We contacted Mrs. Nga, told her what we wanted to do and she did it all: one day in Halong Bay, 2 in Sapa (she stored our luggage that night) and one in Ninh Binh. He even booked the night bus to continue our journey to Hue. Everything had a good prize, with options, without charge for the organisation. The hotel was clean, the breakfast with some dishes to choose from, and the day we went to Sapa at 6am, they made us a breakfast bag to take away. The location is very convenient for going to the center: lake, museums, water puppets, train street... I think we were lucky to find the place and the staff.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were given a room upgrade and allowed to check in a couple of hours early free of charge. The lady on the front desk was very helpful with helping us book a tour for the following day, even arranging transport for us to our next location after the tour ended. The breakfast selection was also really good with a very lovely lady making things to order. The bedroom and bathroom were also clean and spacious with a great view. Location is perfect close to the lake and many other attractions, with a great variety of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Breakfast option is great but area is a bit small. 2 tables with 4 seats each. They are accommodating and feels very homy. The room was clean. I hope they can add floor mats especially right outside the bathroom cos I hate the wetting the floor. No noise in our room (we're on 5th floor). Hotel is situated in Old Quarter so very close to everywhere. We booked a good deal!

Unrelated but we stayed in Hanoi during Tet holiday (Feb 13-18) so most stores or resto we wanted to visit were closed but still managed to enjoy the stay

The property was clean, centrally located in Old Quarter and has the nicest staff ever! The staff will help you organise everything, such as tours to Sapa and Ninh Binh if you so wish to attend. They also provide reasonable taxi service to and from the airport which I recommend taking for a smooth start to the trip. Overall, my favourite part was how nice and friendly the staff were. Would come back here again!

The staff was very friendly, helpful. End up booking a trip for my 6 days in this region going to Sapa, Ninh Bình and Halong Bay cruise. I was totally happy with the whole experience. Nga the travel agent/receptionist was a call away every time I need her to verify travel and contact the transportation crew. I would recommend her to my own family. Ask for the the Rosy cruise, single bed sleeper bus and limousine 16-18 seater.

Good value, and convenient to city center and old Hanoi.

One of our fave places we stayed in all of SEA. We booked a hotel instead of a hostel for some comfort for not even that much more and it did not disappoint. Beds were super big and comfortable. Showers were the hottest we’ve had since coming away. Breakfast was amazing each morning - I loved the cheese omelette. The hotel helped us arrange transport to cat ba for ourselves and our friends. They also gave us an umbrella to use when it was raining outside.

The top floor views of Hanoi, the cleanliness and brightness of the room. It felt very spacious and was very adequate and well equipped. The hotel staff were second to none! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Very close to all the amenities, so very handy. The hotel also kindly arranged motorbike rental at a very reasonable price which was very convenient.

It was slightly noisy at times at night but that's expected if there are groups staying etc, but wasn't too much of an issue.

Centrally located. Friendly staff. We left our luggage at the hotel when we went to Sapa and returned to continue our stay. Room was very clean. We asked for an extra pillow and was given 1 promptly.

We had a dirty kettle and asked for that to be changed. The replacement kettle could not auto switched off when done and the handle was very hot. Asked for that to be changed again and this time, the staff did not do so. Room safe was very old and broken.

The location is amazing. Kinda can not get any better. Everything is in walking distance. The service was impeccable. It was amazing. Rooms were clean, and the value was great.

The shower was problematic. We had 3 rooms and all had some problem. Two had no hot water, and in one shower, the head was broken. In one there was only hot water but no water pressure. This was the only problem but pretty major one.
