The staff are very accomodating, genial and polite. They can also arrange airport shuttle and tours. We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. We are travelling with 2 Seniors and our room is next to each other. We had a little balcony which is good for people watching. The location is also good, right in middle of town, few steps away from St Joseph's Cathedral, and walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and Hoan Kiem Lake. There are plenty of spa, cafe and restaurants around the area, and the hotel itself is very accessible to Grab (transpo/food). Thank you to everyone for making our stay in Hanoi peaceful and memorable. 10/10 would recommend.

Sometimes with Booking you know you've got it right the minute you walk up to the door. That's how the crew at Capital Premium make you feel. Beautifully positioned with a fantastic and friendly staff from the front of house to the domiciliary and kitchen staff things just go right. The unit was premium with a usable balcony to while away free time with a beverage or two. Everything you need is in walking distance with great food houses all around the hotel but you won't need lunch breakfast is so generous, filling and freshly made. Thanks Caputal can't wait to come back.

Too short of a stay wish I had another week at Capital Premium and out and about in Hanoi.

Breakfast was delicious and ample. Location was excellent and tour operator at hotel gave us a good package.

All key cards seemed to open all rooms as on one occasion a man opened our door while looking for his son's room. At the time our door was locked!!!

Hotel was situated in a great location, lots of attractions and restaurants close by, all within walking distance. Room was big and cosy. Lots of power points for charging electronics. Smart TV with some English movie channels. Best part was the super friendly and professional staff, especially Ms. Thuy, who was always available to help with anything and answer any questions I had. All communication with hotel before and during my stay was always handled quickly and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Not really hotels fault, as most hotels in Hanoi are small and narrow. Which made the breakfast serving and seating area quite small. Could get crowded if too many people there at the same time.

Centrally located within walking distance of Hoan Kiem Lake and Old quarter making it convenient to go sightseeing, shopping or just take a relaxing stroll by the Lake. Front office staff, especially the lady (Thuy), is very attentive and prompt in response. Room was spacious with a fantastic mattress, good view of church from balcony and enough sound proofing to drown out the street sounds. Breakfast buffet was adequate and they provided packed breakfast for 2 mornings when I had to leave early for day trips. Overall value for money.

I was maybe sceptic with staying in the old quarter. But this hotel made me change my mind, despite only having a 1 night stay. If you take the price into account, the room was very adequate and quiet, and the location is perfect. But the service and the support were of the highest level to our group of 6, for arranging a dinner on a late request and a breakfast before the scheduled time, as we had to leave early. And the breakfast was a good one. It is definitely a place to stay at! Almost next to the cathedral and a walking distance to all the areas you want to explore. 

I really loved this hotel and people from here, also Twee was amazing, very kind and nice, and helped us with everything we needed, including let the luggage few days, give us our favourite room when cone back, arrange transfers. Is very nice and clean, comfortable bed, we have a balcony with good view in center of Hanoi, good vibe. Is just 1 min from the Saint Joseph's Cathedral, close to train street. You can find everything around, food, shops ... Also the breakfast good and fresh. If i would come again in Hanoi, definitely will choose it. And the price was also good.

The location is great. The staff is very accommodating. Breakfast is phenomenal. It is a terrific value.

The shower could use a little work.

Very centrally located, tucked behind the cathedral with lots of little cafes, bars and restaurants around, both tourist oriented and local. Good soundproofing so the room is pretty quiet. I had the top floor (8th) with a great view of the cathedral and got to hear part of a Christmas/advent mass from the balcony. With the balcony windows closed, there's very little noise from outside. It was a cold week when I was here, but the aircon system here had a heating function which was wonderful! Comfortable bed, good shower, good wifi & tv. They serve a good breakfast downstairs in the mornings. The staff here are lovely. This was my last night in Hanoi and a last minute booking after the nearby homestay (La Ava's Home) where I had been staying discovered an "overbooking" and told me I couldn't stay there for my last night. Mr Tu and his staff made me feel very welcome and arranged an early check in for me so that I wouldn't have to wait between checking out of one place and into another. Getting kicked out of somewhere isn't nice, however honest the mistake may or may not have been, but the kindness of the staff here made me feel much better and I'm glad I spent a night here. The location is great, right in the middle of the old quarter, a few minutes walk from Hoan Kiem lake but if you walk in the opposite direction, you can quickly be out to less chaotic, more local feeling streets. Would definitely come back here next time in Hanoi

Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Sound proofing in room is excellent. Breakfast is good. The reception Thuy is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Her English is very good. She helped me book tours and transportation to Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh, Sapa, from the moment I booked the hotel to the very last day of my trip. Everything is well taken care of and price is reasonable.

The water temperature adjustment of the shower could be improved. At the beginning of the shower , it was too hot. At the latter part of shower, there’s not enough hot water.
