Location - right in the heart of old town. A couple of blocks from the lake. Room- I had a huge bed. An air conditioner, desk, chair, night stand and tv (never tuned it on so I don’t know about channels.) Elevator to all the floors. It was a comfortable room. The bathroom had an enclosed shower with a water filter on the shower. Very comfortable room. Check in and out was very smooth, everyone was so nice. As a solo travel, I felt well looked after. They gave me tips on what to do and see, they also help arrange day trips and airport pickups. I was genuinely greeted each time I came and left. WiFi for the most part was very good. Depending on my neighbors it might slow down a little but not bad. I was there over New Year’s so that could have affected it as well.

We came here just after I dislocated my shoulder and the owner upgraded our room to help make my stay more comfortable. We had a great room on the 6th floor overlooking the street below which had a small balcony with a lovely view. The owner was very friendly and arranged a car to bring us to the airport for a very reasonable price. We will stay here again on our next visit to Hanoi - great location and comfortable rooms! The man at reception was so helpful. He couldn’t do enough very accommodating with useful information for all our needs. It is a basic hotel but it had kettle, fridge which at the budget end of hotels is very helpful. A lot of other hotels do not supply these and being able to make a coffee and keep cold water and beer is much appreciated. It does the job on a basic level. The pillows were ok which was a huge improvement. The shower was superb, incredible water pressure definitely well appreciated by the whole family

I've stayed here multiple times. They recognize my name at this point. The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the Old Quarter. If you have a motorbike, they will bring it inside at night so it is safe. The rooms are nice and clean sand they have good ac. Definitely give them a try.

It was a cozy little Hotel in the middle of the old quarters. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff was also really nice and helped me whenever I had a question. It was really good value for the price :)

There could have been more water pressure in the shower but everything else was fine :)

The friendly hospitality displayed by the hotel manager made for a very enjoyable stay. The location is in the heart of the Quarters and relatively quiet despite the busy streets. I true pleasant stay. Thank you.

Staff: The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout the duration of the stay. Great customer service. Location: Extremely easy to get to everything you need from the hotel. For the price, the location is perfect. Big bed in the rooms. Laundry service was extremely quick and efficient.

The shower floods into the rest of the bathroom, which could make it quite slippery and the room itself is a little outdated. We kept crossing over with the cleaners which led to our room only being cleaned once during our 4 day stay even though we were out for the majority of the early afternoon with the 'clean sign on the door'.

Great location in old quarter, walkable, close to restaurants and convenience stores, bus stops a few min walk away. I had a very enjoyable stay and the staff is friendly and kind.

The employees at the front desk was really nice and helpul, they even let us leave our luggage for the entre day. The bedroom was clean as the bathroom, everything was working , no noise and no smells. Definitely à place to stay in Hanoï !

The room size is a bit small for more than 4 nights. I suffered an incident and had to stay in the room longer the last day. The hotel management decided to charge full late check-out and gave us 30’ for free. We didn’t expect it in that situation and having being long stay guests.
