This Hotel is in a very good position in the old quarter one minute walk from Beer Street and numerous bars and places to eat in the old quater within reach The Hotels breakfast as many varied options and the breakfast staff cannot faulted for their dedication to making sure everything works like clockwork in the dining area Same with the front desk they cannot do enough to help make sure you enjoy your stay I cannot mention everybody but Joyce is a fine example of this The bedrooms are spotlessly clean and my bed very comfy There is a rooftop bar with different eating options and a first class gym attached to the hotel This hotel is a good value option to stay in the old quarter

This is my preference only I had a bath and overhead shower i would have liked a power shower instead of a bath as an option

Review for MK Premier Boutique Hotel I had a truly lovely stay at MK Premier Boutique Hotel. What really impressed me were the thoughtful little touches that made a big difference. For example, the hotel provided essentials like a toothbrush for guests such a simple but considerate gesture that shows real attention to detail. We had an early sightseeing trip one morning, and the staff kindly offered to prepare our breakfast to go. They even let us choose what we wanted and suggested a sensible option that would stay fresh despite the hot weather. The breakfast was well-packaged and ready for us to collect from reception, and the quality remained consistently high throughout our stay. Another thoughtful gesture was when they offered us umbrellas on a rainy day something many hotels overlook. The staff were always cheerful, polite, and ready to help. It’s clear they’re a hardworking and dedicated team who genuinely care about their guests. The location is absolutely perfect for tourists right in the heart of everything you might need, with plenty of nearby choices to explore, eat, and enjoy the local buzz. It’s ideal for soaking up the vibrant atmosphere of the city. MK Premier Boutique Hotel blends comfort with care in all the right ways. I’d definitely recommend it and look forward to staying again!

We had a fantastic stay at MK Premier Boutique Hotel. We stayed for two nights- left to go to Ha Giang to do the loop tour, returned to MK hotel for an additional 2 nights, left again to visit Ha Long Bay for a 1 night cruise and returned to MK hotel again for a further 2 nights (each tine we left for our tours the hotel stored our large luggage which was very helpful). Each time we returned, we were welcomed back with open arms by all staff- especially managers Kevin and Alex, who were super friendly and attentive, welcoming us by name each time we entered or left the hotel. Absolutely amazing service, and we would 100% recommend this hotel to anybody planning to visit Hanoi- fantastic location too!

Perfect hotel in Hanoi! Awesome location in the heart of the old quarter, close to all the highlights! We booked the premier suite and loved it! Very spacious and comfortable, nice balcony! The buffet breakfast was delicious and it was different every day. Special thanks to Mr. Quan Dinh! I reached out to ask for help with booking a Ha Long Bay tour; Mr. Dinh was very responsive and helpful! We had the most amazing experience thanks to his help with planning and his recommendations. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating; always willing to help us with everything we needed. Thanks again for the hospitality and the thoughtful welcome fruits/anniversary decoration upon our arrival. We can’t wait to come back to Vietnam and stay at the MK again!

The breakfast was amazing so much choice hot and cold food the room was large with a balcony that over looked the street it was clean and well equipped with everything you might need Even down to a extension lead so you could charge multiple devices. Kevin was the most amazing manager I have ever come across in all my hotel stays nothing was to much for him Ideal location right in the middle of of bars ,restaurants ,shops and nightlife this is a amazing hotel

**Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Service!** We recently stayed at this hotel in Hanoi for 3 nights, and it was a truly delightful experience. We spent 2 nights in a deluxe room, which was very spacious, clean, and featured a double wall of windows that made the space feel open and bright. For our last night, we stayed in a more moderate twin room. While it didn’t have much of a view, it was still comfortable and met our needs. What really stood out to us was the exceptional staff. The ladies at check-in were efficient, helpful, and made the process seamless, ensuring we felt welcome from the start. Kevin, the concierge, was a highlight of our stay—so welcoming and attentive! He knew our names, provided helpful information about the hotel and the New Year’s Eve party, and organized our airport transfer seamlessly. Pthang, the bellhop, was equally delightful. He took excellent care of our bags, offered directions to local sites, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Tien was also incredibly helpful, especially with our many heavy bags after a shopping spree! The New Year’s Eve party on the rooftop was a fantastic experience, with stunning views of the fireworks and a great DJ creating an exciting atmosphere. The beds were exceptionally comfy, with soft sheets, pillows, and just the right weight of blankets for a restful night’s sleep. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, and the lovely, attentive staff made all the difference. We highly recommend staying here and would return!

The location of the property is excellent, rooftop breakfast and easy access to old quarter and the lake and weekend walking streets. We stayed in one of their smaller rooms, with a small window, which meant little natural light but it did make for a fantastic sleep. This was our choice to keep the price down, we were only staying two nights, next time we might pay a bit more and get a street view with a bigger window. The lobby is set well back from the busy street so it is like an oasis in the old quarter. The staff were excellent and attentive.

Staff was super friendly and was very helpful when we ran into a flight delay issue. From the front desk to the bellboy to the restaurant staff, everyone was really great. Rooms were a hit or miss. Our bed was two beds put together and they were uneven heights.

ACs are a little weak. The lobby AC was definitely stronger. Breakfast option had a good variety, but food quality was just okay.

We loved our room and the location. We did request another room and upgraded to a suite as the initial room was a little dark but the new one was amazing! We have to give special thanks to Kevin for being so hospitable, Vietnamese service and hospitality is outstanding and he was particularly helpful with advice of the area and booking day trips to ha long bay and transfers. Overall it was an amazing stay.
