The hotel is easy to get to by the airport bus number 86, come out of the airport and the bus is to your left cost is about $3. Get off at the bridge ( long Bien bridge / Churong Duong bridge )stop and walk in the direction the bus is going for about 5 to 10 mins. If you get to the opera house stop you have gone to far . The manager Lily is excellent, will organise trips out and transport to the airport for the early morning flights with a packed breakfast, Lyly made us tea while we waited for our room to be cleaned , as we were 5 hours early..and allowed us to use the room early. Staff are excellent, from opening doors to making sure your breakfast is cooked to order just how you like it👍 The beds are soft and rooms clean, I had a great nights sleep every night with tasty breakfast and a hot shower. Breakfast is a mix of English..(bacon & eggs). Fruits , salads , yogurt, coffee , tea, breads ,and local Vietnamese dishes. The Hotel is on the edge of the old town, a few minutes walk to the centre. Excellent location 👍 The rooms are cleaned everyday , topped up with bottled water and coffee ☕ If you are going to Hanoi I would recommend this Hotel. Great price , fantastic location & Amazing staff. What more could you ask for ?

I can only say THANK YOU. I stayed five nights in this hotel and everything was 10/10. The location is perfect, very central and close to everything. Breakfast is great; besides the buffet you can order pancakes, pho soup, scrambled eggs and more, with fresh juices included. As a small suggestion, oat milk or whole grain bread would be nice, but overall it’s very good. Before my arrival, they even wrote to me on WhatsApp to check that I was arriving safely, told me they would be waiting for me, and offered excursions and tours — something I really appreciated. The staff are incredibly kind, especially Apple. I’m so impressed always ready to help with anything. I promise she was born for this because she truly wants you to feel good all the time. The room has everything you need, very clean, with towels changed and cleaning every day. I did see a couple of ants (normal in Asia) and the water is not too much hot, but it’s fine. The air conditioning cools a lot (even at 26º it was cold, haha) so I slept without it at night. The location is great: 5-10 minutes walking to the main attractions, and about 20 minutes to the Train Street, in a nice walk. Everything was amazing. I recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, thank you. The team and the service are 10/10. Don’t think twice, book it and see for yourself.

I stayed here twice with my family during our trip to Hanoi. Breakfast was amazing. Free, available from 6:45 - 9:30, and includes a buffet as well as orderable dishes such as pho, eggs and pancakes. I looked up outside breakfast options beforehand, but we never ended up using them as breakfast at the hotel was so good! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The mattresses were the perfect softness so I slept well. The rooms were cleaned and the sheets and towels were changed everyday. The murals on their walls and ceilings were really beautiful! We booked rooms with no windows, but it wasn't an issue at all. The location was really convenient - only a couple minutes walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, and it was easy to get taxis. And finally, the staff, especially Apple and Daisy, were absolutely lovely! They were always so helpful with bags, doors, suggestions - you name it! The front desk is always manned so there was always a familiar face to greet us every time we left and came back to the hotel.

The hotel is close to the downtown area, all the facilities are very clean, and the price is affordable. I was especially impressed by the staff members Daisy and Apple. Although the Independence Day parade made the situation different from usual and a bit confusing, both of them kindly supported me. Since I was bedridden with food poisoning, I asked if I could rest until my night train reservation, and they arranged a late check-out for me (of course, as a paid service). Even with my poor English, they understood what I wanted to say. Thank you very much also for the lovely gift.

Excellent breakfast - great variety for a small hotel. Clean towels and bedding, and comfortable bed. Staff are polite and helpful. Good value for money just to sleep for a night. Pictures clearly show the shower and toilet being in one wet room in case people don't like that.

Hotel room is dated. There's also a set of frosted glass doors in the room which doesn't lock and there's a vent behind it with some steel wire/grate separating one floor from the next - not something I was expecting to see in a hotel room and can't un-see once I've seen it.

Excellent location, right in the city center with walkable diatance to all things important. But quiet enough to allow a good night sleep - which is a rare thing in cities like Hanoi. Most comfortable beds and pillows we had in our 3 weeks stay throughout Vietnam and Cambodia (8 different locations). Not too soft not hard, just perfect. Fantastic staff, smiling, kind, willing to help with anything, got a free upgrade on our second booking. Good breakfast selection Great value for money, highly recommend!

The facilities were great. The air conditioning worked really well. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was amazing Vietnamese cuisine. The hotel staff were amazing. May (the hotel manager) helped me when I got scammed buying a SIM card. She drove me to the shop on her motorcycle and talked to them in Vietnamese asking them to show us the camera footage. She really went above and beyond to help me and we successfully recovered my money. Apple and Alex were also so kind, they answered all questions patiently and helped if you needed anything at all. In general all of the hotel staff took very good care of me. The best part of my stay was the staff. Every single staff member is kind and willing to help. I would recommend this hotel to anybody interested in visiting Hanoi!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location — but what truly made my experience exceptional was the incredible service from the reception staff, especially Apple. Apple was extremely professional, kind, and always greeted me with a warm smile. She went above and beyond to assist me during my stay, making sure I had everything I needed and more. Her positive energy, attention to detail, and genuine care made me feel truly welcomed and valued. She turned a good stay into an unforgettable one. I also want to sincerely thank Daisy, who was always polite, cheerful, and ready to help whenever I had a question or needed assistance. Both Apple and Daisy made the reception area feel warm and welcoming — their hospitality truly stood out and made a lasting impression.

The hotel is conveniently located in Old Quarters (but in a less congested area), so scheduling bus-pickups for tours was easy. The breakfast was nice; the fruits were always freshly purchased. The staff were very friendly and helped me on many occasions from itinerary planning, to helping me choose my outfits. The receptionists speak English well. Overall, I felt very welcomed. They also helped me store my luggage in-between trips so that I only needed to carry the essentials with me.

It's a smaller hotel in a good location, so it can be difficult to rebook a room since it is easy for them to reach capacity.
