The people were always extremely accommodating, anything you needed they arrange for you - tours, transportation. And the breakfast was amazing!,

The comfort and privacy. Stayed in a private room for 4 nights, then extended my stay twice it was that great. Hai was also an amazing host

The service was very friendly especially Hai.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The AC in our room broke down on our first night and they fixed a new room for us straight away.

It was hard to find a place to call family. The common room was very open and it was a lot of noise.

Good location, friendly staffs and cozy

The hotel is spacious, airy, and very clean. Its location is convenient, right in the heart of the Old Quarter and close to Hoan Kiem Lake, making it easy to get around. The staff are extremely friendly and approachable, especially the night shift receptionist who was very helpful even late at night. I was really satisfied with my stay and will definitely come back next time.

The hotel was in an excellent location for exploring Hanoi's old quarter - lots of bars, restaurants and all kinds of shops within 10's feet, absolutely ideal. The staff we interacted with were all fantastic. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and recommended excellent places to eat and drink. The receptionist also booked us a taxi to get us to the airport at 5am no problem at all. I would definitely recommend others to stay here!

Very little me and my friends didn't like about the hotel. Larger bottles of water in the room would have been appreciated.

The staff were very helpful. I really liked the buffet Breakfast. The location is by the centre of "Old Town" Hanoi...and close to the night market.

The toilet design felt cramped...and the toilet area was not designed to use gravity to drain the water away. May be loud if you get a room facing the main street.
