kiem Lake, was perfect for exploring Hanoi. Additionally, the hotel was impressively clean, creating a comfortable environment for our entire family, including my elderly parents.

There was nothing negative to report about our stay at Alisa Hotel. The experience was overwhelmingly positive, and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our time there.

I had a fantastic experience at Alisa Hotel&Spa and would definitely rate it 5 stars.☺️ The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was great, but what really made the difference was the staff — especially Tim at the front desk. Tim was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, showed me where everything was, and gave amazing recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. His warmth and attention truly stood out and made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel, and if you’re lucky enough to meet Tim, you’ll be in excellent hands!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Alisa Hotel and Spa in Hanoi. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the friendly and attentive. The hotel’s location is perfect — just a short walk to the heart of the city, making it easy to explore Hanoi’s vibrant culture. My room was lovely — clean, comfortable and spacious. Great for a good night rest. Overall, my stay at Alisa Hotel and Spa was great.

Wifi connection was a bit inconsistent at times. One thing I noticed during my stay was the sounds of Hanoi — the city is always buzzing with energy! While the hotel itself was peaceful, you could still hear the hustle and bustle of traffic and street life from during the day. It’s part of what makes Hanoi so lively, but if you’re sensitive to noise, it might take a little getting used to. That said, the hotel still offered a nice retreat from the city’s energy when you needed a break.

An Unforgettable Stay at Alisa Hotel and Spa: A Gem in Hanoi I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alisa Hotel and Spa during my visit to Hanoi, and I cannot express enough how impressed I was with every aspect of my experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt like a valued guest, and I knew that my stay would be truly memorable. First and foremost, the rooms at Alisa Hotel and Spa are absolutely fantastic. Spacious and elegantly designed, they provide a sense of comfort and relaxation that is unparalleled. The attention to detail is remarkable, and the large, comfortable beds offer a blissful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of Alisa Hotel and Spa is its incredibly convenient location. Situated in the heart of Hanoi, it allows easy access to all the attractions and cultural landmarks, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. Whether you wish to immerse yourself in the vibrant streets or seek out tranquil spots, everything is just a stone’s throw away. What truly sets Alisa Hotel and Spa apart is the exceptional level of service provided by the staff, and in particular, the manager named Rose. Her warm and genuine hospitality created a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The staff members were always ready to go the extra mile, ensuring that every request was met with a smile. Their friendliness and attentiveness made my stay truly remarkable. Alisa Hotel and Spa is a versatile destination suitable for solo travelers, couples, and families alike. Its thoughtful amenities, coupled with the accommodating staff, ensure that every guest’s needs are met with utmost care. Whether you are seeking a peaceful retreat or an adventure-filled getaway, this hotel caters to all your desires. In conclusion, my stay at Alisa Hotel and Spa was nothing short of exceptional.

The host was very friendly and explained local landmarks to visit and suggested places to eat as well. Place is strategically located.

Rooms aren't soundproofed. If you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs. The room felt a little old and dingy. One of my down lights was flickering after turning on for awhile. The water heater also wasn't really working for my room (double with no window). We booked 2 rooms and the other room was fine. It was fine overall but did not meet my expectations of a 4-star hotel as listed on booking.com. There's no restaurant or pool. Disclaimer: We only stayed one night and didn't manage to report the issue to the hotel as we were in a rush. I'm sure they would have accommodated to us should we raise the issue.

It is an incredibly royal accommodation for a considerably reasonable price. This was one of the cheapest accommodations across SE Asia that I stayed in and was a really comfortable stay. The staff were amazing especially the manager. Very accommodating. Would stay here again.

Haven't had any meals from the place. We loved the location, it was very close to all the banks and it was very close (around 300m) to bus pickup station. Also it is around 800m to shoe market. Staff was very friendly, they will keep your baggage safe if you are travelling long distances and coming back next day. You will have basic amenities in your room. Executive suit is very specious comparing to other city hotels and worth for the money

Only thing is they will not process the payment through booking.com. We will have to pay in cash or pay by visa card(which will add an additional amount) at the reception.

The location was great. Situated in the old quarter close to, but not in, the lively market district. The room were very nice, especially in terms of value for money. The air con was dodgy in the two rooms we had over different bookings. There is no restaurant or breakfast facility (which is fine, just an observation for others). If you book early enough it will be a very clean, safe and extraordinarily cheap place to stay.

Air con in the 4 series rooms we had was not the best. It is definitely needed in the humid location of Hanoi. Our friends in the 2 series rooms had great air con.

Very friendly staff. Arranged a cake for my husbands 50th Birthday as a suprise. Really appreciated the very thoughtful gesture. Good size rooms and comfy beds. Good location, only 10mins walk to Old Quarter and 20mins walk to Train Street. We were in an upper room so less noise from traffic outside.

Lack of water pressure in the shower, but minor issue.

The staff were very helpful. We arrived early in the morning after a long time travelling, and managed to get a nap in the spa until our room was ready. The room was large with a balcony and street view . The bed was very comfy and much needed after all the walking and chaos of the city.
