The most memorable thing about this hotel was how the front desk staff made us feel welcome during our short stay here in Vietnam. Some of them are enthusiastic to practice their English with you, and some of them are diligent to make our stay here as comfortable as possible. It is my first time staying in a boutique hotel, and the experience is wonderful. It is hard to describe what makes this hotel special, but take the time to see and feel the hearts of these people. They want you to have a good vacation here in Hanoi. The photo is the rooftop view during breakfast.

The staff were wonderful. Especially Celina she helped me and mum out. The staff were so attentive and happy to help. Always greeted us with a smile even when they were busy. The rooms were cleaned every day. The only thing I would say is that they do need a bit of a vacuum. The floors were pretty dusty. However they were a great size. I found that the beds were comfortable and the amenities provided were helpful. It was great to have breakfast there everyday, however some more vegetarian options could be provided but you won't go hungry if you are vegetarian. They also provide small bowls of Pho if you didn't want a big bowl that day. The location is fantastic. Really close to everything you could want to do in the Old Quarter. I would happily return in a heartbeat.

This is not the hotel's fault but the hotel and the area are quite noisy. You can hear everything happening inside and outside the hotel. There are some ear plugs provided but if you're a light sleeper bring some ear plugs. Also there isn't really a Spa inside the hotel. You can get a massage inside your room, however if you want another service you have to go out to a spa that is affiliate with the hotel. The staff there will help you book the treatment though.

We got an incredible deal, and if we would rate Hanoi Fiesta based on what we paid, it would easily get 30 out of 10 points. However, we believe even at full price, this is a nice hotel. The king-size bed was huge and so comfortable, with 4 wonderful pillows. Actually, this might have been the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. The room had plenty of space and was immaculately cleaned. It had a nice bathroom, a huge TV, nice lighting, and everything one could wish for. The staff was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and spoke good English. The breakfast buffet has some Vietnamese and Western options, and we also liked the view from the 8th floor. The hotel is located just on the edge of the Old Quarter, which worked very well for us. We travel low budget cycling around the world, and this was by far the most luxurious accommodation we've had in all of two years. We paid so much less than what we got.

As we paid only about a third of what would probably be a normal rate we wouldn't dare to complain. However, if we would pay the full price, there is still room for improvement here and there, although on a high level. The fridge in the room could be a lot cooler (or stay on when one leaves the room). In the breakfast rooftop restaurant it can get quite warm on hot and sunny mornings.

The staff will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. From the reception to the breakfast staff, they all are hospitable, helpful and friendly. We got a room upgrade, bathroom was nice and good shower! Location is perfect in the old quarter. Breakfast had Vietnamese dishes, toast, fruit, eggs made to order and pancakes. The area is busy and therefore can be loud (traffic noise) they provide earplugs, but if you are a light sleeper it might bother you. However, that is probably the case in every hotel in the old quarter. Beds were nice and comfortable. Temperature in room was easily adjustable, which was good because it was cold this time of year.

Cannot think of anything

Staff was very friendly and reacted properly to our feedback. When arriving back at the hotel at night, the guy at reception always asked how our day went and gave helpful suggestions for the next day. The location is good to reach most attractions while still being on a calmer street so the noise in the room is ok (depending on the room).

Our first room didn't match the description (most importantly the room was not soundproof towards the street noise; they did provide earplugs though) and had some paint stains in the curtains. As we checked in late at night we didn't change anything on the spot but the next morning we got confirmation that we'd move to another room. That one was soundproof so it ended up being a good stay with proper sleep. The breakfast on the rooftop is a little cramped but good enough to get the day started.

You can expect a comfortable stay with the attentive staff here. From the welcoming reception to the helpful breakfast team, everyone is friendly and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, and the bathroom was modern with a good shower. Breakfast is a delightful mix of Vietnamese specialties, toast, fresh fruit, and eggs made just how you like them.

The area can get a bit noisy with traffic, but with our earplugs on hand, we had no problem with it.

- rooms are very comfortable and big, also bathroom was great - location is perfect!

- breakfast, would definitely book without breakfast next time, coffee was very, very bad - massage, I definitely don’t recommend using this service! we had a massage for two people, one was okay, but mine didn’t even feel like professional massage + after this they ask you for a tip (I think hotel should just add it as service charge, cause the massage is downstairs so you need to run to the room and search for cash after…) - while checking out they ask you to fill questionnaire about the hotel, so you can report anything you don’t like (also during your stay), but we were travelling around few countries so only had two days there, so I would rather spend them exploring and write review here after

Staff were amazing, very attentive and friendly! It is very easy to communicate as all of them speaks English very well. Rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. The housekeepers arranges and tidies up the room daily. Location wise, it is inside old quarter but in a quiet street. Everything is walking distance like beer street, hoan kiem lake, etc. Would definitely stay here again 😊

Very nice hotel, our room was a great size, extremely clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom and hot water! We booked a sleeper bus from another location that unfortunately meant we had to check in at 4am, but the reception staff were very kind and helpful when we checked in at this time. On check out they helped arrange a taxi to the airport!

Nothing we didn't like! wish we could have stayed longer!
