The hospitality was top tier both before arriving at the hotel and after, even with my last minute booking. Emma was especially amazing and I really appreciated her kindness and attentiveness throughout my stay. I broke my phone and it was a stressful situation but I felt comfortable due to the support I received from the hotel. The location is also perfect on a street with lots of lovely coffee shops and such a short walk to Hoan Kiem lake and many places. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Hanoi. The hotel could’ve been more modern but I don’t think you could find anywhere with better customer service.

The hotel is very centrally located in the old quarter. The staff (especially Xenia) is very helpful and friendly. The king sized bed is about the same size as a king sized bed in America - really big. The rooms and bathroom are clean, and the neighborhood is not noisy at all. I was able to walk to the lake, cathedral and pretty much all over the old quarter. Lots and lots of dining options within a couple of blocks of the hotel. They arranged a cab to pick me up and drop me off the airport which was appreciated (even though you can probably find a cab for 100,000 vnd cheaper if you tried on your own).

Have to climb a set of narrow stairs from the 9th floor to get to the room on the 10th floor. This is fine for able bodied people but if you're a large person or have issues climbing stairs then you might want to request a room on a lower floor. I usually leave my passport in the hotel safe but here the safe is light and not fastened to anything. I did mention this to the staff at the end of my stay as something to improve on. The shower heads also needed a little servicing but the water was hot when I needed it.

This place is a little gem. Right in the heart of the old town and a 5 min walk to the lake area with great local restaurants nearby, yet at night it is such a quiet street. The room was really clean and in good condition (no mold in the bathroom or fusty smell which you often find with properties in this price range) but what really makes this hotel is the staff. They are so kind and friendly and are genuinely concerned that you are happy and have everything you need, checking in with us daily to see if there was anything they could assist us with- and they were really sweet with our kids. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again during our next trip to Hanoi!

The hotel is located in a quiet side street in the Old Quarter. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the receptionists, Xenia and Emma, were super helpful with all my questions! Within about a 5-minute walk, you’ll find plenty of restaurants and famous spots like St. Joseph’s Cathedral, the TikTok-famous Banh Mi Mama, and Phở 10 Lý Quốc Sư. All in all, a great hotel in a perfect location. Highly recommended!

Location, fabulous staff, good size rooms, decor of rooms, free bananas/ biscuits, very small gym but has a treadmill. I would also like to especially thank Xenia for her brilliant help and support whilst in Hanoi particularly when my husband wasn’t feeling well and advice about onwards travel to Nim Binh.

It was only after check out that my husband mentioned one side of his bed (two single beds pushed together) was very uncomfortable. I’m sure if we mentioned something the very accommodating staff would have helped.

Outside the hotel are numerous quaint cafes which served very good coffee. St Joseph s church was just a walking distance. There is a Michelin rated restaurant nearby.

Good value for money however this booking brought me some anxiety because of the reviews online. I had to confirm if this was the hotel being referred to because there was mention of hotels with similar name but not the hotel shown online. Luckily we got the right one.

A beautiful, boutique hotel in the perfect location in the old quarter. We booked a two bedroom apartment for ourselves and our two young children. Each level only has two rooms so It ended up being two rooms joined by the corridor and it was perfect! So much room and lovely to have a bathroom each. The staff were INCREDIBLE. Listen to everything Xenia tells you, she gave us the best recommendations for food, made sure we didn’t miss out on tickets to anything and honestly just made our stay so special.

All of the staff including ms Xenia were excellent - very helpful and gave us advice / tips on our itinerary in Hanoi. They recommended restaurants and activities. They also helped us with some advice about travelling to other parts of Hanoi. The room was comfortable and clean. In a good location in old quarter in Hanoi with lots of coffee shops and breakfast places on the street

We had a brilliant few days staying here. The hotels location is 10/10, really close to lots of shops, restaurants and cafes but the street is still quiet at night time for a peaceful sleep. The hotel amenities are good but what really stood out to us was the incredible customer service from the staff, especially Xenia. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, offered recommendations of local sights to visit and created little goodie bags of water and snacks for us when heading on trips. She is exceptional at her job and made our stay all the more enjoyable.

The location was excellent, it felt like it was in the heart of the old quarter but on a quiet street. There were a lot of great cafes and restaurants near by too. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the offerings on arrival. The staff were very attentive and easy to communicate with them over WhatsApp. I really appreciated them arranging our transfers to/from Ha Long Bay over the holidays :)
