Overall hotel was clean and room had enough space.. price was also good and found hotel value for money..Though it is slightly out of old quarter but distance is manageable.

We gave this hotel an exceptional rating because for the price ($16.30)--being a two star hotel--it is exceptional. The room was cleaner, and the bed more comfortable than expected. We booked this room needing a place to shower and rest after being dropped off the night bus from Ha Giang at 4:30 a.m. It's close to many restaurants and coffee shops. Jenny was a spectacular help, quickly contacting us back about the 5 a.m. arrival and had someone available to open the door for us. Another reason we were convinced to book the Christina Center Hotel was the free cancelation anytime policy! Jenny speaks English well! She booked our bus to Ninh Binh for us, too.

This hotel is in a great location, nice and quiet from the room, but lots of cafes and shops near by. The room was a great size, really comfy bed and clean. The best part about my stay here is the staff, there is always somebody about if you have a question or they can be easily contacted on WhatsApp. Jenny has been so helpful with everything, nothing is too much. I ended up extending my stay here and I definitely recommend a stay here whilst in Hanoi.

We spent a very nice stay at Cristina Center Hotel for a few days during the Saigon Liberation day. It was very nice to be in the center and see all the celebration that were going on. The room was clean and functional, and we did not hear any noise from outside. The staff was very helpful, let us drop our bags off until we’d go to the airport in the late afternoon and even offered to handle the transport.

it was close to a lot of restaurants and little street food corners. the staff was super helpful with everything. there was an elevator in the building! so that was a major plus if ur on the 6th floor! the room was nice! I stayed in a room with no window but you get used to that pretty fast!

they lock the door at night. and you can only open it from the inside. so you have to knock really loud to wake them up so they can open the door for you!

Location is amazing, staff are wonderful and so friendly! My boyfriend was ill and we had to extend another night which was no problem. If we needed anything they were just a phone call away. The shower is the best shower we have had in Vietnam. Our room had no window which means no street noise. Yay!

Maybe a bit dated but for the price it is fantastic. We have found Hanói quite expensive but this place was brilliant for the price.

The staff were so helpful and gave us a free upgrade to a balcony room without us even asking. The room was beautiful and clean and they provide a laundry service as well so we had all our washing done within only a couple hours of us giving it to them. They also agreed to hold our bags for us while we do the Ha Giant Loop which absolutely saved us. Thanks so much, we will be back!

The staff was super friendly, helped us with all our questions. We did the ha giang loop and stayed here before and after it and we were able to store our bags during the loop which was really nice! Breakfast was good aswell. Great stay for the price you pay!

Located on a busy road so i would recommend bringing earplugs!

Wonderful hotel right in the old city, clean and superbly comfortable beds. Had some amazing nights sleep at this hotel! Staff were amazing aswell, giving me tips for the city and organising taxis to the airport for me, always greeting me with a smile every time I came through the door :)

The bed was really comfy and the breakfast was great - there's a range of options and they gave us lots of coffee! They also allowed us to use the shower at the end of the day after check out which was lovely. The staff also provided us a map for where to explore in Hanoi which was very helpful :)
