The hotel is near by the restaurants,bars,souvenir shops and tourist spots are just around 5-10 minutes drive. I love the area cause it’s convenient however, we didn’t get the room that we booked cause they said they forgot to close it here on booking.com nonetheless we appreciate the staffs for accommodating us especially when we had a problem with one of the spa there. Thanks to Brian for giving us discounts and to all the staffs who helped us.

I was shock when we left the hotel to tour around the City cause when we came back everything was clean. At first I am not sure if that’s how the hotels works in Vietnam cause I’ve been to different hotels and it was the first time that I’ve experienced that they will gonna enter into your room when the guests are not around, so just a suggestion that maybe they should just clean the room if the guests requested. Overall it was good, no things were missing thanks again to Brian for letting us to take a shower when we arrived cause our room was still not available since we arrived 8AM.

It’s in the prime location in Hanoi. In the middle of most happening place. You have everything near like restaurants, clubs, massage places etc. There is no elevator in this property so it’s a problem if your room on top floors , mine one was 6th floor. Also there is a night club next door, so you have to expect loud sound till early morning. If you are not comfortable with that then be mindful about booking this room . Good thing is that they provide you earplugs. Considering all these I would say it’s a good place to for a day.

The hotel is centrally located and since it’s in a spa, there is a 10% discount for guests (really good foot/body massages) The staff is really helpful and nice and they gave recommendations on food, money exchange, and places in the area. Gave fresh towels, toothbrushes/toothpaste, water and changed sheets daily. Had toiletries and bed was extremely comfy.

Since the hotel is right by a club, the noise will be pretty loud but they offer free earbuds which was a good plus. Our bathroom had a leak which smelled pretty bad but we worked around that.

The location is very accessible. We can walk to most of the Old Quarter's destinations. It is also close to bus stops. David is really nice and accommodating. He helped us arrange our Ha Long Bay tour. He also makes sure that we get to have the best stay :) The hotel is close to a bar so it can get noisy at night time until the early morning. It is unavoidable but it should not be a problem if you are a heavy sleeper like us. So if you are a sensitive sleeper, it migt be difficult. The staff are kind and very proactive to offer earplugs.

There is a weird smell coming from the comfort room's drain. But it was not a big problem for us.

I stayed at La Renta Center Hotel & Spa for 6 nights during my visit in Hanoi and Mr. David welcomed me during my very early morning arrival and he let me checked in early than the usual check in time. He was very nice and accomodating, he'd recommend places where to eat and even give you advices that tourists like me should know more about. Also, I like the room as it was what I am expecting. I love the lighting in the room and the windows are huge which I love and the ACU is on a very good condition. I like that there is a hot and cold shower option in bath, they daily replenish the bottled water, towels and others that needs to be fixed/replenish daily. For me, the only downside of the hotel is its situated at the party place so expect it be really a little noisy outside during weekends. Good thing, Mr. Andy gave me earplugs which was very helpful. I had one with me but Mr. Andy's gesture of giving me is one real thoughtfulness and indeed appreciated that. Mr. Andy as well is very nice and accomodating, everytime I go back home at the hotel he ask how my day was, listens and shares expriences plus both of them (Mr. Andy & Mr. David) speaks and understands english nicely. Overall, my experience with La Renta Center Hotel & Spa is a huge part of my Hanoi trip. Kudos to all and can't wait to be back in Hanoi!

It’s right on the old quarter, with amazing restaurants/bars/massage just downstairs. The staff was very attentive and helped us book the Ha Giang Loop, massages, and bus to Cat Ba. Free water always available and mini fridge on the room. For the price it works perfectly fine, would come back!

It looks better on the pictures and I got a room with no windows but it was fine for 1 night!

very central location and in the party area if that is something you are interested in. the bathroom and bedroom were perfectly clean and staff were very friendly. comfortable night sleep

quite noisy at night as next to a nightclub, however if this doesn’t bother you then it isn’t a problem. the staff are lovely and offer you earplugs on arrival which actually allowed for a great night sleep!

Firstly andy she made our stay super comfy and we reached early she offered us reclaining chairs to sleep and rest after our hectic long journey provided us water she was very caring and she also got us a very good deal with halong bay tickets she was super nice very kind and the stay was in heart of the old quarter road every thing was accessible 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

The room was very clean and comfy with a massive bed. The window was blacked out which was good as the lights from the street below would have come up into the room all night. When we arrived at 4am there was someone waiting for us which was so handy and easy. Also on the day we were due to leave my girlfriend was not feeling well and they allowed us to stay in the room until later that day so she could rest before we went to the airport which was just so kind and amazing!! highly recommend

Nice hotel and Spa in the old town. I got a room on the six floor so it was quite peaceful. Staff is very kind and helpful. I booked 1 day trip with reception and had a great foot massage in the hotel spa. Everything is around, you can walk easily the city from the hotel
