We were not meant to stay here originally when coming to Hanoi but our first hotel cancelled just as we were boarding our flight. However, we’re so happy that they did as this hotel is exactly what we needed for our stay. Situated in a quiet part of the popular old quarter, we had a very nice room and the staff are very friendly. Lena was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions in perfect English, she also went above and beyond by helping us with our transport after we finished our stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi.

Welcome - we were made feel special from the minute we walked through the door. Van Anh looked after from arrival to departure. Staff - Van Anh and all staff made us feel special and provided exceptional service. We had a warm welcome when we returned from our trips every day. Anh also arranged three tours for us - these were also of very high standard. The City Guided Tour and Halong Bay Tour were of very high quality - not to be missed. Also Ninh Binh tour was also very good. Room - effective air conditioning and comfortable environment after our daily travelling. The beds were extremely comfortable - and a choice of pillow softness/hardness was a nice touch. Food - good choice of food at breakfast/ good quality, excellent service - we ate at the restaurant two nights, high quality food - I recommend the beef tenderloin in bamboo evening meal The thoughtfulness and care of the staff made this stay very special for us. Roomservice/cleaning was also exemplar - faultless but not intrusive. Hotel - location was superb - allowed us to get a feel for the local culture and activities Laundry service - very useful, reasonable and delivered within the same day. Taxi transfer to and from the hotel - ordering and delivery was seamless. We felt the staff really cared about our holiday experience/enjoyment. Thank you Anh and the team - you went beyond the call of duty.

Leaving the hotel and going home. We can't think of anything that would be worth highlighting. If we raised any queries or asked for anything - this was actioned immediately - within minutes. Fantastic management.

Our concierge, Mei, was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we stepped into our stunning room, we felt genuinely welcomed and pampered. Each morning’s breakfast was delightful, exceeding our expectations in every way. We loved exploring the hotel’s uniquely captivating spaces, including the vibrant nightclubs tucked away in the basement—a truly memorable touch. And when it came to our early departure at 4 AM, the thoughtful staff were already prepared, ensuring our checkout was seamless. Mei and the entire team made our stay extraordinary—we can’t wait to return!

Honestly, there was very little the hotel could have done to make our stay even better—it truly exceeded our expectations. If I had to mention anything, it would only be that our visit was too short!

Tucked away in a scenic alley of the old town, the discerning traveler will find a gem. You simply can’t fault it in anyway. The personnel always seem to be a step ahead of any expectation or need. An error during my booking process (1st online reservation gave an card error, but the 2nd was successful, resulted in 2 bookings. Although the responsibility lies with the website of booking.com, and not the hotel. The hotel eventually cancelled the one reservation without penalty). Thank you kindly to the sales team of the hotel. The manager at check in noticed it was 1 day after my birthday and presented me with delightful pastry in my room. The breakfast consists of an extensive buffet and very well presented. The room is spacious and immaculate. I will be spreading the word back at the company and my friends. Places such as these should be encouraged to keep up the fantastic work. To everyone at the hotel, many thanks and I hope to be back soon!

The setting, the service, the room, the food.

The staff were exceptional! They helped me get an emergency expedited Visa despite the holiday season. In addition, they took great care of our dietary needs, even providing us with to-go breakfast boxes for our early morning departure. Vu was also wonderful and communicated with us daily on What's app, providing suggestions for things to do and arranging a birthday cake for us, making sure we were well taken care of each day. Even on his day off, Vu was in communication with us and made a special very early morning appearance at the hotel on the day of our departure, just to say goodbye!

Staff - they are amazing and really know what customer service is all about. We were greeted upon arrival with towels, snacks, and drinks then Tung or Thang gave us an overview of what to do in the city. Upon entering the room, found a hand written letter, thanking me for choosing their hotel. Such a sweet gesture! Staff can communicate very well in English. Even the bfast is delicious with heaps of options. Staff at the breakfast place is well organised and accommodating! Great service. One thing I have observe is the staff are really observing of what you may need and has initiative. They also always ask questions. Best customer service I have ever had. Whoever is managing this hotel (looks like it is Tung/ Thang), I am congratulating you. Our stay is nothing but amazing! Hotel also provided us with small gift upon check out. Just WOW!

Nothing. Everything is amazing!

We were lucky in meeting an exceptional staff, David Trung, in the hotel. He helped us to find our luggage which got lost after the bus ride to hotel. He provided us with all info: eating, walking route, shops for souvenir, sightseeing locations. He also helped us to book restaurants and arrange transportation. In short, his assistance definitely provided us with a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Hanoi and the hotel. looking forward to going back to Hanoi again, and spent time in the hotel. BTW, the breakfast in the hotel is excellent too.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff are so lovely and helpful. Mimi became my local guide during my stay and had excellent recommendations / general advice for my time in Hanoi. I’d highly recommend for solo female travellers. I had a difficult time with sound proofing in other hotels during my time in Vietnam but had no issues here at all. Surprisingly quiet given its right near train street. Their spa is fantastic and they have free manicures for in-house guests!

Not a single complaint

The staff are very polite and attentive. Nhung took great care of us. The location is central and not on a busy street. Breakfast staff are also friendly and there are good options for both Western and Asian visitors. We also got a very warm welcome and were offered to check-in earlier for free. The air conditioners are working well. We had some day trips organized during our stay and the staff gave us snacks and water for the journey.

It felt as if one half of the bed was a bit broken but it didn’t bother me enough to ask about it. We did inform at the check-out though and they said they’d check on it.

Our time at bespoke trendy hotel was beyond 10/10 points. It’s a wonderful place in a perfect location of Hanoi. Hidden a bit away in the old quarters. The hotel itself is flawless. The rooms are beautiful and spacious (and extremely clean), the WiFi is super fast and free and the breakfast buffet is at a level of 5 star hotels. On top of these the staff at the hotel is just the crème de la creme of hospitality staff, every single employee of the hotel made sure that we were taken care of and made us quite literally feel at home at every step of the stay. Special mention to the incredible Ms Lena who is just an absolute star and made our stay extra special.
