The location is at the center of Old Quarter. Places to shop, eat, or have some nice coffee, are walkable from the hotel. The staff are nice, friendly and helpful. We get to ask for recommendations. We also had friendly chats with them. We always get a friendly greeting when we come in or go out of the hotel. They also arranged for our tour, which is very convenient. And then for our car transfer going back to the airport. Their offer is cheaper than Grab. The rooms are neat and tidy, and a comfortable stay for our short visit. Thank you!

The hotel is in a good location in the city. The room has no window but the air conditioner works well so it doesn't feel stuffy. There is a refrigerator, bottled water. Good water flow in the shower. The room is clean and the size is excellent. The staff is very nice and helped me arrange transportation to Cat Ba. There is a travel agency inside the hotel and I understood that they provide excellent service. The hotel has an elevator.

At the entrance to the hotel there is a car wash area, the place is always wet and sometimes blocked by a car.

Its my second booking night in this hotel. The room is in good size and everything is working. The staff is great and very helpful. They have a travel agency inside the hotel and i booked a few transfers and bay tour to Cat Ba.

a perfect place to stay when visiting hanoi, inside the center of the town, close to anything you want. great reception recommendations in everything you ll need (laundry, dinner, trips, tickets) not only for hanoi but for other cities i planned to visit on the way. especially thanks to Emily the afternoon receptionist who helped me so much with her tips big air conditioned room with a king sized bed and a balcony, a mini fridge and a tv (i didn't use) daily cleaning of the room, with toiletries and fresh towels and drinking water nothing to be ware about security inside Hanoi's Old Quarter but not in the most noisy places a lot of local restaurants with great Vietnamese food and cafes for coffee or beer and cocktail. a nearby hsbc atm offers no commission to non Vietnamese cards

This property would have got a 10 from me, but right on the property there is a dog chained up in a shed 24/7 with hardly any water. It is a big dog in a tiny space on a short chain. She is just used to guard the property I assume and is never let off the chain. She’s in distress constantly and needs space. It’s cruelty.

Very central location. I just wanna mention especially Mr.Ha and his wife for accommodating me and treated me like a family. Mr.Ha gave me lots of recommendations regarding local cafes, food and tours. I found their tours much cheaper than outside and really well put together. I've done 3 tours and best experience I've had. Also they organised the airport pick-up and drop off for same price as Grab. With the tours they didn't push me to buy it. They always provided me with all the details and told me that I can decide later if I wish to do it. So you got the freedom and you can do what suits you the best. Laundry is so reasonable and same day service. Mr.Ha and his wife always there to help you in any matter. So dont be hesitate to ask.

The staff is so friendly and helpful, Ms Tam made everything easier for me for my stay. Mr Ha (I guess this is how you write it, sorry if it's not!) was also super friendly and helped me book a day trip to Ha Long Bay. All of the staff always greeted me with a smile and wanted to go how my day was, how I was liking the city, if I already ate etc. They also upgraded my room for free! The location is great you can walk almost anywhere in the Old Quarter. I definitely recommend this hotel if you're in a budget but want a comfortable stay. I also felt very safe as a female solo traveler.

We were warmly welcomed to this lovely hotel, even though we arrived very late. Both the toilet and the room were clean. The receptionists were incredibly kind and gave us thorough guidance on where to eat and what to see. We were especially grateful for the air conditioning, which made it a pleasure to return and cool down after being out. They provided all the essentials — soap, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, towels, a hair dryer, toilet paper, a mini fridge, and even drying rods for wet towels. We felt truly taken care of.

We arrived at night so the alley where the hotel lies seemed creepy.

Very friendly staff who can recommend great places to eat and share valuable cultural tips. The hotel is well-located—right in the heart of the Old Quarter, but tucked away on a quiet street, so you don’t step out directly into the busiest tourist areas. There’s a reliable airport pick-up service, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. I’d recommend paying a bit extra for a room with a small balcony—you’ll get a lovely view of the neighboring old buildings and a first glimpse into Hanoi’s eclectic character.

During our second stay, we experienced issues with the shower—on the 6th floor, the water pressure was low, which made it hard to enjoy a proper wash.

Staff are so sweet and helpful they will give you amazing recommendations and help you with taxis to the airport, anything you need. We asked them so many questions about good local restaurants and every single place they recommended was amazing and very local indeed, they won't send you to the places where everyone goes! They really know Hanoi like the back of their hand. We did laundry too and it was done so well and fast, the hotel is located on a quiet street, the TV is nice, room was really nice. No complaints at all! And amazing value.
