I usually don't write reviews unless I'm truly impressed, and this time is no exception. Our 3-night stay at Memory Central Hotel & Spa was simply amazing. The rooms were new and spacious, boasting big and comfortable beds. We were even provided a free room upgrade, further enhancing our experience. Yes, the balcony is a bit small (as others have pointed out), but it still offers a refreshing breeze (so no complaints). The rooms are well-ventilated through windows, a rarity in Hanoi. The TV with cable worked perfectly, and there is a handy mini-fridge in the room. The bathroom is spacious and features a jacuzzi bathtub. A table with chairs made working easy. Although WiFi occasionally weakened in certain parts of the room, moving around internally solved the issue. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. They provided excellent recommendations for types of coffee beans to purchase (no tourist traps), and the airport pickup was even cheaper than using Grab. The highlight was the AC turned on in the room after our hot tours to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh, providing a cool and comfy room to return to. They even accommodated a late checkout for a small fee, a thoughtful gesture for our evening flight. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi. Perfectly located, it offers a peaceful atmosphere while being close to Old Town attractions. Starting from South Vietnam, Hanoi was our final city. I had leftover cash that I wanted to use before leaving the country, and the hotel management kindly allowed me to pay at checkout via cash, with any remaining balance settled via card. The host went the extra mile, assisting with luggage transfer at checkout, translating to the driver, explaining, and ensuring our airport drop-off was accurate. If you're coming to Hanoi, don't look any further. Staying here promises an 11/10 experience in every imaginable way.

While our stay was overall fantastic, I can't think of anything in particular that I didn't like. The experience was overwhelmingly positive.

Good location, close to all attractions in the old quarter. There is a real bath in the room! The staff speaks good English, friendly and very helpful.

The a/c unit did not have heating unit so the room has been very cold. After asking about it the hotel receptionist gave me a small heater which was fine. The room requires more maintenance: some of the ceiling painting peels, some of the lighting is noisy etc...

The location was great, I could walk around the Old Quarter, Bar Street, walkable to the lake area to the Hop On Hop Off bus, and lots of eateries around. My room was large, clean and quiet. The front staff were very helpful with my questions and made recommendations.

The sign to the hotel could be a little larger as you can miss the little walkway quite easily.

The bed is huge and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Im happy with the a/c.

The hotel isn’t complete yet so some of the facilities are not available yet. The tv and fridge isn’t working. There is a tv but no channel. There’s a fridge but there’s a problem with the socket. The lift is small, max capacity is 4. Our room is on the 8th floor so the water pressure is very low. They transferred us on the 5th and im happy. Try to request for the lower floor i suggest.

We were offered free upgrade from another branch due to its renovation. Location, room facilities and staffs are all good

We have a morning to have the breakfast by paying the hotel. My advice is you do not need to pay for the breakfast in the hotel instead go outside and pleanty of choices available

I like the staff.... They are very helpful and approachable. Their tour offers are really amazing and well planned and they also help for the airport pick up and drop off. Thank you so much!!!

The room is well equipped and the staff is nice. Location is also good, not far from the old quarter and bus station.

There is almost no soundproof, I can hear everything from the hallway.

It was very central for a traveler, right next to the old quarter but away from it as well.

The aircon idiot king was a bit loud but they were in the process of fixing it
