I liked the spacious room and our little balcony. Location was on spot as it's near to many places of interest. Toiletries were supplied everyday even though we didn't request for room cleaning. Hot and cold water is also available.

The manager emailed me that I need to bring the card I used to book our room only to be told that the card reader does not read/accept my card. I had to ask a friend who came with me to use hers instead (which was embarrassing and what if I were alone and didn't have enough cash?). The breakfast food was boring and not very tasty. My friends felt that one of the staff members was rude (im not sure if it's a language barrier).

Very good location in old quarter and close to everything by walk. Standard breakfast with 6 types of simple hot food, pho ga soup, omelette made to order, fruits & bread. However it is nice breakfast even though the choices are limited.

We've got a room at the ground floor. The ceiling is very low especially in the bathroom. My partner's head just hit the ceiling when having shower. I think that room specially made for short people. I cannot imagine how tall people cope with that 😀

Very cheap, friendly and nice staff and they helped book the tour to Ninh Binh and Halong Bay. We had always fresh water and clean towel every day. Thank you for your hospitality!

The bathroom door opened to inside which made getting into the bathroom awkward, because the bathroom was already very small.

The hotel is located in a very convenient position in the lively old town. The airport transfer service can be requested. The hotel staff and the driver were friendly and courteous. There are cafés, restaurants and street stalls close to the hotel.

I don't have any bad points.

I booked a room with a balcony. But, my first day I stayed no balcony. I argued that. After that, next day, I exchanged the room with a balcony.

Location Balcony to sit with a drink and watch the street below. The staff Breakfast Room was cute

Very very hard bed with no option to have a soft matress brought in. Gap under the door to balcony created a cold draft at night. Shower kept filling up too much and sometimes overflowing onto floor, just a blockage probably

We had a fantastic stay at the Little Diamond. Room was very spacious and all we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast had a great selection to get you off to good start before exploring Hanoi for the day. Evy was very kind to organise a taxi pick up from the airport and to also private transfer to our next destination. Thank you Little Diamond we will be back sometime in the future.

The staff is very nice. We stayed only one night and we found the hotel to be sufficient for such a short stay.

Mattress was a little hard but that’s a personal preference.

Lovely room on the top floor with a small balcony with views along the street. Luckily there was a lift. The lady on reception spoke excellent English and was very helpful. The location was good, in the heart of the old quarter. Breakfast was nice, with good fried eggs.

Right in the middle of the city with only a short walk from many attractions, staff super friendly and the room is quite spacious. Good air-conditioning. They bring you small water bottles and kits to use.

Not as clean and a bit old in furniture. The minibar was almost non working and barely cooled the water. Breakfast was simple. One lamp didn't work and all the ones that did were really bright white.
