Wonderful stay at Bella Rosa Trendy Hotel — highly recommended! Hanoi — just like all of Vietnam — truly impressed us. We stayed at Bella Rosa Trendy Hotel for several nights, with a short break in between for a trip to Sapa. From the very beginning, communication with the hotel was smooth and responsive. I contacted the hotel in advance and explained our somewhat complicated arrival: we were coming in two separate groups (from Germany and Kazakhstan) with a half-day difference. The hotel kindly arranged two separate airport transfers for us — one for each group — at a very reasonable price. When we decided to return from Sapa one day earlier than planned and found out that Bella Rosa Trendy was fully booked, the staff went out of their way to help. They offered us two rooms at another property from their group — Bella Rosa Hotel & Travel — and gave us a discounted rate matching the price of Bella Rosa Trendy, even though that hotel was more expensive online. That was incredibly thoughtful and much appreciated! Throughout our stay, the hotel staff responded promptly and helpfully to all of our questions. We also booked one-day tours to Ninh Binh and Halong Bay through the hotel in advance. The prices were fair and very close to what you would find online if booking on your own — and everything was well organized via their trusted partners. So we would definitely recommend booking tours directly through the hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect — right in the heart of the Old Quarter, close to everything: shopping centers, local boutiques, convenience stores, and of course, the lively beer street with Hanoi's famous nightlife just steps away. We did not include breakfast in our reservation (by choice), but there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, and food options nearby — we never went hungry 😊 Overall, we highly recommend Bella Rosa Trendy Hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi, especially for short or transit stays.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of old quarter. It's just as nice as in the pictures and I loved how comfortable the bed was. The best part about the hotel was the 2 receptionists Mr.Justin and Ms. Thao. They were so friendly and accomodating. I spent 10 nights here and they were always greeting me and asking how i was. The first night I even asked to switch rooms due to the noise from across the street and they accomodated very nicely.

The only issue i had was with the bar across the street playing loud music at night. It ends around 10-11pm however some nights i wanted to sleep early and it wouldve been annoying. It would have been nice to know before booking, However, to make up for it, The hotel accomodated my request to switch rooms

If you’re looking for a place that truly stands out, I can’t recommend this accommodation enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and genuinely helpful—they made the entire stay feel personalized and stress-free. The location is perfect—conveniently situated near key attractions, restaurants, and transport options, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. As for the accommodation itself, the unit is spotless, beautifully maintained, and designed with comfort in mind. Every detail reflects a commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this place checks all the boxes. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The hotel was okay. However, the customer service was phenomenal. The airport lost our baggage. The hotel managed the recovery and had it sent to me in Sapa on our next leg of the trip. We used this hotel as a hub to move back and forth. They were great at coordinating everything for us. They kept our baggage while we went to Sapa and Halong Bay. On one of the nights, they put us in a louder room. I complained about it they discounted it.

The one thing I recommend is that you ask which room is best for you. They have a room that faces the party street. If you get that room, it'll be so loud that you'll have trouble sleeping. So, if you're tired and you want sleep, let them know so they set you up for the quieter rooms.

The room was to our liking and matched the photos on the booking. It was spacious, clean and the private terrace overlooking the busy street made all our evenings richer. But what is important to highlight is that we have never seen nicer, more helpful and wonderful people at the reception. Specially Kelly acts like a family friend and treats you like her own. Thank you very much for a very pleasant days in Hanoi. We highly recommend and if we ever return to Hanoi, we would love to go back to Bella Rosa.

From check-in to check-out, the staff, led by manager Kelly, were incredibly attentive, making my stay enjoyable. Located in the vibrant old quarter close to numerous dining and nightlife options, the hotel provided a pleasant retreat at night despite the bustling surroundings. The room was clean with efficient air conditioning and a secure safe. The high water pressure in the walk-in shower, even on the 5th floor, was a pleasant surprise. Chosen after careful research for its prime location and value, this hotel offered a comfortable stay at a reasonable price, making it a top pick for my next visit to Hanoi's Old Quarter.

The old quarter where the hotel was located was a very noisy street which was quite chaotic in the evening and weekends.

From when I walked Nam was very welcoming even at 1am. The room was lovely and big, with a very comfortable bed. Kelly was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. When I injured my leg she ordered food in and got ice for me. Kelly and Nam made you feel right at home. The location is fantastic if you like food and a vibrant night life.

Nothing, only the fact I couldn’t walk to explore

Room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and it all worked. Free water was a bonus. All of the staff were fabulous and very hard-working, and Thao particularly knowledgeable and helpful. The location is excellent for restaurants, bars, nightlife and only a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and the city tour bus.

We stayed for 2 nights in March 2024. The room was spacious and clean. The AC was good and powerful. The water pressure was strong. The room has a dedicated hot water line, so we never had to worry about running out of hot water or having to wait for the water to get hot enough to take a shower or bath. I really wanted a bathroom with a bathtub and was not disappointed here. The rain shower was a nice touch. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is right in the middle of the old town and is roughly of equal distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and Dong Xuan market. It is just 50 meters from Ta Hien beer street, but it is far enough that the noises from late parties won't keep you up all night. All these positive aspects of the hotel and yet, the best aspect is the service for us. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. They really went above and beyond for us. As usual, you will need to insert the key to turn the AC and power on. However, we arrived to a very cool room as the staff had already turned on the AC before we arrived to make sure that we didn't come into a warm room, which is important as mosquitoes is a huge problem in the North of Vietnam at this time. We asked for some local food recommendations and were not disappointed. We got room 301 and would highly recommend it. It has a floor to ceiling window that sort of wraps around the corner of the building a little. This corner of the room overlooks both Đào Duy Từ Street and the intersection of Lương Ngọc Quyến and Tạ Hiện. There is a small love seat for you to sit and watch the streets without having to stay outside. I highly recommend it

Lovely woman runs this place and helped us coordinate things we needed around Hanoi like transport and tours. Room was great for what we paid, in about the most central place to access the highlights of Hanoi. Shower was hot for the entire shower (a rarity in our travels) and had good pressure.

There was a cold spell in Hanoi where the temperature dropped below 10C at night, and there is no heating available. Definitely a double blanket situation. Our room at the back of the building was good as far as noise is concerned, but I could imagine if you were at the front it could be loud - it's right beside Beer Street.
