It’s a well run pleasant place to stay with great staff

I liked everything about the place except 1 thing, I was in room 201 and it had a window by the door that could see the stairwell, the blinds had see through spots and you could see into the room from outside specifically the bed which I felt lacked a litttle privacy.. perhaps a completely dark blind that isn’t translucent at all for mex privacy

Exceptional value for price, has everything you except it to have. The personnel is always there for anything you might need and more. I went on 2 of the tours they offer and had an amazing time on both of them. The location is ideal as you can roam around the city's old quarter and have connections to all main tourist spots and activities. Cannot recommend enough

Amazing place in Hanoi Old Quarter. This is our 4th time staying at Kingdom Hotel in Hanoi. And again, this will always my choice each time i come back. The room is super clean and wifi works perfectly. The manager - Mrs Spring are always happy. As i know, she even helped a guest here a-lot during his not well time that he was staying at the hotel. She and her staff even fed him when he could not help himself. No one in his family or friends were in Hanoi, this guest was so lucky to meet these nice people. And, also i saw her talked back to 3 American men so politely when these people, who had used the minibar inside their room but did not want to pay for the drinks. They even threaded the hotel that if the hotel charged them, they would leave a bad / negative review for the hotel. Mrs Spring was still very calm and said: "we charge what you have used. Only US$ 0.4 for 1 small bottle of water you do not want to pay, so, you should not take it. Be advised that you should pay for what you use". Anyway, Kingdom Hotel is my lovely hotel to stay in Hanoi

Booked a cheapest small bed and single room (us$ 19/ night), got free upgrade to the deluxe double bed room (us$ 45/ night) without any extra charge. Best location in the centre. Very clean room. Comfy bed. Very kind and friendly people helping me to arrange all of my trips.

Has airport shuttle and Sim card service Young guy with specs who manages at night shift gives great guide to tourists about the area and what to do and what not to very informative Great location

Some miscommunication and confusion with one of the hotel members during and after booking

Everything! Spring, her nephew and the cleaners were so lovely and so helpful. She booked all our tours for us and looked after our luggage whilst we did that. Kept us updated through WhatsApp the whole time too. The hotel itself is very clean and the rooms are small with a comfy bed and lovely bathroom area. We would definitely visit the Kingdom Hotel again if we visit Hanoi - thank you so much for our great stay

Nothing - it is very close to the noise of beer street given it’s directly in the centre, but honestly the hotel feels pretty soundproof

Amazing location and staff were perfect and helped us book everything around Hanoi such as the Ha Giang Loop and a trip to ninh binh and sapa. Beds were comfy , strong WiFi and rooms were clean with a great AC

Excellent. Everything was great with helpful tips on local travel, arranging tours to halong bay and the loop. We left our luggage at the hotel almost 10 days when traveling around without being charged even a small amount. Great choice to stay in hanoi. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone needing a nice hotel on the best location of hanoi old quarter, not expensive.

Reception and staff were so welcoming which set the tone for our stay! New hotel, fresh, very clean especially the bedding towels and bathroom. Excellent location. Best of all were the staff - all who couldn’t do enough for us. They gave lots of information and helped to organize best excellent trips to Sapa, Hagiang and Ninh Binh. Highly recommend!
