The breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice and you can keep ordering if you like. Staff is also very friendly, serving you some fruit eg. Had worse in many a stay. The hotel has been closed for some time, they say it has been renovated and reopened recently under a slightly different name. An is very helpful to make sure you're comfortable. Laundry service was quick and efficient. An arranged a shuttle to the airport from here. Rooms were adequate, had an extra bed. Location is good.

The room seemed a bit unfinished in some places, small details that add up. It smelled a bit like paint. Bit of noise from the street, but reasonable. You're in Hanoi of course and room was on the street side.

I had a very good stay at the Sonata Premier Hotel & Spa! I arrived at 2am and it was no problem for me to check in. The room was very nice and clean and the bed slept very comfortable! Especially An was the most helpful staff that I could wish for! She made me breakfast at 11 and made sure I was well rested after my traveling of the previous days. She also helped me with booking a bus to Cat Ba!

Great location and value for money, the staff especially An were incredibly helpful and accommodating during our stay!

Only slight issue was no mirror in the room only the bathroom but for one night not really an issue.

Centrally located. Lots of dining and shopping in the area. Took our request with priority since I was travelling with my young daughter.

1. Its 2025 and still this property dont accept card payment. 2. They dont give 2nd door key for some reason. And when u leave, all power is off. That means including the fridge and ac. 3. Breakfast was very confusing. We were not explained how the bfast works as the buffet table only had bread fruits coffee juice and some other little stuff. Then we noticed there is a menu on the table where u choose ur hot breakfast. None of the guys working approach to me and my daughter, but when a white person sits down, they approach automatically. I was then served when I complained and the other guy just shove the food like throwing a bag of trash into a bin. He got me the wrong order also. Good thing another guy came and replaced the food.

Simple room but exactly what we needed: a comfortable bed, good shower and all was clean. Breakfast was the most extended one so far, with a selection of seasonal fresh fruit and a menu that, besides the traditional Vietnamese breakfasts, also included various egg dishes and pancakes. We needed a bit more time to rest and pack our luggage for the flight home that evening, and for a little amount more, we were allowed to have the room half a day longer. The woman behind the reception (Lucy) was really kind and helpful in this. Also the rest of the staff was really kind and spoke extremely well english.

Everything! We had a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is very ideal, everything is walking distance. Lots of good restaurants within the hotel area. Staff - very nice and courteous. They are always smiling and accommodate all our request. They clean the room every day and change the towels everyday. Those who man the reception area can understand English so communication is easy. Room - exactly as it was described in the pictures. Clean toilet and beds. The aircon has a heating mode so we were very comfortable when it was so cold. There is also television. It comes with complimentary bottled water and coffee. The hotel also has an elevator though sometimes it was not working but not a big deal. Breakfast- decent breakfast. It comes with the price of the room so we were able to eat breakfast and lessen our expenses. The meal itself is plated but the fruits, bread and drinks are unlimited. Car service - The coordination is exceptional. I booked airport pick up and drop off. The car service arrived on time. Other services - They also offer laundry services. We gave our laundry in the morning and it is already available at night of the same day.

Not a big deal but it would be nice if they include a door sign where guests can hang in the doorknob if they want the room to be cleaned or if they don't want to be disturbed. We have some lazy days where we just sleep in the room and the cleaners would just knock once and open the door while we were sleeping haha. But they are so nice. We just told them we will just request for fresh towels and they will give it.
