This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in while traveling around Vietnam. The staff were fantastic, helpful and always obliging. The hotel location was central and close to all the main attractions I wanted to visit in the Old Quarter. My newly renovated room was a lovely decor, spotlessly clean and very roomy. Although it was busy outside, with bustling nightlife, I could not hear a thing night. The breakfasts offered had a great selection of both western and Vietnamese food, delivered right to your table. I was even able to take advantage of booking a tour of Ha long Bay through the hotels reception. I will definitely be back to stay when in Hanoi next.

Needed a last minute place to stay after being let down by a bus company in Hanoi and chose this hotel at random. I am glad that I did, the staff were extremely friendly, the room was spacious with everything you would need including a kettle, safe and plenty of storage. Bathroom was really nice with lots of little extras and overall a lovely room Breakfast was also excellent, with a number of options plus a fruit bar and tea/coffee/juice bar as well. Altogether a very nice place to stay in an excellent location with the old quarter (in a quieter street as well) and so I would highly recommend!

We had an excellent stay in Hanoi. The hotel has a very good location, close to many attractions and easy to walk around. The room is modern, clean, and comfortable, with a very cozy bed. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of choices. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The pick up service and all excursions as HaGiang loop, Lan Ha bay… arranged by the hotel were amazing and well organized. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this boutique hotel in Hanoi. Thanks Lisa and the team.

- the staff was very helpful in providing us information about everything; - good location in the old quarter close to some main attractions - the breakfast was good (you have only one plate from the menu but they have good fruits and drinks)

- the room was a bit small and the facilities could have in general more maintenance (there was a mattress leaning against the chairs’ wall)

Location was great! Rooms were good and big. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they even had a booking office in the hotel and helped us booking our next bus.

Its already a bit older but still everything works and was clean. Unfortunatly we did not have a double bed but two extra beds. We put in the reservation that we would prefer a double bed. Probably there was no more free beds as we booked quite last minute. So make sure to book early enough when you prefer a double bed.

We were made to feel so welcome when arriving at Hanoi house. We were allowed to check in to the room early for a small fee and when checking out the staff kept our luggage safe and out of the way for the day as we had a late bus. The room was beautiful and clean and we had a big balcony overlooking the street. Great location in the old quarter, we were walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go . Thanks guys!

We had the best time at this Hotel, the staff were very friendly and could not do enough to make our stay a happy and pleasant one, the attention they gave us from booking in, at breakfast was just fantastic we could not recommend this hotel enough. It’s right in the Heart of Hanoi which is very handy.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They are available 24/7. The location is unbeatable as it's really close to downtown so you can walk anywhere. They offered us to keep our bigger suitcases while we were in another city. They also booked us a car to go to the airport for a very convenient price. I'd totally recommend it!

Breakfast: They offer some unlimited fruit (banana, mango, dragon fruit) and coffee but we need to choose only one "main dish", I wish we could choose at least 2 to get a bit fuller. But the city is full of places where to have breakfast for less than 2 usd so in the end we can't starve. Room: the room size was comfy, but the images when booking showed big windows and a terrace, which was not the case.

A new hotel with very friendly staff located on a main street. Breakfast is included and amazing (!), staff is very helpful and the room are clean.

We were given a room at the 8th floor and the elevator only got to 7. Not big of a deal, but sometiming to keep in mind.

Great location in the middle of Old Town, very close to Beer street, 5-10 min distance to lake. We booked via booking.com, it was cheaper than in person. We got room above the reception, we were afraid of that room, because wintow was just to reception area, but on the end of the day it was very good room. Good TV, with Netflix, large space. We booked trip to Ha Long bay right on desk next to reception.
