We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment we booked, Luca, Jade, Casey and Alisa went above and beyond to assist us and ensure everything was perfectly arranged before our arrival. Their communication was prompt, professional, and genuinely caring, making us feel valued as guests. The service provided throughout our stay was exceptional and felt like premium quality, especially considering the price. Every detail was thoughtfully managed, and the staff followed up with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. The accommodations were spotless, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. It’s rare to find a place where the service is so personalized and attentive from start to finish. We left completely satisfied and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an outstanding stay at an excellent value. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

At the first moment I reached the hotel, they had already been waiting to welcome us. They gave us hot tea and snacks which tasted very nice! The room was small but very cozy and tidy. All the staff smiled every moment they saw us (especially Casey and Alisa were so helpful in guiding us to places nearby). Huge and well-prepared buffet breakfast with several Vietnamese and Western options. The most special thing is the hotel location. Despite not being in the center of the Old Quarter, it just takes you 3 minutes to walk to the famous train street where you can also find many restaurants and stores. I love this hotel and definitely choose to stay again when I come back!

Absolutely nothing

The room I got was on the 7 floor, accesible by elevator, so it is more quite. The room is big and very clean, it comes with everything you need! For breakfast they serve a buffet, but go for the freshly made Pho and the omlette! The staff is very nice! Mike was very helpfull in organizing a Tour to Ninh Binh and Halong Bay. I was always picked up by a driver and dropt of at the hotel. I also had the Pick up and drop off from and to the airport organized by Mike. The driver aswell was very friendly! For my overnight Crusie at Halong Bay I was able to leave my big Suitcase at the hotel. When I needed to exchange money, Mike personaly took me to the place where they got me a very nice exchange rate! As a female solo travler i felt very taken care of and very safe! Thank you Mike and your collegues!

I recently enjoyed a fantastic 4-day stay at Sam Premium Hotel Hanoi. The hotel's location is absolutely superb, situated right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Hanoi's top attractions. What truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional staff. From check-in to check-out, every team member I encountered was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their local knowledge and willingness to help with any request made my stay truly memorable. Alicia and Luca were fantastic! As well as all the team!

Location extremely good, just around the corner Train street 😍 in the same street you can find fresh juice of sugar cane. Fantastic laundry service. Room quit big comparing with some other options in HaNoi. Staff extremely polite, helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my staying. Friendly for solo women travelers. I highly recommend this hotel. Price and quality ratio very good. When you are booking room, make sure you booked with windows if you don’t like live in room without windows.

We stayed at this hotel the first two nights when we started our trip in Vietnam  We just loved it.  We had booked pick up at the airport with the hotel. Worked perfect. Beautyful room. We arrived early in the morning and the hotel worked hard so our room would be ready ealiere than normal. Lovely. The location is great and in a quiet street. A big thanks to Macie, Luca and one if their other colleague (he helped with local SIM card) for making the stay so warm and welcoming.  Breakfast was very good with local choices. The coffee was the best I had in Vietnam.  Please listen to Macies recommendations. She knows what to see in short days.

Booked 3 rooms for our family 7 and we had a great stay. The rooms were clean, great bed and shower rooms, breakfast was good there's a lot of options at least, and above all the staff were amazing! They were super friendly and helpful. Location is fantastic too cause it's not central in the busy shopping streets of OQ. You can surely rest here after a day in the city. Casey arranged a day trip tours for us and they all amazing. Highly recommend

Excellent hotel in middle of Old Quarter. Young and energetic staff who are without exception the friendliest and welcoming I have ever had in a hotel. Genuinely interested and ready to help with anything you need. My room with balcony was lovely, and a surprisingly quiet haven from the noise of Hanoi surrounding it. Comfy bed, good shower, silent airco, safe deposit, complimentary coffee and tea, just how I like it. Breakfast delicious with Vietnamese and western options. Highly recommended!

Couldn’t think of anything

Clean room, great hospitality, and wonderful breakfast. This hotel provides laundry service with reasonable price ($2 per kg) and I really appreciated it. Also, this hotel is close to money exchange places (10 seconds walk) which have wonderful rate. In Hanoi, we cannot use credit card often, so I recommend bring the cash of your country and go to the exchange office nearby.

Wifi connection did not work well occasionally.

It was totally an unexpected luck to enter into San Premium Hotel after the check-out at a hostel. I was wandering the streets to find the better place to stay, and I found this hotel located nearby railway cafe with reasonable price. I was able to check-in the hotel immediately with welcome tea. The breakfast is buffet with Pho-you can help yourself! When I dropped by the hotel again for a free wifi(due to usim issue), I was asked to take my time at lobby out of rain with welcome tea. I do appreciate Kate, a hotel receptionist, who provided me a city map and a brochure with the detailed explanation like a counselor. (She even speaks some Korean and called my Korean name that I felt more friendly) I was supposed to go for a tour for several days to Sapa and Ninh Binh, and I could keep my luggages in hotel. Thanks to the favor and the hospitalization, I enjoyed my tours more comfortably. It led me to decide to stay the last night in Hanoi in this hotel again. The rooms are clean and tidy, everything is well-prepared; slippers, electric kettle, etc. (I’m not sure if there was a fridge in the room, you might as well check it out) First night, I stayed in a room with a queen-size bed and a bathtub. The second night after a couple of days, the room had twin-beds, a shower booth, and a small sofa with a table. Both of the rooms were great, and you can sleep well without noise. I got a laundry service with charge-I asked for it the day before and received the clean clothes in a package the next morning. Every time when I enter into the hotel, bellboys opened the door for me. I’m so obliged to everyone in this hotel for friendly and attentive hospitalization. (They even remembered my Korean name) If you want a memorable experience with reasonable price, you should visit San Premiun Hotel! I want to thank everyone for making my days in Hanoi! Now I have another reason to re-visit Hanoi, till then I’ll save money and hope to see you again!!🥰
