Good Location to old town. All staff very kind, polite and helpful. Henry was extremely accommodating in helping us find the exact suitable room for us. Hotel facilities are as described. We stayed in deluxe double room and it was perfect for the 2 of us for 5 days. We had 2 windows, not for view purposes but for natural light. If this is important to you consider when booking as some rooms have no windows but are priced accordingly. If you’re a light sleeper try and get a room away from the lift. We stayed in 801 and it was lovely.

We absolutely loved this hotel perfectly positioned in the heart of the OldQuarter. The beautiful tasteful room had a Parisian feel and was very clean and comfortable . The exceptionally kind and helpful staff made it really special-dear Henry, Maya and another lovely lady whose name I am so sorry I didn’t check before leaving. Loved the little resident dog “Lucky”! We are jealous of her living there😊

The hotel is super clean and the rooms are very spacious. To our surprise there was no outside noise in the evening and we could rest very well! The staff is very kind and ready to help you at anytime. We initially booked a room without a window but they upgraded us to one with a balcony, for free! The hotel is situated in the old quarter near to absolutely everything. We would definitely come back!

The room is extremely clean and in great condition. There is everything you need equippped for a comfortable stay. The service and attitude provided by the staff is top-notch. They went beyond their main responsibilities to help me out with motorbike rental, package delivery, food recommendation…The location is super convenient, right at the heart of the city, 6 minutes walk from the Old Quarter. The exterior and interior look neat and aesthetic.

Everything is great!

The room was very clean, with everything that I needed, and the bed was particularly comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and booked me airport transfers in advance, collating the payments for ease. Lots of different local places to eat surround the hotel, and it feels safe in the area.

The air conditioner was noisy, and the layout of the hotel meant noisy guests coming and going next door sounded very close.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, bed was huge and super comfy! Hotel was very close to the centre being able to reach old town within 5 minutes and train street within 20. AC was super cold which was nice when arriving out of the humidity of Hanoi!

Was quite noisy at night, sounded like the windows were open but they weren’t. Walls were paper thin so could hear the TV in the room next door but no fault of the hotel.

I stayed with my husband and my son 6 year old. Check in and check out was very easy. The room was very comfortable and they kept everything stocked and extras such as toilet paper and towels. The staff was super friendly and always greeted us

Fantastic hotel! From the moment I go there till when I left absolutely brilliant. Perfect for solo travellers, great location in the centre and walking distance to attractions. The lady at reception was lovely, making payment was straight forward and the help to get to the airport was amazing. I loved my room, everything I needed and more (tv,wifi,robe, fridge, safe)! I 100% recommend this hotel, book it!

Staff are absolutely amazing, thoughtful and made the stay 5*. Hotel is in a perfect spot, nice and quiet so it's very easy to have a relaxing stay. The decor in the rooms is probably one of the nicest I have seen in Vietnam as a whole

I had a lovely stay! Henry at the entrance was so kind and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The location is convenient, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the room was clean and comfortable. A great choice for a solo trip!
