Perfect Family Stay in the Heart of Hanoi Our 3-night stay was perfect for our family of four (daughters aged 10 and 12). The hotel arranged a seamless airport taxi via WhatsApp, and the staff were incredibly pleasant and accommodating throughout our visit. The hotel was ideal for our family, offering two separate, clean bedrooms, both with en-suites. Its brilliant location in the Old Quarter down a quiet street was a huge plus, with a Michelin-star restaurant just steps away. Considering the excellent price, this hotel offers fantastic value. We would definitely stay and recommend it again!

Staff is exceptional at the property. They made our stay very comfy and easy. Very generous people. They also helped us with laundry which we asked for bit late in the evening and got it delivered the same day. We rented the bike from the same place. People are so easy, they arranged it within 10 minutes any time we asked for. Guided us well where to go and the best places around hanoi. Property is in hub of the city. Close to all the famous places, you just name it. Everything at walking distance. Rooms are clean and cosy. Make you feel like you are home. English speaking staff.

I was really impressed with the room. It was super clean, which I always appreciate. Plus, the air conditioning was a lifesaver! Hanoi's weather can be intense, but the AC kept the room nice and cool the whole time. Honestly, for what I paid, it was an incredible value. But what really made the whole stay worthwhile was the staff most importantly Chi she were so helpful and friendly, truly going above and beyond. Definitely exceeded my expectations!

For the price I paid there wasn’t any complaints.

The location is exceptional just in the middle of the old town with everything at walking distance. Lots of food options. But what distinguishes this place from others is the kindness of the staff. We had our train late at night but the hotel was full and we had to check out at 1pm. The manager kept our luggage and arranged a shower with clean towels for us so we could freshen up before going to the train station. All of that for free. So nice of him.

Our stay at Hanoi Center Silk premium hotel and spa was wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. We were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and a banana, which was a lovely touch. The staff was very friendly, always helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was comfortable, and well-equipped, making our stay very relaxing. When we checked out, we even received a bottle of water and a banana for the journey—such a thoughtful gesture! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel in the Old Quarter!

Best location, nice hotel, did not meet my expectations initially as my expectations were not right. the Staff is extremely cordial, went out of their way to help us. Perfect hotel for No-frill, Low Budget stay. It is surrounded by cafe and Banh Me places, bars and the famous Pho10. The bed was very good and gave us the best sleep!

The stairway was used for stowing bedsheets and stuff, saw a lizard in the passageway. It is not a luxury hotel but surely a very good stay. I chose it for location.

Lovely rooms. Very friendly helpful staff. Chi helped me book a cruise to Halong and helped with information on local restaurants and travel and information on transport to other regions and cities. Nice reception area with tea and bananas

The air con could be stronger in some of the rooms There is no breakfast There is no jacuzzi or pool Some TVs in other Hanoi hotels are better and with a few more channels Sometimes the WiFi is weak or cuts out with no service

The manager.....I don't spend money in luxurious or fancy hotels. It is just that I want a decent room with a decent attached bathroom, things clean and a decent bed too. So you don't expect to meet such a kind and diligent manager. Bravo. The room, that I got on second day since first one was not totally confortable, was a good thing too.

There was an issue with the selected room....humidity problem. I was not complaining actually but I was neither happy and the manager noticed that. He insisted until I was moved to a much better one. And in a very kind way...

During our travels we have stayed in some top hotels costing big money. In hanoi we decided on a more modest, ‘somewhere to sleep’ hotel. We got what we expected. Yes, it’s a basic hotel but the staff make it a friendly and welcoming environment. Don’t be expecting high quality, but do expect decent accommodation at a good price with good staff. I’d stay again. Not too loud. Beds are ok. Soundproofing not too bad. You’re in the middle of hanoi, tranquility is expensive.

It was all fine. No real issues.

The place was in a good location, everything was near, also for the staff were very welcoming especially Chi and tu which they manage to get everything we need for a good stay.

I hope they put a new fast AC in every room and a Fan, cause we have to wait for about 10 min to get the AC working whenever we come back to the room which is always HOT.
