Lovely rooms and staff, great variety with breakfast and convenient location in Hanoi! Thick walls and weren’t bothered at all by sound despite it being a busy street.

I would appreciate not being hassled by staff for good reviews constantly, I received a massage and right after the relaxing session they immediately handed us paper QR codes to leave them a review and stood over us waiting… it’s very tacky and lessens the luxury of the hotel. The same happened when checking out, we were in a rush but were hassled to leave a review despite making it very clear we are rushing and that I’m happy to leave a review when I have time. Please reconsider this approach

Highly recommend this property the location is amazing everything is in walking distance really get the hanoi old quarter experience. The staff went above and beyond, it was my birthday while we stayed and they surprised us with a birthday cake. Excellent breakfast buffet, great choice of food. Amelia was very in helpful organising our transfers to and from the airport for smooth check in and out. She was very helpful and communicative leading up to our trip too.

Only a small thing but the swiming pool was a little dirty and needed a clean.

the room was very clean and nice. the staff was helpful and friendly. bed was comfortable. breakfast had many options!

I booked this hotel , and paid a fairly high rate, for the pool. however I was quite disappointed with the pool and didn’t end up using it. the water was very cold and did not appear to have any filtration. there was a little colony of water bugs living in the water.

The staff is really nice, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay ☺️

The roof is nice, but I didn’t like the pool. There wasn’t any life guards and it felt very deserted. The street is very loud. We managed with that, but if you prefer quotier rooms you better not take the city window

We loved everything about this hotel, the location is perfect, right in the hub of everything in the old quarter The staff are exceptional.. so friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast was the best we had in all our Vietnam hotels and the staff looked after us so well! The food was wonderful! All fresh and replaced in a timely manner. Special thanks to Anna, Luna, Ellie & John in the restaurant who were just so amazing 🤩 also the chef who did my soft boiled eggs perfectly everyday .. The rooms are so clean and the beds and bedding were so wonderfully comfortable.. the pillows are just sumptuous!! The entire hotel is so clean and well maintained Special mention to lovely Rosie who looked after our needs and always met us with a smile 😊 Congratulations to the general manager Sophia Le for overseeing this hotel to a great standard Special thanks also to Tu Cam the bell captain always a friendly welcome and helping hand ! We loved spending time by the pool after a tiring day out We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel if you are in Hanoi

Nothing everything was superb

We loved everything at this hotel! The superb welcoming and helpful staff. The comfy foyer and the obliging bell boys and staff who opened the doors and greeted us on arrivals and departures. Always with a big smile ! The location of the hotel cannot be beaten! Literally everything on your doorstep when you step outside the place is buzzing. This hotel in the old quarter and almost next to beer street! We were not disturbed by noise at all but we were in the executive suite. I can’t comment on other rooms or areas of the hotel. The breakfast was the best we had in Vietnam! There was an abundance of choice and everything was fresh & appetising and each morning the lovely waitress brought my t pot of hot water before I needed to ask!! Excellent service! The restaurant is a really lovely interior, comfy seats and very welcoming ambiance The WiFi signal was very good and meant we could watch what we wanted in our room on Netflix etc The bed was really comfortable and the pillows and bedding were Snow White & 1st class for comfort! I want pillows like this at home!! I pay a lot of money and mine are not as comfortable as these! The pool was fun & clean although a little difficult to manoeuvre around the outside due to the dimensions, but we enjoyed our time here on sunny days. There was plentiful hot water for the shower and a good size. All in all we stayed at this hotel on several occasions and we will not hesitate to return!

the location is perfect, right in old town. It's pretty chaotic there on the weekends, but once you're inside it's fine. We had amazing views from our room, and the noise wasn't a problem. It seems the bars can make as much noise as they want until 11pm, then it's surprisingly quiet. The rooms are like the photos. The breakfast is really big, but didn't have many healthy options at all. A lot of little sweet things, bready things, fried things. The staff are lovely, especially Lula on reception is very kind. The pool looks amazing, though it was too cold to use it while we were there.

Weirdly, on our checkout they were very insistent we review the hotel before leaving, even though we had a taxi to catch. To the point of awkwardness. I had to insist 4 times that I didn't want to review it right then, but still got a follow up whatsapp insisting I review it. It kind of took the shine of the stay to feel like we were review monkeys.

Best Location, Just steps away from Night Market, and street food vendors around. Walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake. Clean Room, The room smelled like new. and I did not even see one insect. Helpful Staff, Huong at the front desk was very helpful and booked a ride to the airport for only 23USD. The maid for the 8th floor kept my room perfectly new. The bell boys were very helpful. Excellent Breakfast Buffet I've stayed at many hotels and the buffet has a wide variety of food. The Beef Pho is the best in Hanoi.

The location was excellent for walking to nearby attractions. Our room was quiet as it did not face the busy streets. This allowed us to enjoy our stay at the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was extensive with a good selection to suit all tastes.

Our room was very small with a window that opened to internal walls. We asked for a larger room with a window but unfortunately there were not any available. Hannah, assistant manager, apologised profusely offering us complimentary transfer to the airport and coffee to take home. This was appreciated.

This is my 2nd time to Vietnam and this time around I booked as I went through Booking.com It was actually so nice to change locations as I got to experience more in different areas of the city. This particular hotel was a real surprise. The location was absolutely amazing bring just off Ma May street which is a great street for dining and is very authentic with lanterns in trees and great for walking and experiencing culture and many dining options. A boutique hotel with amazing customer service, clean rooms and from staying two years ago at Sofitel (Metropole) where I paid $850 per night to $250 per night the value for money is fantastic! I was only here for one night but not wanting to stay in my room much and wanting to explore and experience Hanoi this was a perfect choice.
