Just booked here dont even think twice for those who wanna make this hotel as ur stay while u’re in hanoi…the location was very strategic and very walkable to other places, and sure its safe to walk around here..the owner was very friendly and treat us nicely, she even spoke a very good english, so no language barrier here..also she let us keep our stuff before check in and after check out while waiting for our bus..very recommended for u guys to stay here..

Very good location, friendly and helpful staff and all in all a great experience. They even helped me with printing my flight tickets, organizing a libra for my luggage and organizing my transport to the airport. Oh and as if all that would not be enough already... I even was allowed to check in 8 hours earlier for just paying a very little bit more. Great, i can only recommended this place!

A great place to stay right in the old city! We stayed here at the start & the end of our trip. The room was spacious & a nice hot water shower! The balcony was perfect. Ann is really kind & helpful & helped with onward journeys. It is good value based on location.

Location - directly in the center, still calm and quiet during the night. Good value for money. Showers were cold but you don‘t want anything else in this heat, trust me. 24 h check in, AC in room, toilet paper and fresh towels every day

Very nice lady in charge who helped us with taxi and upgraded our room. Our room was big and clean, with large beds (the cleanest of our week in Vietnam). Awesome location close to beer street and old town. We were given a key which allowed us to enter the building during the night, a first for us.
