The stay in this property had been a great experience for us. Location - Just at the heart of old quarters, all the tourist attractions in the city is very easily accessIble. Staff- The staffs of the hotel were just amazing. They ensured that our stay in this property is a pleasant one. Everyone of them were very polite, helpful and cooperative. It want to specially mention about My Bui who had been guiding us even before our check in by helping us with airport pick up and every other necessary assistance required even before we landed in Hanoi. The breakfast spread was delicious with huge range of variety. Overall very good experience

The hotel is located in a quite street in the Old Quarter, just a short walk Hoan Kiem Lake and many great restaurants. Despite being so central, the hotel offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We also noticed that the hotel is incredibly open to feedback. On our second day, we mentioned that we would appreciate more vegetarian options for breakfast, and the next morning, they had several options waiting for us. It was a small gesture, but it showed how much they value guest input. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well- equipped. At night, the street in front of the hotel turns into a lively street food market, packed with a locals and tourists enjoying delicious Vietnamese food. It was such a unique and exciting experience. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Hanoi!

Our stay at Hanoi Lheritage Hotel was one of the best hotel experiences we've had in Vietnam. The hotel is located centrally in the old quarter, making it easy to explore the best attractions in Hanoi. The check in process was quick and the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay, The hotel offers a great variety for breakfast, with everything from traditional Vietnamese dishes to more international options. After check out, they kindly offered us access to their shower facilities, which was a thoughtful touch after a long day of sightseeing. What an amazing experience for my first trip to Hanoi! The customer service was truly outstanding, every single staff member performed their duties with excellence. From the airport transfer and room cleaning to breakfast service, restaurant staff, doormen, and reception, everyone contributed to a seamless and pleasant stay. The staff's constant smiles and attentiveness made us feel truly welcome and at ease. Breakfast was of high quality with plenty of options, and we had no complains whatsoever. One evening, we ordered room service dinner, which was absolutely delicious! Hanoi Lheritage Hotel receives our highest recommendations!

The room was beautiful and clean. The food for breakfast was ample and delicious. We also used the gym and loved it - not the biggest but it doesn't need to be, for a hotel gym. Through it all, one thing worth highlighting is the SERVICE. 10/10 from everyone there, from the moment we arrived to our checkout experience. We could always rely on them for food recommendations, shopping places and even the train schedules for us to watch the train street. Special shoutout to My Bui who made sure we were welcomed from the moment we arrived and honestly made our 48-hour stay so worthwhile.

We stayed for 2 days in June.The rooms were clean and the whole time AC was good. The bed was nice to sleep. The bathrooms were clean. The rooms we stayed didn’t have outward facing windows. The staff were amazing. They were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was a buffet with lots of items including fruits, smoothies, breads, pastries, cereal, hot local food, coffee. Omelette and other food were also included. Can also order lattes for extra cost. The best thing about the hotel is its location. Walking distance to all sights in the old town. Highly recommend it

I recently stayed at this hotel in Hanoi, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the city center with easy access to all the major attractions.The staff was exceptional! The service was personal, sincere, and warm, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. It's clear that the atmosphere among the staff is truly special. The breakfast was simply fantastic. A wide variety of options, all fresh and delicious.I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy excellent service and a great atmosphere in Hanoi. I hope I will return to Hanoi and without a doubt Hanoi Lheritage Hotel & Spa It would be my first choice to stay there again!

We stayed in this lovely hotel as part of our honeymoon and I’m so glad we did. The hotel itself is immaculate, staff could not have been friendlier and really made our stay a comfortable one. The room itself has everything you need from a hairdryer, air con, safe, mini fridge and complimentary toiletries. I’ve read some reviews about a hard mattress - I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The breakfast area on top floor view old quarter. It has a selection of Vietnamese and western options. The hotel is right in the centre of Hanoi’s busy old quarter so the hustle and bustle is right on your doorstep - this includes the night market at the weekend which makes the street closed off to most traffic. I would definitely stay again at this hidden gem of a hotel!

Mary was an excellent resource and hostess. She gave us great food recommendations and helped us book our Ninh Binh/Trang An tour, which turned out to be an amazing experience. The location of the hotel is fantastic, within walking distance to many attractions and great places to eat

The room size was smaller than expected. And some of the towels and bedding had yellow stains on them when we first arrived, which was disappointing. Hopefully, this can be addressed for future guests!
