We liked everything about the Hotel. The location was great, the room spacious with comfortable beds, the shower was the best on our trip so far, and most notably: the service was exceptionally good. From our arrival, we were supported by the staff. They helped us to book tours, organised transport to our next destination and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay.

The hotel was an excellent small boutique style hotel which was excellent for solo traveller. The breakfast was good with reasonable selections available. The room was a great size for myself and had a small balcony too for fresh air. The staff were the star of the hotel and the best I have experienced among all the hotels I have stayed at on my travels. The manager Emily was exceptional with the greeting and ensured all guests including myself were well looked after and were great with informing us about the attractions, best time to go etc. Aidan was also great and very attentive to the guest and myself with her dedication to make time for that person which always go a long way. Also finally, the receptionist Rosi was definitely the best one I have ever meet. She was also great, so friendly, helpful, welcoming and gave me the best ever farewell from a hotel stay. All staff were very hardworking overall to give the best for the hotel and guests. Thank you all so much Cam on ban rat nhieu :)

The staff here are the most welcoming, lovely, and professional people I have met during my time in Vietnam. Emily, the manager is efficient and a pleasure to deal with,she made me feel welcome and at home from the moment i walked in the door. This is reflected in her staff, two of which left a lasting impression, Rushi and Aiden,your customer service is second to none, thank you for going above and beyond during my stay. The rooms are stylishy furnished with the most comfy beds and pillows. great location with everything you need at your doorstep. Highly recommend.

Construction next door can be alittle noisy, but this is beyond the control of the hotel, and by no means a complaint against them.

Very nice and new hotel very close to Hoan Kiem Lake and inside the Old Town on Hang Bong Street. So everything is close by for walking around in town. I had a Double/Twin Room with City View (7th floor, room 705, I added a picture of the night view from the room). Clean room, newish furniture and comfortable bed. The room completely corresponds with the photos on Booking.com. Very friendly, nice and helpful staff that try to make your stay better, everything (including a pickup at the airport) that was arranged worked out as wished. Breakfast could be a tad better if it had a bit more change or choice (I was there a whole week), but well, it is fine as it is.

The staff, especially Emily and Rusi, were exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I booked onwards. The bed is comfortable and large and the room has everything you need. Nice touch with free bottled water and peel-able fruit every day. Cannot recommend Serene Central Hotel more for a comfortable stay in Hanoi, right in the old quarter. I would stay again. Highly recommend.

Minor bathroom amenities could be improved, e.g., shower cap was too small for my head and the toothbrush bristles were too fragile/loose. The safety box is tricky but Rusi quickly helped me through.

I don’t normally leave reviews, which isn’t great because I should give credit where it’s due—but for this one, I had to! This is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Vietnam, and we’re very particular when it comes to comfort. The bed was absolutely unreal—so, so comfy! The breakfast in the morning had everything you needed; we had delicious eggs, toast, and bacon, all included in our stay. The staff truly made our stay incredible. Suzy and Rusi were the kindest hotel staff we’ve come across and made us feel so welcomed. We were greeted with lovely tea on arrival, and they even brought food to my room (free of charge) when I was feeling unwell. The doormen were equally fantastic, helping with bags to the room and taxi, and always opening and closing the front door for us—a really nice touch. Some reviews mention building work being an issue, but this wasn’t a problem for us at all. It’s a busy city, so some building work is to be expected. The noise was minimal and only between 11am and 3pm, so it didn’t affect downtime or sleeping hours. My girlfriend and I will 100% stay here again when we come back. It was worth every penny! A huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable.

Hotel is very new. Top of class cleanliness. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, was able to sleep very well. Excellent customer service. They kindly kept our luggages after we checked out so we could still have our afternoon tour. They also kindly let us use the shower and other amenities for free even after our tour and just before going to the airport. Location is walking distance to shops and restaurants. A good leisurely walk going to Hoàn Kiem lake. Very good value for money. Close to luxurious experience for a fraction of the price. Will definitely recommend to friends who plan to stay in Hanoi.

Excellent service. Wonderful staff. Food was varied and tasty!!! Very clean rooms. I didn’t have a window which was fine as quiet air conditioning and nice and dark for sleeping. Bed was comfortable and the pillows, soft and many. A great bathroom with a nice shower! TV, I didn’t watch it but has YouTube and Netflix etc options. Everyday, 2 bottles of water and fresh fruit. A kettle for tea . Minibar with pop and beer. I didn’t need those, but nice option. Great location. Close to the small lake and within walking distance of the main tourist attractions.

A great hotel! Perfect location in the old quarter near the famous train street. Newly opend since 1 month. The staff is super friendly and always ready for you! We arrived early in the morning with our sleeper bus and they really did their absolute best for us (we even got a breakfast offered & towls to fresh up and take a shower)! They were always ready with informatie about tours or things to see in the city! Nothing to no say abouth the room or accomodation, everyting was great! And the breakfast buffet is absolutly fantastic, the best one we got in Vietnam so far (fresh pancakes, fruit, bread, croissants, cornflakes, vientamese soupes/ noodles, eggs etc )

One minur detail was that there was a bit of noice early in the morning around 6am from the neabours. Apparently the governement is building a police station next to them and they can't do anything abouth the fact they start early in the morning despite their many efforts. But for us it was not such a problem because we are always wake up early. But the bed is absolutly great (soft comfy matrass).

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed and offered refreshments during check-in. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home throughout our stay. A special thank you to Aiden, Christiana, and Jerry from the afternoon shift, as well as Suzy from the morning shift. Aiden, in particular, took great care of us—personally showing us to our room and ensuring we had everything we needed. He was also extremely knowledgeable about local tours and helped us plan our excursions in Vietnam. Every evening when we returned, we were greeted by name, which showed how much they value their guests. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we expected. Without a doubt, I would stay at this hotel again. It truly offers the full package with exceptional five-star service.
