Great location. Right in the centre of things and mid-point between the main features of the city - the cathedral, lake, train street, night market, shopping alleys and streets, museums, the mausoleum, eateries and galleries and whatever I've left out. There is a Michelin Pho restaurant in the cathedral side street and a great bahn mi stall - queues on both so I just chose from one of the many other excellent options. There is a good elevator that takes you quickly to your floor. Good helpful reception - useful information and eager to assist without being obtrusive. 24/7 reception meant they were there for my late and early departure. I had a good room, in line what I paid and expected. It was comfortable and had what I wanted.

The staff are who make the hotel 10/10! The hotel is clean and comfortable and value for money in the range of stars. I used it as a base while touring the north and it will be my choice hotel whenever I am in Hanoi. If you want to book tours or trips - do it with Mr Tom at the hotel. He get great prices better than online booking sites. I started booking with him even before I arrived. Mr Tom is a great! The reception staff are also amazing. Location is excellent right in the old quarter - and the street it is on is nice and big - not like the smaller old quarter streets where it’s a bit chaotic. Great food and shopping all around. Don’t hesitate to book here

The location is the best, right at heart of the city centre, easy to navigate, surrounded by vibrant life of Hanoi, but also very quiet at night. The street is not blocked by the weekend walking street. Shout out to all staff who have noticed the tiniest inconvenience and tried their best to accomodate me. They were super friendly, professional, and supportive. I felt like home there from the very first moment arriving. As a local but far from Hanoi for a while, my experience here is 10 out of 10.

The facilities are a bit old, not quite soundproofing since I could still hear noises from the hall, but not unbearable. The staff were responsive anyway so not too bad.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. While the room was on the smaller side, it was very comfortable and well-maintained—perfect for a short stay. The biggest plus was the location—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and get around. Though there’s no in-house breakfast, there are plenty of great options available just outside the hotel, which was convenient and gave us a taste of the local flavors. If you’re looking for a clean, cozy, and centrally located place to stay without too many frills, this is a solid choice. Would definitely consider staying here again!

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location is good, near the Hoan Kiem Lake and many good restaurants nearby. There are elevators to each floor.

The room is a little bit wet without windows. The bathroom is a little bit smelly. There are dirts on the bed sheets, they are not clean enough. The AC is blowing on the head of the bed and the wind can’t be controlled. Better to change the position of the AC and place it not directly to the bed.

Wifi was not working in the room

✅ exceptionally friendly staff , who all spoke impeccable english and gave us a great amount of information about hanoi which was really useful, and offered laundry service. the room was clean and tidy, bathroom was clean. great location, right in the centre ❌ room was a bit small, and the bathroom wall was made of glass , however it had a curtain so it wasn’t an issue. no real complaints

Two things stood out from this hotel to me were hospitality of the staffs and location. Tom: the hotel manager and staffs were ready to help us also provided offers with reasonable price including airport transfer and tours. Yes, the property is not new but everything inside is clean and proper also considering it is located in the heart of Old Quarter, the price is really value for money.

Booked a room without window, the furniture and bathroom equipments are quite old and the room is quite small.

First off, the staff here are amazing—very accommodating, hospitable, and welcoming, which really made my stay enjoyable. The room was great too, with a super comfortable bed and a spacious toilet.

However, the only downside was the plumbing in the toilet. It didn’t flush all the way, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable, especially for certain uses. Overall, I had a great experience, but I’d recommend looking into the plumbing to make the stay even better.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the old quarter. We checked in late and staff were still available to greet us and give us loads of helpful information and a map to help us plan our trip. They had tips and recommendations for restaurants, ATMs and attractions to see. Rooms were a decent size with double windows which did a good job of blocking out street noise (a must in Hanoi!). We had a really comfortable stay here
