Friendly staff , great location , easy access to the night market and 7 min. Walk to the lake. Ming was really helpful and his English made things very easy. A special mention to the manager, Huwang I had lost my mobile phone and lent me his mobile to reschedule my international flight I spent 2 Hours on it used up his credit and did not charge me cent Thank you Huwang. The room 601 , top floor were spacious clean and a very comfortable big bed I loved the balcony it overlooked the rooftops of Hanoi. There is some fading live band music playing nearby but it doesn't last all night. There are great restaurants nearby just ask Ming I had a great meal at Ganh Ha Noi you must book otherwise you'll miss out. overall 9/10

The property was very clean! The staff are wonderful, so helpful and friendly. We stayed for 11 nights and we found the hotel to be just perfect for what we needed. It was close to everything, most attractions were only a short walk away! It was close to beer street for great food and beer, but the room was quiet and we slept soundly! Close to the night market which is on a weekend, and only 10 min walk away from the lake. The room had everything we needed for our stay and the hotel had room cleaning everyday as an option which was great, we utilised this a few times and water/coffee was offered everyday free of charge! They do offer laundry service for a fee which we also used it cost us 240,000 VND for 6KG of washing which was a great price and it was done within a few hours! Me and my partner desperately needed some documents printing and the hotel did this straight away for us with no fee, which we appreciated so much! We would 100% recommend staying here! We will definitely coming back here if we visit Hanoi again!

Staff were very helpful, they allowed me too keep my bags at reception outside check in days/times. Very lovely people, when I asked for advice regarding a particular activity I had planned they were very accommodating and helped me out. Quiet location whilst in the middle of Old Quarter. Walking distance to shops, food, markets and very easy to get a grab from the end of the alley.

the alleyway road to the hotel isn't very suitcase friendly, but it would be the same with other hotels and not Art Hotel's fault

The hotel room was clean, spacious, and modern, providing great comfort. The bed was cozy with premium linens, and the bathroom was well-equipped with quality amenities. Large windows offered natural light and a beautiful view. Fast Wi-Fi and useful features like the minibar and a large flat-screen TV made the stay even better. Overall, the room exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly return.

Bathroom is very clean but a little bit old fashion. Hope they will upgrade it when next time i come back

The staff were kind and helpful. The location was great for walking around Hanoi. The price for the location in the Old Quarter and accommodation was a great deal. We had a nice balcony and room had lots of space.

It was noisy until at least 5-6 am, both nights we were there. If you want to party in Hanoi, it is a great place to be. If you want quiet or have a family, this may not be the place for you. Otherwise, it was great.

The room was spacious and kept well cleaned everyday. Loved the balcony and that we had a fridge! It was a 9 minute walk to the lake, and was surrounded by vegetarian/vegan restaurants and massage parlours.

There was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. I think that's pretty common, and the staff took our feedback on board and said they'd look at fixing it, so we're happy!

The location is good, but it is located in a very small street. You need to walk to the main road to get a taxi. The advantage is that the room is very quiet, which may be because there is no window. There is a barbecue restaurant downstairs that is open until 2 o'clock, and you can hear a little bit of noise. The boss is very enthusiastic, but his English is average. The door is opened with a key, and there is no room card.

A good hotel in a great location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Reasonably priced for the quality of the hotel. Very clean. Great showers and beds. Quiet despite being so central. The staff are able to help with anything you need (transport, tours etc.) There is a lovely local eatery on the street, right outside the hotel that does great food and beers.

Staff in the day speak good English. Staff in the evening didn't speak great English.

Very nice hotel, with very kind and helpful people, a perfect service! Comfortable bed! Inside the center of Hanoi's Old Quarter and very close to the streets with nightlife and interesting attractions. I'm sorry that because of work, the time at the hotel was so short, So I will come back here again, Thank you everyone!

I stayed in the junior suite, lovely comfortable room with a large balcony overlooking the city and the hem below. The staff are great here, they organised a car to pick me up from the airport and even though the flight was delayed they followed the flight and had the car there on time, they are also super friendly. The hotel sits on a hem in the old Quarter, a quiet location from my room but just moments away from the hustle and bustle of hanoi nightlife. All in all, a great stay thank you
