I recently stayed at this hotel in Hanoi, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the city center with easy access to all the major attractions.The staff was exceptional! The service was personal, sincere, and warm, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. It's clear that the atmosphere among the staff is truly special. The breakfast was simply fantastic. A wide variety of options, all fresh and delicious.I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy excellent service and a great atmosphere in Hanoi. I hope I will return to Hanoi and without a doubt Hanoi Lheritage Hotel & Spa It would be my first choice to stay there again!

The room was beautiful and clean. The food for breakfast was ample and delicious. We also used the gym and loved it - not the biggest but it doesn't need to be, for a hotel gym. Through it all, one thing worth highlighting is the SERVICE. 10/10 from everyone there, from the moment we arrived to our checkout experience. We could always rely on them for food recommendations, shopping places and even the train schedules for us to watch the train street. Special shoutout to My Bui who made sure we were welcomed from the moment we arrived and honestly made our 48-hour stay so worthwhile.

We stayed in this lovely hotel as part of our honeymoon and I’m so glad we did. The hotel itself is immaculate, staff could not have been friendlier and really made our stay a comfortable one. The room itself has everything you need from a hairdryer, air con, safe, mini fridge and complimentary toiletries. I’ve read some reviews about a hard mattress - I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast area on top floor view old quarter. It has a selection of Vietnamese and western options. The hotel is right in the centre of Hanoi’s busy old quarter so the hustle and bustle is right on your doorstep - this includes the night market at the weekend which makes the street closed off to most traffic. I would definitely stay again at this hidden gem of a hotel!

Mary was an excellent resource and hostess. She gave us great food recommendations and helped us book our Ninh Binh/Trang An tour, which turned out to be an amazing experience. The location of the hotel is fantastic, within walking distance to many attractions and great places to eat

The room size was smaller than expected. And some of the towels and bedding had yellow stains on them when we first arrived, which was disappointing. Hopefully, this can be addressed for future guests!

Remarkable hotel in the centre of the Old quarter Hanoi , 3 outstanding restaurants, amazing staff …. Way beyond 5 star ! I was so comfortable for3 days and Never a boring moment , this hotel manages to recapture the spirit of a true 5 star palace … before everything became corporate and dull ! Staff are excellent and helpful…. Breakfast was creative and delicious. Accommodation comfortable and cosy …Totally loved it ! Will be back soon

Good room, great location.

I don't think it meets the level of a 4-star hotel. Breakfast is weak, with few options, and the service at breakfast was not great. We left early in the morning and saw two boys sleeping on the couch at the reception. When we got out of the elevator, they suddenly jumped up to assist us with check-out. I found this situation quite strange. Additionally, they wanted to charge us a fee for paying the hotel with a credit card. I had never seen this before, and we didn’t experience this at any of the other 10 hotels we stayed at during this trip.

It's amazing location makes it the perfect place to stay in the heart of the capital of Vietnam. The hotel is located literally 5 minutes walk from the famous Train Street, where you can watch the train passing by right next to restaurants and tourists. The proximity of the main attractions means that everything is walkable, which is a huge advantage for every traveler. The hotel is elegantly furnished, with exotic decor. The rooms are comfortable and well-kept. The breakfasts deserve a special mention - delicious, fresh and varied. I recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Hanoi

We stayed (family of 5), 2 nights at this very nice hotel in the center of Hanoi Old Quarter. The hotel is very clean and the staff very accommodating. We stayed at 2 inter-connecting rooms which were spacious. A nice, adequate breakfast was served on the top floor with a view of the Old Quarter’s building tops. This is not the hotel’s fault as with anyone who visited Hanoi’s Old Quarter would know that all the buildings are crammed and only have 1-2 sides of the building facing the street or the back. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi’s Old Quarter.

The only thing that I would have liked from our rooms was to have at least one window.

Hotel is centrally located and is easy to walk most places from it. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. From a welcome drink, to assistance with bags, to calling the elevator for us, they were ready and eager to assist. Additionally, they were helpful in contacting our Tour driver, to ensure they were prepared to help us load onto the van. They also delivered our same day laundry from a local family around the corner to our room. The airport shuttle is very reasonably priced and was a nice, relaxing ride. The hotel is older and the rooms are aged, but the bedding is clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this location, especially for its price point.

The room was comfortable and felt somewhat recently updated, the shower was lovely, the included breakfast was delicious, great location in Old Town, good price, and very friendly staff! We were able to arrange an airport pickup through them as well which made things easier when we landed. We also paid for an extra 1/2 night so we could get 9:30AM check in which was well worth it after a red eye (but they did make us wait until exactly 9:30).

Had to knock a point off my rating for only having 1 treadmill in the gym. With “gym” in the property name I would have expected it to be bigger. Also, there’s no conditioner in the bathroom which I found to be consistent across all our hotels in Vietnam.
