It was very clean, and rooms were well equipped and perfect for our stay. The staff were very pleasant and helpful also. I highly recommend. When you come out if you want breakfast go to the stall to the right about 30m down… literally the best egg sandwich (0.70 cent!) and orange juice (0.70 cent) and sweet coffee (0.80 cent) we’ve ever tasted for breakfast!

Nothing, it was very good for our trip to Hanoi.

The staffs were extremely friendly and upgraded our room for free. Not to mention, we were here during the typhoon. It was impossible for us to go out to buy food as the electricity was out in the city. They offered us bread and helped in every way possible to keep us safe and comfortable. Initially booked the room for a day and ended up staying here for 2 more days as we loved how accommodating they are. They also offer airport transfer and keep track with the driver company on our status. Best service ever!

Absolutely nothing.

The location is excellent for street food, shopping and a short walk to Hoan Kiem lake area. I stay here regularly because many high quality yet inexpensive fabric shops are nearby and one of the best Pho shops is across the street. Several excellent coffee shops are just a few steps away, too.

I didn’t find anything I didn’t like. If I had to think of something maybe making sure all the outlets work. Our room had an abundance of outlets but one or two didn’t seem to work.

We stayed here twice and both time it was amazing. The hotel was great value for money. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The shower and bathroom were very clean. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They helped us to organise a taxi to the airport on lunar new year eve for a very reasonable price and allowed us to store luggage for the entire day at no extra cost.

Absolutely nothing to complain about.

This place was truly exceptional! The service Ms. Hanna gave me was above and beyond my expectation. I lost my wallet on the sleeping bus while I was traveling from Sapa to Hanoi and she just made miracle happened for me. She called to everyone she can and finally bring back my wallet with every single penny. I didn't even have this fantastic service from my previous 5stars hotel in Sapa.Her recommendation for places and activity to do was superb. Totally recommend this place.

Wish I have more time staying this hotel

Lovely space. Great location, super close to the train street, market and beer street. Staff was very kind. Had a good time. At the price they were offering, the room and services were great.

Fantastic location in Hanoi and easy for us to walk to all parts of the city. We are very grateful to the staff for making our stay so comfortable, especially Mrs Anna, who was able to help with our requests.

Everything was fine for us. We spend little time in our room when on holiday so most important for us is a comfortable bed (we prefer a firm mattress) a, clean room and secure place.

The room was and the location was perfect. But what stood out the most was the helpfulness of the staff. I actually forgot my passports at the hotel, and they went above and beyond to contact me through booking and WhatsApp, ensuring that I could come back and retrieve them. I really appreciated their efforts and wanted to share this wonderful experience . I highly recommend this hotel for its reasonable prices and great location.

The staff were very friendly and we got upgraded to a nicer room on arrival for free. It was in a great location very close to train street and the city centre. The rooms were nice and comfy with good apps on the tv such as netflix and youtube. Very good price for what it is, very happy.

The rooms looked a little different to the pictures advertised.
