Location very central. They allowed me to drop luggage and remain safe in the hotel when arrived 5am. Very attractive decor in room if slightly rough around the edges. Arranged airport transport for me. Welcoming family run business.

No option for breakfast but plenty choice nearby.

Excellent location! In the middle of the Old Quarter. Many cafes, shops, street food stalls nearby. I arrived in Hanoi at a rather early hour from an early. I asked the hotel mgr if there was a chance for me to check it slightly early as I was exhausted from the flight. He let me check in an hour later! :) On my last night, I was too busy to go down again after shower and asked if they could bring me water and beer. They were more than willing to do so and I thought I would pay next morning at the front desk. I was then informed that they decided to treat me the beer, upon my checkout. How nice. Great hospitality!

The rooms facing the road are really loud - I knew this booking it which was fine but the latch on the outside door didn’t fully shut which didn’t conceal the noise. The property was ok cleanliness wise, however I feel like more attention was needed. The floor was quite dusty upon check in- white socks were ditched after walking around the room which remained this way the whole stay I had a manicure which was lovely however the gel peeled after a day, the lovely lady did fix this for free thank you however 3 days later I have no gel left on my nails- maybe it’s the products used here?

I really liked everything about the Hanoi Center View. The location is right in the middle of the Old Quarter, my room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Staying at the Center View is like being part of a family. The owners and everyone there are just really nice people. The service provided by Lynn at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Lynn answered all my questions and was super helpful in booking any tours and buses I needed in Hanoi and for my next destinations. There is also an excellent spa on site with many different services such as massages and manicures and more. The Center View is just a lovely and affordable hotel in a perfect location in the amazing Old Quarter of Hanoi.

I liked everything

We got a free upgrade which was super nice of them. The rooms are very comfortable, quite, clean and spacious. The room felt super modern and fresh. The AC was powerful and the TV works great. Had a kettle and with tea and coffee. Lovely shower with hot water and good pressure. The staff were really friendly and they allowed us to leave out bags with them on checkout before out flight later that day. They help with taxis if needs be and overall cane across very helpful and professional. There is a lift to get to the rooms. The location os brilliant too.

It is a new hotel so funiture etc. are still good looking. Also the location is very central and perfect between train street and old quater. I was on the 7th floor and the room had two big windows. The elevator only goes to level 6 so you need go up 1 stair. There were 2 bottles of complimentary water provided everday as well as tee/coffee. The room had an aircon and fan, which both worked well. Wifi was fast enough for me, only like 1-2 times it slowed down but just for a short time. The guy and woman at the reception were very nice and warned me that not everything might work perfect yet. Overall I enjoyed my stay there.

Mattress is definitely on the harder side but maybe because it is still new. It would have been nice if there was a hook somewhere to hang your towel and I was missing some light curtains so you can let in the sun day time without exposing yourself to the neibourhood building. But all this did not bother me much.

The hotel is located in Old Quater (OQ) within walking distance of the must-see places. My room was upgraded, and I got the beautiful Hanoi OQ street view from my balcony at night. The room was clean, not noisy, and I slept well at night. Mai and her husband manage the property; I always had a good conversation with them, and they took good care of my needs. When I was feeling cold, they provided a little heater. When I was sick, Mai gave me hot tea and checked if I had the right medicines. Lynn and Quang the reception staff; their customer service were exceptional. They provided many recommendations when I asked for places to eat, see, etc... Additionally, they provide discounts to their customers who use their nail and massage services. I got a hair wash and foot massage, and it was so relaxing! I don't know what oil/cream they used, but it made my feet SOFT! There is a convenience store (K Circle), restaurant, cafes, pharmacy, and currency exchange within walking distance, so the location is very convenient. Definitely recommend staying here!

Didn't bother me much, but it would have been good to have an exhaust fan in the shower.

A great little hotel with big windows in a central location. The room is quiet all through the morning and the cleaning staff are also quiet when cleaning the neighboring rooms, which I highly appreciated. Though I didn't want my room cleaned every day in the 8 days that I stayed there, I was given water and new towels, if I wanted, each day. The kind room was spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay again.

The wifi was a little weaker in some parts of the room but certainly worked for what I needed :)

I had a wonderful stay at this Hotel! The room was much larger than I expected, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. The comfort and cleanliness were top-notch, making it feel like a home away from home. What truly stood out, however, was the hotel's prompt and attentive service. Whenever we had a request or needed assistance, the staff responded quickly and with great courtesy, ensuring our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for spacious accommodations and outstanding service!
