Very nice and clean room with big bathroom. Friendly staff. We booked for 2 nights but arrived very early morning after the first night (due to night train), and the staff was there to check us in. Breakfast included with several options served. Good location in a side street, so not too much traffic noise. Close to the cathedral and many restaurants.

Our room was on the second floor. There was no window but that was not a problem for a short stay. The only main problem was the noise until late in the evening from the other talking guests climbing up the stairs to above floors, and the metallic door being open to let them come into the hotel and making a very loud noise. I would recommend asking for a room on an upper floor.

Absolutely fantastic hostel. James, his with and kids were kind, respectful, and extremely helpful with advice, areas to go, and day to day interactions. The rooms are extremely clean, didn’t have an issue with anything once. Highly recommend and in a perfect location with everything in walking distance. 10/10!!

Friendly staff and good sized rooms. The beds are not the most comfortable but like that each bed is private with the each having curtains. Internet was great throughout and a good choice for breakfast. The staff were really helpful in booking trips, organising for laundry to be cleaned as well as printing off visas and boarding passes. Breakfast served 7am-9am, would have been good for it to be served for a little longer for those who want a lie in.

Staff were lovely and it is in a great location. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice. Refillable coffee in the morning was excellent! Rooms were clean, air con was good and your own fan was even better. Great wi-fi and excellent hot shower.

The hostel wasn't very social at all and I think that is because there was no common area. The breakfast room is turned into a spa during the day so there is nowhere for people to sit, chat and have coffee, you basically have to go to your room and chill on your bed. It was also a pain having to climb up and down 6 flights of stairs to get to bed and get to breakfast..

Being a 4 bed dorm it is very calm, easy to keep clean and almost feels like a private room. Bathroom is hotel standard and the beds are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a bit above average backpacker hostel style. Overall feels modern and fresh. Location is good. Payment by card or cash accepted and luggage storage after check out is possible.

If your not into fitness, 6th floor w/o elevator is a hassle. Worked for us but beware if you have problems. (The view is nice however) Lacks a common area for hanging out.

Great location and excellent staff! james were very helpful and responsive, they helped us book transport to Ninh Binh and back. This was our second stay in Hanoi, and we will definitely be back here again. The location is great, the rooms are very comfortable and styled really well and the staff are amazing. The receptionist, was so kind and helpful. I hope the hotel knows how lucky they are to have him

My stay at this hostel was truly pleasant! The breakfast was a highlight, offering tasty options that catered to different tastes. The beds were super comfy, and the quiet nights ensured I slept really well. The hostel has a great vibe, with clean rooms and a friendly, helpful team. I had an all-around amazing experience and would definitely book again!

Great place for stay in Hanoi old town. Near all high light point in Hanoi. Room was clean and comfortable The owner is very friendly and helpful She helped us and supported us before we arrived. She arranged the Airport pick up service for us, organize Ha Giang loops tour and Halong bay 2D1N with compared price. I would like recommended this place to anyone.

Curtain beds, individual fans in dorm beds. Clean room and bath room. Helpful staff, good breakfast. Great location!

Only one toilet between 8 people in the dorm. Pillow a bit too soft, maybe provide 2.

Location was in the middle of everything and I thought it would be noisy outside but it was a non-issue. Something to keep in mind though is that the hostel is right by St.Anthonys church and I’m assuming they ring the church bells every morning at 5am and will do mini-rings every 15 minutes

I guess I can’t say I dislike this as this seems to be a trend in south East Asian countries that I haven’t encountered before but showers are detachable heads but they’re in the same room as the sink and toilet so the sink and toilet inevitably gets wet
