All in all a good and comfortable room for the price you pay (we had on of the Deluxe Rooms). The room is spacious and even has a big fridge. The bathroom is also very spacious and has soup, shower gel and shampoo. In the lobby they provide umbrellas if you need one, also there is a small cabinet with toiletries. Our contact Mr. Hai was really nice, answered within 1 minute if we had a request and really did everything for us, even ordered a taxi for us once.

The shower in the bathroom only allows a very low stream of warm water (almost only drops). We used the laundry service but compared to the ones in the city the price was double and when we got our clothes back, some clothes were dirty and socks were missing.

Super nice staff always very helpful. Host was always quick to reply if any issues via WhatApp. New place super clean, comfy beds, good wifi, good a/c, free toothpaste/shampoo/soap and amazing hot showers. Prime location close to Old town and in walking distance to most attractions, restaurants and supermarkets.

Nothing really but maybe at some point when possible, it would be nice if guests could use the rooftop area to relax and catch some sun and fresh air. Again place is new and just opened recently, so not an important issue.

Close to the bus station. Arrived very late so it was super convenient for me, just 3 minutes away. The room is tiny but enough for one night. You even get a huge storage space, both under the bed and inside the stairs to the bed. There’s AC, blowdryer, a kettle, soaps. Mr. Hai, the manager, was available on Whatsapp even in late hours.

The street itself is a little bit scary during the night. It was hard to recognize the place- no signs whatsoever, no light in the lobby. In general, There was no one in the lobby during my stay.

The location of this place is great. The staff was very flexible and quick to respond. Overall it’s good value for money

There is no privacy when going to the bathroom as it is a glass cube within the room. The shower drain is completely clogged. The bathroom was flooded in less than 2 minutes, as in water to your ankles. If you showered for longer than that the water would flood in to the room.

Really a great place. Location is perfect because it's not inside the old town, just 3 minutes by walk. So it's not noisy and you can sleep well. It's new so it's really good and rare. Bed are comfy, it's clean. And the staff is so careful and helpful. Really a big thank you to the staff. So nice staff. I have booked again some more nights.

We really loved this place! Very cool and cosy design and comfy bed. There was a place in the hall where you could get toiletries from the cupboard as well as borrow umbrellas etc. Laundry was done nice and quickly and efficiently, and everyone was friendly. Fairly close to main area - just have to use pedestrian bridge across main road.

Only small issue was the traffic noise etc. from outside. Very flimsy windows so no real soundproofing and it's quite a busy area.

Big room, good shower, air-con is very cold, not far from busy street food area. Nearby has plenty of nail salon, beauty salon.

No foot towel, no free water, bed pretty hard. Front door open is very difficult to us even we put the exact password. We stayed 5 nights we can opened it by ourselves only 1 time, the rest someone helped to open from inside.

Even though the reception staff was not present they took care of all our needs. The location was perfect. Somehow the place felt like a quiet and cold oasis in the middle of noisy Hanoi. Btw. the best shower I’ve seen in Asia so far!

Second time I booked. And again everything was perfect. Staff is very helpful and nice. I slept very well. Very comfy bed, clean, and quiet. Love it, near to old town only 3 minutes by walk. If come back again to Hanoï, I will definitely book again. Thank you.
