The location in the old city is very good. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and cleaned daily.

The mattress in my room (437) was not comfortable. The worst of my month in Vietnam.

I had a wonderful stay here! The receptionists, especially Juliet and Tu, were very friendly and welcoming. Juliet in particular was exceptional—always willing to help with travel-related questions and arrangements, which made my trip so much easier. The staff were also very accommodating to our needs and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, right in Hanoi’s Old Quarter on a vibrant street full of energy, shops, and food options. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi!

The property feels a bit old and might benefit from some light renovation, such as fresh paint in the hallways or exterior.

The receptionist, Julie, was so lovely and welcoming and made us feel at home! The beds were really comfortable!! The room was big so we had loads of space! The lighting was really nice too, we could have bright lights or dim lights so if you like that sorta thing. We stayed here after staying in a cramped hostel so it was very much appreciated!

The only two things that were "challenging" was that it was difficult to find at first because it's down a little alley way and google maps had a hard time getting us there! The shower was also a little finicky but it had good pressure so maybe that was just our room. Although our room also had a bath so that was nice!

Great hosts. Location is as right beside the old city gates in the old quarter . Interestingly there was a full fish/ meat/ vege market literally across from the doorstep. Very handy to beer street etc if that’s what you are looking for . Property was small and clean

My only real grip is that the air con didnt really cool the room enough despite being on full and at 17 . It was fighting against a water heating system in the bathroom that I tried to turn off. It was also 37 outside when I stayed . This made sleeping a bit difficult. Apart from this I was very happy

The location is great, nearly bars, coffeehouses, local street food and shops. Also Hanoi night life Just between 15-20 minutes by walk are the lake with the red bridge. Around the lake are many activities. Also the train street is not far away. The first room was little but I slept well in both, rooms are clean and have hot water. The second room was better and bigger. The reception people was friendly and helpfully. Just on the corner outside the Hotel are one the best Vietnam soup, it was my breakfast every day! the HotelThey offer me a tour to Halong bay. Definitely I recommend this place.

Everything was very comfortable. I was very happy with my stay. The staff helped me contact the bus company I had booked a ticket with when the car didn't show up.

My first night I got upgraded to a bigger room which was nice, and I was under the impression that check out was at 12 and that I could stay in my room until then. But at 10 the cleaning lady was knocking och shouting outside of my door to change rooms, and I was still in bed so it was a bit stressful. The glassed in the first room were not cleaned. The hot water is running out pretty quickly and would have been nice with soap and shampoo.

Loved this little place, perfect location by the city gate and thr cool streets and alleys near Dong Chuan market. I had a small single room, but it was bright and clean, with good wifi , aircon and comfy bed. Staff are lovely too, great value for money, this my just be my new favourite place in Hanoi, I'll be back.

I really liked this hotel. The room I got was cleaned and not too noisy. The staff was excellent, I even bought something on shopee and they anticipated the money without any problem. I had to prepare and attend a job interview during my stay and the whole process has been simply perfect. Whatever I asked I was kindly given. Professional, clean, kind.

When you get out from the hotel there is a strong smell because it’s located in the food market, so it’s not the most pleasant smell when going out during the day. However in the night it’s clean and no smell.

Stayed there for 3 nights and the location was perfect. Near a market where you can buy fresh apples, oranges and other fruits, as well as breads and cakes. It's also surrounded by restaurants and ATMs. Wifi was fast. Hot shower worked well. I enjoyed relaxing in the tub. Bed was comfortable. Staffed cleaned my room and provided me with free water daily. I was on the 6th floor and they have an elevator. Tony was super friendly and Tu drove me on a motorcycle to the bus stop for Bus 86 going to the airport.

As soon as I arrived Julie at the front desk welcomed me and showed me my room. Her service was perfect and she offered great recommendations for things to do. I booked a small room for myself, and I paid the same price I would’ve paid for a shared room in a hostel. I was not expecting much because of the cheap price and the ratings on Booking.com, but I was extremely pleased with my experience. This place deserves a better rating. It was clean, the service was great, and the location is ideal.
