The staff was friendly and helpful during our staff. The hotel was cleaned, breakfast was good, loved the fresh fruit juice each morning! The hotel is located at the Ta Hien Beer street, filled with a wide range of thrilling activities, from food, drinks, live and loud music till 1-2am. We requested to relocate our room from the 3rd floor to the 5th floor the next day. While enjoyed our stay due to its cleanliness, friendly service and convenient location, the night music was too loud for us to have a quiet sleep.

The staff were extremely friendly and courteous. After the initial booking type wasn't met they accommodated and shifted our room to what we thought we had booked. Again, the staff was always friendly and provided insight into the area.

What a fabulous hotel. A small hotel with a nice personal touch. We stayed for 9 nights during which time we did 3 trips that were arranged through the hotel to Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh and a personal walking food tour all were of a very high standard and would recommend. Our executive room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant was very good we ate there several times and always had a good meal. The skybar was great and very popular for other visitors. The staff are all amazing always going out of their way to ensure that you have a good experience. The manager Du Ngo was great, a special note for the restaurant staff Eric who introduced us to the local food and Anh for being so polite and attentive. On our last day the road was closed due to a holiday, the hotel doorman was great as he walked us through the streets with our suitcases to our taxi. Would definitely recommend this hotel its 5 star ⭐️

The service was exceptional. Staff could speak good English and they were friendly, polite and professional. I was staying in an executive room and the bed + pillow were the most comfortable. I usually have problems sleeping on first night but I had no such problem.

For the same reason that I chose the hotel, that is right in the middle of the Old Quarter. I didn't quite expect that I was on the clubbing street. So it was very noisy every evening and there were touts everywhere as I navigated my way back to the hotel. For a day or 2 is fine. For the experience but I won't recommend for a week's stay.

everything was amazing ! great location , people at the hotel we’re absolutely great ! very helpful and responsive. All was good except for the noice from the street even though our window was not looking out to busy old town area , the noice was very loud up until 1-2 am . and at 4 it got quite but then roosters woke up . Beds were great , breakfast was great but we did not get enough rest because of the noice . For some people it would not be a problem at all but me and my son did not sleep well . Again , maybe it’s just us but street noice was too loud . overall , i loved everything else about hotel . Anna, at front desk was so helpful with answering all our questions and requests ( they arranged a puck up from airport for us s for about 23$. We arrived at night . it was very helpful. Manager ( sorry , i did not remember his name ) was very helpful with referrals for spa and tours .

The staff were helpful, resoureful, and very friendly. They notified me by WhatsApp after we had checked out of the hotel and we had left something at the hotel. They even proactively checked out the price of mailing back the forgotten item to Hong Kong (we were visiting) or Canada for us. Our room looked brand new. The buffet breakfast was delicious and fantastic. Buffet breakfast had Chinese, Vietnamese, and Western style. We asked for a high floor (to avoid noisy street) weeks before arrival. We got the top floor ! (8th floor) Our room was at the back of the hotel which was a perfect location away from the noisy "beer street". Location was perfect. Every attraction (water puppet theatre, the Catholic cathedral, etc) was all within walking distance. Souvenir shops, restaurants, street vendors selling fruits, jewellery stores changing money were all very close to the hotel. Perfect hotel !

Great location.. right beer street... near night market... local shopping, money exchange, etc. breakfast buffet is fresh, delicious with ample selection. There is also a menu for specialty items. Wait staff are friendly. Du from the front office is very helpful, he went above and beyond by booking our restaurant reservation, private transportation to Nihn Bihn, coordinating with our Cruise transportation, etc. he even told use where to get best rate for money exchange (proven and tested). The staff made sure of the safety of our valuables when we go out the hotel. Room is clean and bed is very comfortable

The staff was extremely kind. The breakfast was also pretty good with a nice balance between Asian and continental variety. The room and bathroom were super clean and the facilities were nice as well. The hotel is very centrally located which allows you to access a lot of attractions and restaurants. The location is also its downside though as I explain on the minuses.

The hotel is located in the beer street which is the party district of the city, meaning that bars and little clubs were pumping loud music all night long. My room was in the 2nd floor and even though it was facing the opposite side, it was REALLY loud. Even after the music was over there were screams and loud talking outside they was still audible.

The hotel is in a central location at the heart of the old town. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially the travel desk provided good recommendations and directions. The room was spacious and clean. Good breakfast.

They gave us a room on the eighth floor saying it would be away from all the street noise and be quiet, which was true until the karaoke rooftop bar right across the hotel started blasting music in the evening. It was extremely loud and made it impossible to sleep until around 12:30 AM. So, if you arrive tired and/or have an early morning schedule, you can forget about going to bed a bit early and taking a good rest.
