Phillip, our host, and the Skyline Hotel treated us great. We had researched an itinerary for our time in Hanoi and Phillip reached out prior to our trip and made it a reality with very little stress involved. The value was excellent. All our guides were knowledgeable, kind and spoke fluent English. The arraigned transport was top notch. There wasn’t a moment we felt that we had too much on our plate or too little. The free breakfast at Phillip’s hotel was good, but right across the alley was Suong Pho which became our preferred way to start the day. The hotel was centrally located in the Old Quarter making everything easy to walk to. We felt safe throughout our stay. Phillip and his family were responsive to any matter of request or question. I had sprained my ankle prior to our arrival and after a long day adventuring in Ninh Binh it was very swollen and painful. I had casually asked Phillip where I could find some ice. He proceeded to hop on his Scooter and was back in a matter of minutes with large bag for which he didn’t even ask for reimbursement. He upgraded our accommodations for our last two nights, per his recommendation, and we found that hotel to exceed our expectations. Overall we were very satisfied with the full line of service provided by Phillip and his family. Our only regret was that we were unable to make it to his invitation for rice wine and a home cooked meal.

The room had a built in bathtub. Very rare to find in Vietnam. The staff was courteous, kind, and very professional. The staff and manager went above and beyond to make our 3-day visit an enjoyable one. The shower/bathtub had plenty of hot water, the air conditioning (day) and room heater (night) was a wonderful addition. The room was cleaned daily and allowed for noise free adult sleeping at night. The location was perfect and close to all that we wanted to see and do while visiting Hanoi. I highly recommend this Skyline Hanoi Hotel to international adult travelers.

great bed and bathroom in a perfect location near everything. The reception was great, we could walk everywhere with no problem and still be in a very quiet room.

no windows, like a inside cabin on a cruise ship, so if you are claustrophobic see if they have another kind of accommodation. And the breakfast is far from the hotel on a backpackers building, very strange, see if it fits you or else drink a wonderful Vietnamese coffee anywhere else

Phillip was an amazing help with booking tours through out Northern Vietnam. He walked us through every step of our journey. The rooms were very spacious and bright with very comfy beds. Very central to everything, so you can just walk anywhere you want. Will definitely stay here again when back in Hanoi.

Five stars across the board. Philip were amazing host who embodied the spirit of “going above and beyond” they met all our needs and tailored each one of them to our individual requests. They also set us up with tours, transportation, which is common, what isn’t is they hooked us up with great discounts, helped us get our luggage which arrived a few days late and drove us to our departure after we missed our bus at no extra cost. Couldn’t ask for better service and friendship. Once everything was all said and done, Philip even messaged us a few days after our stay to make sure we were all good and well taken care of. FIVE STARS, give them both a raise.m immediately. As far as the skyline hotel, it was cute, clean, comfortable, and extremely affordable. It’s also located in the heart of the old quarter, walking distance to everything your heart desires.

· · · Had a great experience staying here over the course of 1 night & we book 2 more night after our package tour . Philip the Customer Tour Service of the hotel, was extremely helpful helping us book different trips throughout North Vietnam. He's makes the phone calls and recommends what to do if you are not sure. He booked a Ha Long bay trip which turned out to be great. The rooms are clean and tidy. Minibar with different drinks to purchase. Flat screen TV and AC. Bathrooms are clean and basic toiletries included. They have an electric kettle in the room. Location in the middle of the old quarter of the city. Walking distance everywhere.

· My experience was really very good specially because of organizer Mr Philip who not only organize 1 day tour for Ninh Binh and 2D1N trip for 5⭐ cruise in Halong Bay with best room as per our need with in our budget in Hanoi must contact him for any bookings in Hanoi.

· Hanoi Skyline hotel is best hotel in Hanoi Old quarter. We have beautiful room decoration with large king bed and nice view. Hotel location is perfect close by to Hoan kiem lake, night market, walking streets and many restaurants or coffee shops nearby. Their staffs was polite, very friendly and they did to booked our Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night tour was super and great value. We will comeback to stay this hotel o our next trip in Hanoi city.

The staff and the location were awesome! Right where you want to be in the old quarter. They set me up with a Halong cruise and Ha Giang loop bike trip as well as transfer to airport. Will definitely stay here again!

We did to booked Luxury package tour as : Ha Long bay 2 days 1 night + Ninh binh - Hang mua - trangan eco 1 day was excellent trip with great deal. Hotel location is perfect in heart of old quarter, Street food near hotel, close to many nice place. Their staffs was very friendly, nice and polite, elegance.
