Our experience at the hotel was excellent! The location couldn't have been more central, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even upgraded us to a larger room with a balcony for free, as it was available. The complimentary provision of water in the room was a nice touch, and everything was clean and in perfect working order. We also utilized the laundry service, which was quick and reasonably priced. The 24-hour reception was extremely helpful and ensured a smooth stay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I would recommend to anyone!

It was simple but worked well for our two nights stay. Breakfast was good, nice choices.

No elevator which was fine for us but just a note for anyone who needs it. We were up two flights of stairs.

We loved our stay here, the staff were very friends and accommodating. They were always able to help us out. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of savoury and sweet food to chose from. We also were able to use the spa facilities which were brilliant and also the pool and rooftop bar. We found the location very great as it is very near the St Joseph’s Cathedral and plenty of other places to eat/ things to do. We would definitely like to come back here again!

Our stay at this hotel was amazing, loved every minute of it. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the little Balcony very cute overlooking the cathedral. The cathedral does bang bells from 5am, maybe wear some ear plugs. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, especially Kimmie, she helped us with booking train tickets etc. The location is perfect and walking distance to many things!

It doesn’t have a lift which didn’t bother us but might some. The bells at the cathedral, we got used to them eventually. The pool is located at another hotel, about 3 min walk away.

Amazing central location, extremely helpful staff, great and spacious room with functional bathroom. I think we were upgraded to a really nice room as it was on the 6th floor, with a balcony and Church view - absolutely delightful! Good breakfast buffet selection, they even have two high chairs for babies.

There is no elevator to the 6th floor, which was not a problem for us as we enjoy a good workout ;) The breakfast area is small and low, which can feel damp (especially at the back) and crammed but it works out fine if you find a table near the street. Room was a bit pricey compared to other hotels in the area, but it’s work it if you get a nice room like we did and take advantage of the Old Quarter area.

The staff were great. The location was great, the family size room was big enough for all the family. The breakfast was good.

We did enjoy our stay. However, we wanted to stay at a hotel with a pool as that's one of our key selection criteria when travelling with our kids. Unfortunately, even though the hotel we booked clearly shows a pool in the advertising on booking.com, this hotel does not have a pool. Also the room we booked was not available when we arrived, someone else was in it. I will say they made it up with a discount at the end, which was appreciated

We had a fantastic stay at Splendid Pearlight hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly (even walking us with umbrellas to catch our taxi to the bus when it rained on our last day) and the rooms were immaculately clean and very spacious. The location was great as it was walking distance to many of Hanoi’s main attractions, but set back off the main road so it was very quiet. Breakfast was served buffet style and there was a huge selection of delicious food.

The staff were very friendly, accommodating and friendly as soon as we arrived. They also upgraded our room because we stayed during a quiet period. The hotel was also very accommodating with storing our bags on check-out day which was very easy. Thank you to the staff and Ms. Rose.

The pool location is a 15 minute walk / car ride from the hotel which was a bit of a bummer. However the staff let us use the pool on check-out which we really appreciated.

Staff are amazing... very friendly and helpful ... especially Kimmie and Ms Rose. Room was remodeled and large with a balcony towards the Cathedral. Pool is great for a mid day break. Breakfast is very good with both western and Vietnamese cuisine.

We were on the 6th floor..no elevator. Church bells are quite strong, especially on weekends. Pool is about 400m away in a sister hotel.
