We had a great stay at Madelise Adora Hotel. The location is very central to everything the Old Quarter has to offer. There is no restaurant at the hotel but plenty of fantastic options close by for meals and drinks. The staff were friendly and helpful offering recommendations for spa services and tours and even ringing ahead to make the booking for us. Ngau made us feel very welcome every time we returned to the hotel from our adventures around Hanoi. The airport shuttle service seems well priced and convenient as was the laundry service. Nothing was too much and everything was offered with a smile. The room could do with a fresh coat of paint but it was clean and comfortable and even the noise from the street below didn't bother us. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Madelise Adora. Definitely very good value for your money. They cleaned our room everyday which was very nice coming home for a long day of touring. They are very helpful with questions and they gave a list of their recommended food and the restaurants with the address which we made as our assignments and tried as much as our stomachs and schedule could handle. Everyone at the reception would always greet us with a smile and happy to accommodate requests and questions. They offer tours, transfers which is very convenient. It was in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter so everything is walkable including the lake and the weekend night market.

The location is perfect!! Everything you need is right where you want it and within walking distance. The rooms were very clean and spacious for a solo traveller like. The room was well equipped with everything you would need. The staff has to be the highlight. Everyone was so nice and helpful and always checked on me. They hotel even helped me book my sleeper bus to sapa. The property is budget friendly. The hotel was a property i saw on Tiktok, and it did not disappoint

Bathroom - i think the facilities were a bit dated and could use an upgrade. The shower head had a piece that kept falling off even if I accidentally touched it.

What a cute little French styled hotel. It’s right in the heart of the old town. The rooms are gorgeous and clean. If you want peace and quiet don’t book a balcony room but I wanted to see the action. Reception staff were amazing. They would leave the hotel in order to escort me somewhere nearby. They were fantastic with suggestions for food, shopping and spas. Their airport transfer is cheaper than a Grab. There is a cute terrace on the 6th floor which is fantastic for watching the sights and having a coffee/pastry.

Nothing at all. Some might say the rooms are tired (there are a few chips in tiles and woodwork) but it’s an old building and it is very clean.

Great location but still quiet. Good value for money compared to other hotels in old quarter. Easy check in and a good price for airport pickup (although we didn’t utilise this service - I wish we did). Comfy bed (although it’s a large double it is still short, I am 5’9” and my feet hit the end).

Little bit of construction noise and from nearby school during the day but not a problem if you’re out exploring. Room had a window but it’s to a light well - not much natural light in room but again, not a problem if you’re out exploring.

Its a nice chic hotel located in the midst of Old Quarter. Its a small hotel with nice clean rooms and good staff. Special mention of Ngau who was very helpful and kept in constant coordination. The place is nice clean and comfortable. Its in the heart of the old quarter and 5 mins walk to the bus stand if you want to catch a bus to the airport. Highly recommend it. The rooms are as per the pics. Highly recommend this place for people who want a short comfortable stay.

I dropped there for a night, and I must say that it was fantastic. The staff is the star of the show, special thanks to Chloe who was super attentive and responsive to any requests of mine. I had a problem with the airport transfer, but I reached out to her, and the problem was handled shortly. I really appreciated the local restaurant and coffee shop that she recommended. I enjoyed speaking with her about fun things to see and do in Hanoi and the surrounding area. The hotel has a perfect location, all attractions are just within the walking distance. I had a wonderful time there. Couldn't recommend it more and would definitely stay at Madelise Adora again!

The speed of their elevator is a bit slow, but it didn't bother me at all.

Incredibly lovely staff who were always ready to help, whether it be directions, organising transport or offering tea in reception. Great location in the Old Quarter, really easy to walk to all the cafes, bars, lake etc... when we came back to Hanoi later in the trip they let us leave our bags in the lobby before our next transfer.

We stayed in the room that had the second bed on the mezzanine. It didn't have a window with any natural light. We were offered a different room but figured we'd only be sleeping in the room anyway.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Recommended nearby massage and banh mi that were both great. They arranged transportation from hotel and also held our bags for an extra day. Great location and even better on the weekend when the streets are closed to cars; don't worry it's only a short walk to the street with cars if you need a ride.

The first time I came to Hanoi, we stopped here for 1 night, I was really surprised, they made me feel like I was coming to my relative’s house. The staff are very attentive and kind, I feel they are always waiting to help me with anything. We had a lovely room with full amenities, clean, location is also a valuable thing here, we intended to rent a motobike when we arrived but from the hotel to famous locations hour is only 5 minutes walk away. We will definitely come back here as we promised.
