The staff are very nice and accommodating. They provided us with a map around the old quarter and gave us food recommendations.

This property would have got a 10 from me, but right on the property there is a dog chained up in a shed 24/7 with hardly any water. It is a big dog in a tiny space on a short chain. She is just used to guard the property I assume and is never let off the chain. She’s in distress constantly and needs space. It’s cruelty.

Great location for visitors to Hanoi. On the edge of the Old Quarter and close to several other tourist attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they offer many tour and travel services. A good variety of places to eat and drink nearby.

Hanoi Holiday Hotel is perfectly located within the heart of Hanoi (no problem finding it) and yet, we were totally sheltered from the sounds of the busy city. Also no drunk tourists, no loud visitors within the premises, so we really enjoyed the haven of our room after a day's excursions. The beds were comfortable, sheets, mattresses, towels very clean. Most of all, we enjoyed the remarkable welcome, the genuine attention and kindness of the staff, who were always here to help. Thank you Kim for your help and your smile. Not forgetting the manager, wise, professional, efficient who makes sure everything goes smooth during your stay. Not only do we recommend the hotel but we'll definitely come again. We miss Hanoi and its inhabitants!

I just wish we had more time in Hanoi.

Amazing experience. From the beginning the hotel and staff were very helpful. Rooms are as described and shown in the pictures. Comfy, quiet and peaceful. You have everything you need around the hotel, bank, grocery, and restaurants. You can walk all around the Old Quarter. They also offer tours which I HIGHLY recommended them. They will recommend whats the best for you and they have better prices. You can trust them. I also did washing service and it was perfect too. From all the experience I had at the moment in southeast Asia, this was the best so far. Thank you team! Special mention to Kim and Ha, thank you guys!

The staff is just amazing and really helpful. Not only could we leave the bags in the hotel for the entire day, but we could also shower before leaving for the airport, and they gave us the hotel towels. They also offer a ride to the airport that is cheaper than anything else. The whole experience was just amazing, the best and kindest people work there.

The hotel staff was extremely nice. Kim gave me great advice for trips and other places around the city and everyone else was also super helpful! The manager was also very kind :) I really enjoyed my stay there and felt very comfortable. There’s always someone who will help you.

Excellent stay, not sure why the hotel has under 4 stars on google. Absolutely worth it. Lovely staff, so accommodating & friendly, Kim was especially nice. Air con in the room is great, working Tv and fast wifi with nice bathroom. Water everyday is provided in the rooms, no complaints I would highly highly reccomnend. Location is so central yet you can’t hear any traffic noise

staff was extremely helpful. we used laundry service. got a night is booked through the hotel. we’re allowed to use the shower in the lobby area after a long day even we already checked out. also got good advice what to see in the city and how to spend our evenings. excellent hotel

The staff were phenomenal! Our room had a problem with a malfunctioning AC. And this was at night. Even though they were fully booked, they still were decent enough to get us another room on a higher floor. This was above and beyond. And super polite and helpful staff. Really recommend this place for a very nice experience. And super convenient location as well.
