We stayed in a family room (4 adults) and had a great experience. The hotel doesn't have a lift, but the staff were quick to help and kindly carried our bags up to the room. The beds were unbelievably comfortable—like sleeping on clouds—and the room itself was spacious, clean, and really good value for money. It was exactly what we were expecting. The location was excellent too. We were able to walk everywhere, which made exploring super easy. The hotel also helped organise our airport transfers, which was a huge help. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—really lovely people. Would definitely recommend this place for a simple, comfy, and convenient stay!

We stayed at this family-run hotel for a total of eight nights across two separate visits and really enjoyed our time here. The location is excellent, and the staff, especially Ms. Hoa, were friendly and very accommodating, with Ms. Hoa speaking fluent English. The Wi-Fi service was reliable and the beds were comfortable. Do note, however, that access to the rooms involves climbing a narrow staircase—75 steps to the fourth floor and 92 steps to the fifth. Between the two rooms we stayed in, Room 401 is more spacious than Room 501. Both are nice though with large balconies and a decent view.

What we liked the most: - great price quality ratio - the location: right in the Center of old town with good restaurants and bars just 1 Min. to walk - nice balcony with cityview from the 5th floor - quietness of the room - early checkin

My girlfriend and me stayed in Hanoi Elpis Hotel in the junior suite for two nights. The only cons: - the hotel has no elevator, which was not a problem at all since the staff brought all our luggage up to the suite.

The best hotel we have stayed in Vietnam. The owner is super helpful and friendly. (Super cute dog as well) The bed is the most comfortable bed Ive ever slept in anywhere in the world. Room was very clean. Shower was great and room even better. 11 out of 10

The hotel has a very good location on Beer Street, close to some clubs and the street market. Despite the location, it is relatively quiet. The room is nice and clean with its own bathroom, refrigerator, and balcony. Mrs. Hoa is very friendly and helpful. All this at an affordable price. Overall, it offers good value for money. We will book here again.

the hotel was very nice and the location is really near the Beer Street, so it’s very easy to find places for dinner. The staff spoke English, she was so friendly, she tried to ask about our schedule and helped us arrange our trip. She also let us to check in earlier than the time for free, which I really appreciate. The room was nice and spacious for four of us. Definitely recommended!

it doesn’t have elevator, but i think it’d be perfect if you’re a backpacker or someone who don’t bring a lot suitcases

The hotel is located in Old Hanoi but in a small side street where there is almost no traffic so the noise from the streets is not an issue here. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room and the bathroom were big and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly too. Totally recommended!

The bed was amazing one of the best I’ve stayed in within Vietnam! Right in the center of the old quarter so very easy to get around on foot staff were so nice also will book again when I visit ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The owner upgraded the room for me so that I can enjoy a bigger space. Convenient location, mini mart is just 50meters away. And great location for tour to pick you up. The owner can speak English and she helped me to settle my transportation problem to the other city.

Do expect to hear some noice from the street at night as thisbis a quite happening place

The hotel and Hoa, the manager, were very accommodating. It was very easy to talk to them. I requested a shuttle from and to the airport, and they provided it. Hoa also upgraded my room.

There was no lift, and my room was on the fifth floor. Although I knew this before I booked, it was still some work carrying a suitcase to and fro.
