I spent a couple of weeks in Hanoi during my trip and I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I found it very comfortable and it was an excellent place for me to do my work. Minh was the standout of my stay. He was extremely friendly and we had lots of good talks during my stay. And he was also excellent at organising anything I needed. I would definitely stay there again.

I recently stayed at the Milton Boutique Hotel and had an amazing experience. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, surrounded by numerous attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. Whether you're looking to visit cultural landmarks or enjoy local cuisine, everything is just a short walk away. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly Ms. Heart. From the moment I booked, she reached out to me days in advance, offering helpful suggestions for tours and activities in the area. Her communication was prompt and professional, ensuring that we felt welcome even before we arrived. Due to our early flight, she graciously arranged for an early check-in, allowing us to settle in as soon as we arrived at 7 AM. After a few days in Sapa, we returned to the hotel in the early hours of the morning—at 3 AM, to be precise—and Ms. Heart made sure our check-in process was quick and seamless once again. Her level of attentiveness and care really enhanced our overall experience, especially with her arranging a car service for our trip back to the airport, removing any stress from our departure. As for the accommodations, the room was incredibly spacious and immaculately clean, offering the perfect balance of comfort and luxury. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. After long days of exploring the city, coming back to such a cozy room was exactly what we needed. Overall, Milton Boutique Hotel offers more than just a place to stay—it's an experience. The combination of its prime location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations makes it a top choice for anyone visiting the city. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again when I return!

Clean room and bathroom. A/C was working very well. Good location in the Old Quater of Hanoi.

You just get a bread, butter and jam for breakfast. English skills of the staff.

Really big comfy bed, loved the location 8/10 min walk in all directions to many tourist attractions. Really nice coffee and breakfast shops around. Quiet nights sleep which is important to us. All staff so friendly and helpful. Gent on reception helped us with a sim card on arrival and provided an iron when asked. Also allowed us to check in early as we had been travelling through the night and was tired when we arrived. Would stay again but maybe in a room with a window for fresh air.

Room had no window so had a smell of damp/must. Personally did not bother us to much as we was out most of the time.

The location is ideal. Ten minute walk to the train street, beer street, lake and under a half an hour walk to all other points of interest (Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Temple of literature). Plenty of good restaurants close by and a circle K right by the corner. The staff were very nice and friendly. There’s always someone at the desk ready to help.

The shower pressure is not great and hot water was very hit or miss.

I wish I could give above 5 stars for my stay. This centrally located hotel was clean and comfortable but that is a small part of why I enjoyed my stay. There is really something to be said about the service provided by Mr Dong and he whole team. The staff at Milton Boutique go out of their way to get familiar with each guest and their needs to make their stay a memorable experience. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and this will be my hotel of choice for my next stay in Hanoi. I look forward to seeing everyone again.

A massive thank you to Mr Dong and his family at Milton Boutique Hotel. They made us feel comfortable in a completely different country and went above and beyond than just providing us a clean and tidy room to stay at. Dong organised tours for us which were significantly cheaper than booking them by yourself and the quality of the tours were above expectations. Even after our stay at Milton finished, Dong allowed us to leave our bags with them and this was for longer than days. When we needed a room to rest after returning at 5am in the 2 morning after our Sapa trip, Dong was also happy to assist despite the short notice. Everything about the stay at Milton was perfect and my partner and i wouldnt hesitate to stay there again. Thanks heaps Dong and family!

Milton Boutique is excellent. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful . They recommended restaurants, places to visit , they booked trips for us and helped us with our transfers to the airport. They are very attentive. The location of the hotel is good being very central… we explored the city on foot . The small breakfast  is delicious… we particularly enjoyed the omelettes ! The room was spacious with a comfy bed . I would highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are staying in Hanoi.

To be honest I agree with just above all the positive reviews was posted by previous guests. We have our nicest stay ever in Vietnam. Perfect location and beautiful small hotels with all the necessary amenities.Close to food, bars, shops and even the lake are all within walking distance. The staff here are so helpful and friendly and the place is spotlessly clean. If you need an early start for a flight or Halong Bay trip like us, they will make you the best packed breakfast and store your luggage. We liked this place so much, we rebooked for our retur

The service here is absolutely amazing. When we checked in, they told is that there was a problem with the hot water so they immediately moved us to their sister hotel, and upgraded our room. We still had issues with the hot water at the new room, but they fixed it very quickly and we had no issues after that. This place is perfect for couple or solo travellers, as the rooms are small. But they are very clean and the staff is excellent. Special mention to tommy and David from the hotel who helped us out!
