We booked the junior suite with a balcony, and it was perfect—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location is ideal, right in the heart of the Old Quarter and just a short walk from the lake, which made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. The entire staff was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and attentive—always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel right at home.

The swimming pool area is a bit small with only a couple of deck chairs.

Great location in the centre if Hanoi close to Ho Hoan Kiem lake & old quarter. Facilities clean & modern - recently renovated. Rooftop pool a nice respite from the heat. Great breakfast

The pool is (very) small & there are only 2 loungers so if you are expecting more than a cool «dip» you’ll be disappointed. Staff were very helpful when we got there but didnt respond to any emails, calls or messages before hand & phone nrs didnt work!

Breakfast was superb, location fantastic and within walking distance to the lake, staff extremely friendly and helpful, clean room serviced daily if requested. The only thing we could fault was the room we were allocated had an exhaust vent outside that made loud noise all night. We told the staff the next morning and they moved us into a quieter room.

Nice comfortable room in a good location. There are many places to eat nearby and it’s right by the lake. The surrounding area has narrow streets and some are one-way, so getting a taxi or Grab car sometimes takes a bit longer than normal. The surrounding area is a bit loud in the late evening but it gets quiet after 10:00 or 11:00 pm. The bathroom and shower is pretty nice and clean.

Great location within walking distance to the Hoan Kiem Lake, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast was lovely with a huge variety. Hotel itself was very clean and the staff were lovely.

The bathroom was the only minor issue, the floor got very wet from the lack of shower screen/bad design.

Family Room , breakfast Buffet and Location was very good but i would recommend for Future guests to Tell them where nearby Restaurants are , also inform Tourists about Train Street Timings for example a bit more insights :)

The Rooms were to dark because no Windows, Which is no Problem but then the lights should be Brighter .

Breakfast spread meets expectation. Good spread of selection. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is comfortable.

Everything was good and except the door lock always make alarming noise. Like a siren. Need to open and lock again. Very inconvenient.

We had two double rooms on the 4th floor, and they were quiet and clean. And with a bath tub! Loved that after a long day out walking. We didn’t get time to use the pool, but had a very nice last evening on the roof top bar. Breakfast was simply excellent.

Excellent location close to beautiful lake/ train street / old town and markets. The breakfast (and the breakfast staff) were amazing

The windows were internal on our rooms. But we didn’t spend much time indoors in daylight hours so not really a worry

Location is really good Staff was helpful, friendly, polite From the 8th floor, we did not hear the street noise Airport pickup is reliable Pool is on the 9th floor and give you a space to relax. Water was cold in April.

You hear the noise between the rooms. It was a bit humid in the rooms. Hard to make clothes dry after a rainy day.
