Awesome location, you wont need any transportation to any exploring of hanoi old quarter and main attractions. Staff mostly nice other than few weird interactions hahha Breakfast is small but for me was great need nothing more, fresh eggs your way, some pastries, fresh pancakes, fruits coffee etc great to start the day.

The biggest issue was the expectation ! it is not by any mean a 4 start hotel wouldnt even give it a three. if it was marketed without rating or maybe 2 i would have given it 10 for sure. that said still its a great value for money just dont go with the expectation for 4 starts "classy" boutique hotel. it is just a great central budget hotel.

Location was good. Staff was helpful and pleasant. They upgraded us to a bigger room which was great. The room was spacious and unlike many other places in Vietnam there was a regular door between the room and bathroom and no window to the bathroom! The view from the room was great (7th floor). Check in and check out was easy even when we had to leave at 5 am. They gave us a small to go breakfast to take with us at departure which was really nice.

Beware that their offer for free airport transfer or minibar only counts when booking certain room types.

Excellent location within walking distance of all the various sites. Right from our arrival and being met with a tray of tea, we were made very welcome. Very friendly helpful staff, particularly Harry who suggested several hidden secrets, including the original egg coffee House (a real experience). Great choice of breakfast on the roof! Housekeeping staff outstanding and cleaned our room daily to a high standard. Spacious room with a lovely shower. What more can we say - would recommend without hesitation.

A couple of minor niggles - water leaks under the shower door into the bathroom. The bracket for the shower head needs another screw in it.

Staff, location and facilities were amazing!

Breakfast was a bit basic - toast, fruit, coffee. however they made fresh omelette, scrambled eggs or pho, if asked.

The room was clean and cosy. The TV works and wifi is stable. WC is clean and well maintained, water heater is easy to control the water temp. On top of that we got a free upgrade to a room with balcony. I really like the welcome drink n snacks. Its refreshing after a long walk from train station to the hotel. Rooftop Breakfast was halal friendly with bread, cereals, egg tarts, fruits, coffee n tea.

The name of the hotel says “Free airport shuttle” but actually it is only free for a certain room type. This wasnt mentioned on their sales post in the app. I feel cheated. But they gave me a free upgrade to compensate with the lack of transparency.

The stay at the hotel was very pleasant. Many thanks to the wonderful staff who were very flexible with our booking. Our plans changed and we decided to arrive a day earlier. We got a higher standard room and did not have to pay the difference. The staff speak English, which is not common in Vietnam. Breakfast is very good! There is a good variety of food. Room cleaned every day. Laundry service available. The location is in the centre of old Hanoi, close to Train Street.

The smell in the room was not pleasant. Our room overlooked a noisy street so it was a bit noisy. Luckily everything shuts down after midnight and it was quiet.

Could not reccommend this hotel more! The staff was super lovely and helpful, they accommodated everything after our request and more, and they even helped us when one in the group lost her wallet on the first night! The rooms were really nice (especially the bathrooms!) and really exceeded our expectations in every way beacause of the low price we paid. Location was great too, and even though it is placed in the middle of the buzzing old town, there was no noise inside at all.

Pillows were a bit too firm and uncomfortable to sleep on, and the breakfast could have included a bit more variety of fresh food, but it was totally ok.

The taxi driver was waiting at prearranged location. A scammer tried to hijack us when our driver went to get his taxi. So to avoid that nonsense, the pre-arranged taxi service was excellent. The hotel was perfect location for the crazy traffic in old town. It is really a 2/3 star hotel with 6 star service. Front desk guy was brilliant. Room clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast simple, limited, but fine. Great value for one night when taxi included.

Balcony was frightening! But fine for a smoke. Photos on booking.com a little better than realty. Chef kept nibbling while prepping waffles/eggs

Perfect location. Loved the breakfast selection in the morning and the view from the top floor where it is served. My bed was extremely comfy and was made every day. Towels were changed daily. Staff is amazing and so helpful and kind. Shout out to Elena, Richard and Harry! I will definitely return again. Thank you!

I think dusting is needed on top of the beds and lamps once in a while but this is just something I should have mentioned during my stay and not a biggie :)

Good location, in an alley away from main street so you don't get the traffic noise. Room is soundproof so we can't hear any noise from next room, only if someone is along the corridor. All the hotel staff are so lovely. Friendly, very helpful, and they speak good English. Room is a bit cramp but still manageable. Comfortable mattress and we get 2 pillows each which is great. We slept well in this hotel.

The hotel is tucked away in an alley, and our Grab driver was not even sure the exact location. Luckily, the hotel has messaged us the direction. There were music and loud singing every night, from a pub I think. But the music stopped around 10 pm.
