Good location within walking distance to most places, super friendly staff, reasonable price and spacious room. Though it is located in the busiest region of the old town, I find the noise is acceptable with ear plugs on. To look on the brighter side, you can walk a few mins to different restaurants and try different Vietnamese food every single day. The staff also contacted me ahead on WhatsApp to offer help and always asked for my opinion when I came back.

Towels are worn out and dirty, and are not changed daily. Highly recommend everyone staying here to bring your own towel Another thing is the day tour is not quite well organized. The tour guide needs some training about explaining things clearly. Felt confused a few times. So did other guys on the same tour

Room was quite large and fit all our luggages comfortably. Everything was in good working condition. AC is strong and bed was lovely. They accommodated my sisters room request, s he has a 3yo and was by the elevator which is quiet. Location is right in the drinking street so very convenient to walk to main sites. A bit noisy at night but is expected when you're in the heart of it all. We always bring ear plugs and ear buds for that. The staff were phenomenal. Any issues or requests we made were always recieved well. I want to specifically mention Hoang and Tuan for helping us with our grab orders, advice and transporation services. Upon arrival my brother in law left his bag in the van we took which left the hotel. They were able to track the driver and retrieve his bag in 15 minutes. Another incident is my husband sent his grab order to the other hanoi center silk hotel and they spoke to the driver to send it to correct location. All staff on site are wonderful service providers.

Hotel and staff were great. No complaints. No bugs. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Liked: The staff had placed flowers on the bed as well as a complimentary bottle of wine/fruit for our anniversary which was lovely. The bed was huge and comfortable, good prices for the mini bar, lots of different lamp/light options in the room, there was a smart tv although the connection would drop it was nice to have YouTube. The location was fantastic, right in the hustle and bustle of Old Quarter but the 3rd floor was still quiet. The staff were amazing and friendly, especially Noah and Josie, always polite, informative and smiled everytime we walked by. Disliked: The wifi was down for one night and the shower was a bit difficult to keep a solid temperature but not too big of a deal. However, we received a message via WhatsApp once we arrived at airport into Vietnam stating that our room was not available and that they were putting us in a sister hotel (we have heard that many hotels do this when they have overbooked themselves) we stood our ground and stated we want the room and hotel that we booked and the situation was quickly rectified which was good but shouldn't have really happened in the first place. Overall, more pros than cons and would stay here again.

The Location: Amazing. Close to everything, really everything. It is in center of old quarters. Night time the area surrounding the hotel gets over lively. The Facilities: Wonderful services and facilities. There is also a spa in the second floor. The room had a kittle and glasses, complimentary waters and tea and coffee, a hair dryer is available. The room was very comfortable. Loved the bed also. Quietness: Although night life gets very busy and noisy, the room stays very quiet. Professional Staff: Very welcoming staff and they do their best to help always. They welcome you to the hotel with hot Vietnamese tea. The staff speak English very well. A very special mention to Ms. Josi. She is not just professional, but also with warm heart. She helped us with everything since our arrival. She helped us review our itinerary and suggest which spot to visit when.

Room very clean, comfy, and we're in the middle of the busy area of Hanoi. They're very thoughtful on giving us an earplugs if we don't like the noise at night. I have requirement just frw days before my stay and they meet the requirements amazingly. It even exceeded my expectations. Josie is always ask us how's our stay and our sleep, she's very tentative of our needs, she even remembered my name. All staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Perfect hotel for resting while enjoying the ambience and hospitality of Hanoi.

This is the second time we book the same hotel during the same trip. We loved the experience. The location makes the hotel very convenient. It is close to all the daily needs. This time our room was bigger and more spacious. Our kids got sick this time travelling from Sa Pa. My kid vomitted in the room and the staff were very helpful cleaning. The staff were so kind checking on my kid and offered to help even going the pharmacy with us. They also brought us in the room ginger tea for my kid. Very kind and professional staff. We loved Ms. Josi since we met her in our first visit. She is one of the reasons for us booking the hotel once again.

I made many extra requests of the staff, and they accommodated all of my requests quickly and graciously.

Something I didn't like at first, but liked later: I was at first surprised to find the hotel is situated right at the center of "Beer Street," which I originally hadn't intended to visit, and especially since I arrived on a Saturday, this area is crowded, bustling, and very noisy. My first reaction was "oh no!," but after I checked in and went outside to join in the food and fun, I was happy with where I was. I had a room on an upper level (7F), and it was very quiet up there. I was told the rooms facing away from the street are also quiet. I don't know about lower-level rooms on the street side, but I guess they might be noisy. I cannot say.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff also went above & beyond, quickly helping us arrange transport to/from the airport & a day tour. They were also available to help with any local recommendations. The location was also excellent, making it easy to walk everywhere in the city center. And you’re literally right next to beer street, which makes having a fun night out super convenient & lively!

The shower seemed to only have hot water available. This wasn’t a big enough deal for us to even mention it to reception, but I’m sure if we had, they would’ve been quick to try to solve the problem. Also, if you have a room facing the street, there will be some noise. This wasn’t at all disruptive for us, but if you’re a really light sleeper, you may want to contact the hotel and request a room that doesn’t have a city view.

Very comfortable beds and such good location. The hotel is super central but is really well insulated so it’s really quiet inside. It’s also very clean which is such a plus in the centre of the city!

The hotel is amazing the only thing I would say was a bit of a let down was the staffs attitude towards trying to get us to review. At the end of the stay they stand over you and force you to write something on the spot even if it’s super early in the morning, I just found it unnecessary as we were planning on reviewing this amazingly anyway but being forced or expected to do something always makes you feel a bit off. I would just recommend the staff to not do this in the future and it is very uncomfortable and cheapens the hotels atmosphere.

Location of the hotel is in the centre of Hanoi old quarter and everything is almost just walking distance from the hotel. As well the hotel fixes tours to Halong Bay or any other places you have in mind and transportation to and from the airport at good prices. So for a family with 3 kids it was trouble free to think about those stuff and just focus on them. The staff are very friendly and professional and approachable, ready to answer any questions you have on mind.

We complained about the toilet bust it was fixed straight ahead.
