The staff. The beautiful lady manager is so kind she kept my luggage safely while I set off to do the ha giang loop and I was stranded upon my return with no place to go. I called her at 3 am and she offered me a room for a good price as well. Clean room with all amenities like hair dryer warm water etc. Also the assistant I forgot his name at the reception is very sweet. Very good location in Old quarter. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

It gets noisy at night because it faces the highway but I didn't mind as it was easy for me to sleep after a long day of activities.

Just right for the price. The guy at desk is good but need to speak more English, though.Great location. Eatery all over the Old Quarter. Great street food at walking distance

Nice stay, easy to find and also near to the city center and old town. We had 2 great night there and would recommend it, although the room was a bit small, the beds were very comfortable.

It was a bit small and no table or wardrobe to put my stuff or organise.

The hotel staff and owner very nice, they help ours manage all trips booked and including airport pick up and see off , you can get all information from them. we stayed 5 days , the location is the best to go everywhere, Thank you very much we have a great holidays in here

Convenient location (surrounded by streets with shops and eateries), excellent staff (helpful, gentle), room though small and old but comfortable with a city view and essential commodities, cleanliness.

Great location and super friendly staff. I really felt very welcome, comfortable and happy :). It's true you can hear noise from the street next to the room, but I didn't really care. You're in Hanoi, it's a noisy town.

The room was kind of dusty and the bathroom didn't seem very clean. Other than that everything was good!
