I had a pleasant stay at the hotel . The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better.

It is located in the heart of the old town, we could do everything by walking, 30 minutes walking to the farest tourist attraction.

If you get the room with a balcony facing the street, get ready to sleep after 0:00, because the boozy is just there in the corner, however at midnight all the noise will stop because it seems that police/security go around to make sure no loud noise continue.

Location was great in the Old Quarter, taxis can drive right up to the door, the shuttle was great. Price was great for a family and big group. We got 2 family rooms and a double. Very basic, but had a fridge in each room. The staff were great, very helpful with good recommendations for people who first got off the plane and had no idea.

I don't like showers that close to a toilet as the seat gets wet. Pictures on booking.com show a shower screen, but the family rooms don't have a shower screen. No elevator and we were on the third floor, but after travelling around Vietnam, that's obviously a normal thing.

super central to beer street but couldn’t hear a thing from the room which was great! super comfy bed and nice high ceilings making the room feel super big. very good value for money!

confusing check in, not clear outdoors where to go. then was given a key for a hostel (which I believe is all in same building) but was very confusing. staff weren’t very friendly at check in or out but did facilitate my early check out for the airport.

The location is great if you like stying in the middle of the "party street", if you like something calmer, then a different location may be more suitable. It's just next to the bia hoi corner and all sights in the old town are very easy to reach. It's clean and great value for money. The beds are very comfortable (not as hard as standard vietnamese beds, but nice and soft)

It was quite noisy, but that's part of staying in the middle of the most active, touristy area

Nothing really. I slept on the 9th floor and it was during Chinese New Years celebration. I could hardly notice it.

The room was very big and included 3 beds. There were all the amenities in the room. A super high staircase without any elevator was more like a benefit for us rather than a disadvantage because we needed some exercise. The view from the balcony was stunning!

The door of the balcony was half broken and didn't shut down well. Due to this, there were lots of mosquitoes.
