I actually loved that it's in the right party area..you would have many options to explore cafe, pubs and grab affordable food and drink. The area is beautiful, however this hostel is just little away located on a narrow road. That's perfectly fine. Bed was comfortable and cozy. Staff was extremely sweet and speak English well. She checked on me to know when would I check in and if there is anything she can help me with. Good hospitality. Sweet gesture.

One washroom for 14 people. I mean I had to wait 15-20 mins to relieve myself since, someone was using it. Washroom can be well maintained more.. again it depends on the tourists who stays there.

Staff are absolutely exquisite, and the entire hostel, for the price paid goes above and beyond. The place is very small and simple with one 2nd and 3rd floor dormitory with ensuites. Each bed has a built-in table, electrical outlet and a fan. There are two AC units in each and a kettle and a large table for socialising, eating and working. The place is staffed from the morning until 00:00. The location is central and water can be purchased at reception. Additionally should you wish you can move or utilise the facilities of EcoStay 2 which is a 5 minute walk away. Very well managed indeed, and the WiFi is strong. Would recommend 110%.

The beds were so so comfortable and enough space to keep your things on the bed and reading light.They also had a drawer with a key to keep your luggage.Location is convenient to walk around the streets of Hanoi,markets,night markets,visit the lake and with a lot of food , coffee and juices close to this place.Very easy to access the Beer street in the night.Good place to crash for solo travellers .Local tour operators office are available around this place to book your tours for sightseeing.

There was only one bathroom in the dorm.They charge for a fresh towel.It didn't have drinking water refill station

The location was good, staff was good, they know english, the manager gave me his charger for the whole day, the owner was also good guy, he helped me booked my futa bus tickets from hanoi to danang without any charges. The beds were comfy , hostel is near to beer market and lake, overall good.

Hostel didn't have enough space like other hostels, the price was little bit high, and not enough locker storage to keep our luggage, plus the hostel didn't serve drinking water, i believe drinking water is a basic necessity , so hostel should provide drinking water facilities. rest is good.

- The manager is very friendly, helpful. - The bunk bed is very comfy, wide enough for me. The pillow was soft enough. There's even a shell to put your pouch and other stuff on it. - There's a fan so it doesnt feel suffocating. - The location is perfect. So close to Ta Hien str and many other attractions.

- The guy on the upstair bunk that snores all night hahah

Comfortable spaces, quiet but friendly people, great customer service, good shower pressure, air conditioned.

Not quite enough toilets to the amount of people but not too annoying itself. I was expecting to be able to receive a SIM card here, but service from the hostel was unavailable. However, the lovely receptionist gave me very quick pointers on where to get a cheap SIM card in the immediate area!

Comfy beds, lockers (bring own lock), good location

The only "common areas" are inside the dorm (see table in pictures), so people who want to hang out need to do it right next to other people sleeping - it probably does not happen often since you are right in the old quarter and can easily go to a bar, but it can and it is in general a pity not being able to hang out at an hostel or having to do so at the expense of someone who wants to sleep. Also the dorm (the one on the lower floor) was right in front of the reception which just made it noisier/busier than average.

The location is great, right in the middle of everything (but you can't hear any outside noise from the rooms) The beds were great, with curtains, a light, chargers etc.. pretty comfy too. They had loads of lovely bathroom amenities you could use and a sink and mirror in the room so if the bathroom was in use there was another place to get ready. Staff were so lovely and accommodating to me as I got in verity early hours (late overnight bus) and they woke up to let me in! So appreciated!

Hai and Maris have been the most helpful and supportive hosts, always available to clear out doubts or help with problems. The rooms are nice and the bunk beds have plenty room to sleep so confortably. The location of the hostel is perfect, it’s walking distance everywhere in the Old Quarter.

The only problem I see is there are only 2 toilets in the hostel. Maybe having shower and toilet separately could help.
