The rooms are nicely decorated, the location is good, the room was clean, gellac done really well

Lots of noice from the street, need to wear earplugs to sleep. Girl that gave the massage was on her phone and asked for a tip after. We were supposed to get a breakfast takeaway box with a cheese and ham sandwich, but only got the bread without anything haha.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Veshia. It’s in a great location, just a short walk over the bridge, about 3-5 minutes tops, to get to the old town. The room was extremely spacious and clean. We had no problems getting work done here, and the WiFi was fast, which allowed for seamless video calls. The bed was huge and super comfortable, contributing to a very restful sleep. The best part of the whole hotel was the staff. They literally could not do enough for us. They gave us local recommendations for coffee shops, booked tours for us, and even booked the bus to Sapa with the best company—one we hadn’t found during our own research. They also made us packed breakfasts for our early checkout and more. The level of service was truly exceptional.

The only downside to our hotel stay was the spa experience. I don’t want to cast a negative light on the hotel because everything else was excellent, so we just treated the spa as a separate entity, even though it is part of the hotel. Unfortunately, it was the worst massage we’ve ever had. The technique felt very unsafe and left one of us in pain for days. The masseuse was constantly coughing over us during the treatment and was texting throughout. The phone was next to my feet and buzzing continuously. The masseuse would stop the massage to reply to messages and then carry on every few minutes. After the treatment, they rudely demanded a tip! I would recommend avoiding the spa, but other than that, you will have a great stay at the hotel.

There is a busy road right in front so the noise can be a concern if you are a fussy sleeper. Other than that that it’s close to the old quarters and great price

One of the rooms we booked was facing the main road and was extremely noisy throughout the night. The masseuse did the head snap and it's been hurting ever since when I tilt it to one side. (It's been 3 days.) Maybe ask him not to do the head snap as it can be dangerous but that goes for any masseuse. Bring cash for tip on you as we didn't have cash on us when asked, so we were asked to leave tips at the reception and then forgot.

Was our 2nd stay during our Vietnam vacation here, as we had to bridge a day in Hanoi. Like last time very pleasant stay. Even got the same room again. The staff at the reception helped us at the end with our booked pickup. So hotel is highly recommended!

The staff, the breakfast, the excursions, the spa. If you arrive earlier than your check in time, strongly recommend to kill some time with a massage.

Not exactly about the property but the location - although is really close to everything, the traffic is super noisy so that bothered a little at night. The staff made everything humanly possible to make our stay super comfortable but I think it’s important to mention this in case you are light sleeper.

Very friendly and welcoming stuff. Everyone was very accommodating, allowed us to check in early without extra charge. They also offered us to pick the room we would prefer, even after he booking. One day they had to keep breakfast late for us, and they didn’t have any problems with it, kept the food for about an extra hour for us —————————————————————————- Rooms are exactly as advertised, we chose a bigger room with a bath. It’s very specious, and had everything we need. They also have a lovely rooftop garden. Breakfast was pretty straightforward, but tasty and filling nonetheless

Very clean hotel, just a few minutes walk from Hanoi Old quarter. Comfortable bed and pillows, good breakfast. Lana and her staff were absolutely wonderful, they helped us with everything we needed and with such lovely attitude. They even stored our luggage while we were spending 2 days in Halong bay and they helped with airport transport. They are doing a fantastic job and I wish them all the best in the future ☺️

Stayed with hotel from 22 Dec to 28 Dec. Family of 4 adults Breakfast - It was included in Room Price. Excellent variety (Pho, pancakes, stirred fried beef/chicken on different days, rice, noodles, bread/toast, milk/coffee/tea) and taste - it was better than the food we had on a luxury cruise to HLB. Different menu each day except for toast/pancakes - my parents looked forward to having breakfast everyday in the hotel :) Room - clean & really comfortable pillows, bedsheets and mattresses, equipped with hairdryer/hangers, slippers, bathrobes, toiletries Service - Can't ask for more. Very helpful hotel staff who will try to meet our every need (very prompt) and big kudos to them preparing breakfast for us @ 6am when we had to leave for the airport (even though it was before the allotted breakfast time of 630am to 930am) + timely housekeeping Location - Excellent if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Old Quarter. Walkable to old Quarter (simply an overhead pass away - 5min walk). Accessible by car but not bus though (for travel buses, the alley to the door of the hotel is too narrow). Facilities - It is a small hotel but lobby has sufficient number of tables / seat / sitting mats for breakfast. No gym. But the rooftop balcony is a nice touch (always wondered why it is always empty / why don't more people visit it) - loved to watch bit of the Vietnam traffic in the day or at night when we return from outside to the hotel.

Room - A little smaller than I thought. The toilet set up is also a little strange - as the water from your shower will flow out of the shower space across the bathroom before it gets drained behind the toilet bowl - hence bathroom floor could be quite wet even after a while.

fantastic staff. will go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as can be. always greater with a smile. At check in gave really helpful tips about how to make the most of our stay in hanoi.
