Awesome location and clean room with dry toilet

Noise from street. I was tired so able to sleep but otherwise can have some street noise in room facing the road. Can request for room not facing Main Street for quieter night.

Great base for exploring the old town, a fee-free atm 1 min walk away, next door to a pickup point for sleeper buses, and many eateries nearby. The best showers in our month of travelling Vietnam. The service and information from staff was outstanding, including Ms Anna. Big delicious breakfast servings from a set menu served on the rooftop. We had multiple stays in the superior and deluxe double rooms - they were quiet and styled beautifully. The hotel organised our laundry and securely stored our luggage while we did the HG loop. Very reasonably priced accom for this location - would happily stay here if visiting Hanoi again!

To begin with the staff were courteous and made you feel welcome. I especially enjoyed the breakfast each morning it was made to order and fresh! Fresh towels and toiletries were provided daily without needing to ask for them, which I have had issues with at some larger hotel chains before. The reception desk scheduled our transportation upon arrival and departure to Hanoi international airport. I highly recommend L’amant De Hanoi’s and would stay again!

I wish that my stay had been longer than one week.

The bedroom was very modern, clean and comfortable. Not huge but definitely enough space for two. There was a window but this doesn’t look out onto the street so there’s effectively no window. However we never spent time in the room during the day and it was nice and quiet at night so didn’t mind this at all. There’s air con in the room and a TV. Plenty of storage space. The shower was very good. It’s also in a central area so you can easily get out to all the touristy areas. 2 water bottles (500 ml each) are provided for free every day with the room cleaning.

What you see in the picture is the same in person. The staff are also very accommodating and they also had a private car transport going to the airport. The location is very good, its in the center of old quarter so all we did was to walk around the places we wanted to visit.

We were asking for a spare toothbrush/tooth paste, but they told us they dont have although we can pay for the additional set of dental kit.

The location is very good! We walked to most places in Hanoi, and the hotel staff were very considerate to prepare a birthday cake for our birthday trip.

The window is not soundproof at all and the street is quite busy. So it's hard to have any quiet time in the room. I hope they can replace the window in the future.

The room feels very luxurious with its enormous bed and soft linen. It's spacious and really feels like an oasis to retreat to after busy hours spent walking around the hot and bustling Hanoi streets. The location is incredibly convenient and it's easy to get into the Old Quarter with its lively, bustling streets, or down to the lake for a wander around. There are a number of restaurants, coffee shops and small boutique stores on the street, with basically anything else you could be looking for within a 10 minute walk. The staff were very helpful, always making sure to open the door for us, and allowing us to leave our luggage stored after we needed to check out.

The ambient noise from the road is a little bit loud, so if you're sensitive to noise, that might bother you a little bit.

The hotel is very clean and affordable. Location is very central and all attraction areas and amenities within 5 mins walk. We booked packages for ninh binh, Halong Bay tour and also sapa bus from them and they ensure everything is smooth throughout our entire stay in Vietnam. Anna explained to us the nearby attraction areas, recommended places to dine, tips and things to take note during the stay in Vietnam once we reach the hotel on the first day. She is always reaching out to us all the time and asking for feedback etc and rectify immediately if we encounter any issues. Really impressed with the service and highly recommended for their 5 star service. Thank you so much for making our trip enjoyable and taking care of us all the time. If we come back again, we will reach out to you and recommend our friends visiting Vietnam/Hanoi as well.

Hot weather as we visited during July. Can provide more shower gel as weather is hot and we showered a few times haha but hotel is very accommodating and provide us more when we requested . Nothing much to dislike

The staff is really nice and very helpful! The location in the old town is fantastic and the most important and interesting sights are within walking distance. It is also hygienic.

The only negative point is that it is relatively quiet and you can hear other people in the hallway and in the room.

The room was beautiful and as per pictures. Nice interior, modern and spacious. The location is great! Lots of food option.

The floors were not clean. I spilled some water and used some tissue paper to wipe the puddle of water. The tissue papers were black! And the soles of our feet were also black.
