- the only real problem that we had was finding the hotel as there are a few with the same name, when we first arrived we found ourselves at the wrong hotel but thankfully they transported us to the right hotel with no charge :) it seems to be quite difficult to find on google maps (i’m not sure if it’s even on it) however i have just found out that they have only just opened the hotel so i cannot hold it against them. I recommend following the directions to ‘Hong Hoai’s Restaurant’ as that takes you to about the right spot :)

The staff were very nice and accommodating. I accidentally went to their other hotel but they were so nice to pick me up and bring me to the right one. I was going to leave early in the morning for my flight and they even offered to make transportation arrangements for me and even gave me a breakfast-to-go bag!

The towels provided smelled a bit like smoke and maybe the shampoo and body wash needed to be labeled. Those are just tiny details that needed to be improved, but overall I had a great stay!

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful!! I just happened to get out of the hospital the same day. They helped me get my trip back on schedule and organize busses, etc. I couldn't ask for nicer staff. Even looking after one of my bags free of charge will definitely be staying here again on my return to Hanoi!

Honestly, there are zero complaints!

· Excellent value for money. Staff were super friendly and helpful with all questions or requests. The room was spacious, very large bed and bathroom was clean. Everything was functional and worked as expected. Definitely will stay here again!

I stayed here for just under a month for both a mix of business and holiday. All the staff David, Lucy, Andy, Steven and others made me soo welcome and became my friends during my time here. They were super helpful at making sure my room met all my needs for working from and offered me advice on places to visit on my days off, booking trips through them at the hotel also gets you a discount rate so they got me further saving here too. Cleaning staff were attentive and diligent at making sure the room was cleaned properly each day. Free WiFi in each room meant excellent strength and signal for internet. Breakfast included was a great way to start each day. Check in times perfect for me and will accommodate you if you have unusual flight times, same with checkout and you can leave luggage in the reception area after checking out. Taxi service offered to and from airport so you do not get caught out by expensive taxi ride (see photo attached for price and details etc) Perfect location right in the heart of the old quarter walking distance from all the major landmarks, you will be spoilt for choice on where to visit first. Famous train street is no more than 500m away and a must see, but don't worry you can not hear the train from the hotel. Local drinking and eating spots just down the road where locals frequently visit, as well as more expensive tourist restaurants on the road the hotel is on. Perfect hotel for my stay and was super cheap. Would definitely stay here again and have David added on my WhatsApp so can make it happen. I look forward to coming back here again soon.

The location was great - really close to the city center, so everything was super convenient and walkable. The hotel has a lift too, which was a big help for seniors and people with disabilities. They even let us check in early without any extra charges, which we really appreciated. Our room was very clean, and they made sure to clean it and change our towels every day. We did have a couple of small issues, like a leaking aircon and a clogged sink, but the staff fixed them right away. Overall, we had an awesome stay at La Renta! Thank you so much!

- Not sure if it was just me, but I had a hard time finding La Renta's exact location on Google Maps. So I just used Sonata Premier (the hotel right next to it), as my go-to pin whenever we went out. - They only accept credit card payments for short stays, so i think if you're staying for 2 or 3 nights or more, it's best to bring cash beforehand. They accept usd, php, and vnd. :)

I’ll start with the amazing staff here at La Renta the manager David went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed including a new SIM card which is a must have for me and he had it set up and working in minutes! When I first arrived in Vietnam David had a car ready and waiting for me but even after I couldn’t find it at the airport and had to make different arrangements which I felt terrible about he was so understanding about it. The property itself I love it’s right in the centre of it all anything and everything you need just outside the door step, the Beds are so comfy and rooms super clean, just booked into a different room here and exact same quality as the first night amazing. Wifi decent speeds for video calling my family. Overall a fantastic hotel would recommend to anyone.

Nothing comes to mind I love it.

I work remotely so I was often in my room during the day and it was tended to everyday. The cleaners always asked me if I needed anything which was nice. The location is in the heart of the Old Quarter with plenty of things to do, places to eat and close to most Hanoï attractions. They arranged my taxi from and to the airport which was very convenient too and most of the staff downstairs was very friendly too, I didn't get their names but especially the young guy with the glasses who worked the night shift and the young lady with the short hair. Very lovely and helpful people. I had a large room with a balcony and it was great and comfortable

The room was spacious but could be a bit cleaner but honestly for the price I can't really complain much about anything to be honest.
